The purpose of this study is to examine a model in which religious values and communication quality predict personal integrity and employee� performance.� A� total� of� 129� respondents fromPolsuska Daop 5 Purwokertocompleted questionnaires. Results from structural equation modeling based smartPLS 3.0 confirmed that religious values and communication quality were positively related to personal integrity and employee performance. The society awareness in consuming halal, safe, and healthy foodstuff within these past few years kept on increasing. This was closely related to responsible food manufacturers which produced sustain halal foods, as evidenced by ownership halal certification. In order to increase the satisfaction of food producers and to maintain their commitment to extend the halal certificates, the quality of halal authority service should always be enhanced. This study aims to identify the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value, to determine the influence of halal label and product attributes toward customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of meatball stalls in Yogyakarta, and to identify the influence of halal label toward selling volume on certified meatball stalls. The instruments used were questionnaires containing 21 quality attributes of halal certificate renewal service. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was composed of seven latent variables: halal certification, brand, price, taste, service, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Result of the research showed that taste and halal certification have significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of certified meatball stalls. Halal certification have affected the certified meatball stalls in Yogyakarta by increasing the selling volume of 25-37.5%.

Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan teknologi budidaya perikanan yang dialami oleh pembudidaya ikan saat ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan perikanan budidaya. Penelitian analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan kausalitas dari faktor sarana pelatihan, kualitas peserta pelatihan, ketepatan metode pelatihan, kualitas bahan ajar, dan faktor kualitas pelatih terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu purnawidya pelatihan budidaya perikanan yang dilatih di Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi, yang tersebar di tiga provinsi, sebanyak 105 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor sarana pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan dan efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan terhadap efisiensi kinerja pembudidaya ikan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor kualitas peserta pelatihan , kualitas isi bahan ajar, ketepatan metode pelatihan dan kualitas pelatih tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan bahwa Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi perlu pembenahan terhadap kriteria calon peserta pelatihan, kualitas bahan pembelajaran, peningkatan kualitas pelatih Title: Analysis of Factors Affecting Effectiveness of Aquaculture Training (Case Study on the Fisheries  Training Center of Banyuwangi)One of the solutions to pursue the lack of the aquaculture technology is providing a training program for fish farmer.This research was used using the Analysis of factors affecting the training effectiveness. Objective of the research were to measure the causality relations of the training equipment factor, the quality of the participants and the material, the provision of the training methods, and the quality of the trainers toward the effectiveness of training program. Object of the research was the Purnawidya of aquaculture training in the Banyuwangi Training Center which spread out in 3 provinces with over 105 participated. Data were analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that equipments have a positive significant impact toward the effectiveness of the training and the efficiency of the aquaculture performance. The quality of the training and the material, the methods, and the quality of the trainers not significant impacted the of effectiveness of the training program. The result recommends the Banyuwangi Training Center need to improve the criteria for selecting the participants, the quality of the materials, and to improve the quality of the trainers

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of consumers’ ethnocentrism on the perception of product quality and buying intention of ayam taliwang (a case study on Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara). This is quantitative study. The population are individual and community who already know the ayam taliwang product in Mataram. The sampel were 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The research showed that cosumers’ etnosentrism had significant effect on the buying intention of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. The consumers’ etnosentrism had also effect on the perception of product quality which means that the more positive of consumers ethnocentrism the better the perception of product quality of ayam taliwang. Perception of product quality moderated the correlation between consumers’ ethnosentrism and buying intention, which means that the higher the perception of product quality, the stronger the correlation between consumers’ etnosentrism and buying intention. This research implied theoretically and managerially in the context of product of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. Keywords : consumers’ ethnosentrism, perception of product quality and buying intention.

The purpose of this research is 1) to describe leadership, personality, age, education, motivation and the employee performance 2) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education motivation employees to 3) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education against the employee performance 4) to know the motivation to performance employees and 5) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education on performance through motivation. The methods of this research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) who run through AMOS as a means of the analysis. Is the between leadership, personality, age and education for employees at the motivation bina marga the tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the terstandar regression (beta) leadership motivation to obtain value of 0,11, to obtain personality motivation value of 0,32, my motivation to obtain value of -0,19 and education motivation to obtain value of 0,23 and more tender testing obtained value p-value very small (< 0,001). There are relations between leadership, personality, age and education of the performance of employees in city bina marga areas tegal.
