emphasization and authentication of the application of the values and criteria of the companies which were set in order to check their financial and administrative performance after the great collapse of the American companies.   There must be moral guidance built on religious teachings which the research has identified in five values (honesty, transparency, justice and equality, truthfulness, and responsibility) which were advocated by Islam 14centuries ago.   The hypotheses of the research were tested with Chi Sqtiare' using the statistical package for Social Sciences(SPSS),the stratified random sample consists of directors of administration, accountants, directors of financial departments, and those with good experience and specialization in the financial and administrative field.   The study concludes that the companies would not perform correctly except-when they abide by religious values to govern their activities.

This paper describes radicalism or the notion of a sect that wants social and political change or reform by means of violence, an understanding that refers to certain groups, who want and make changes to religious values ​​that are considered contrary to their understanding. Among the ideologies they profess is to disbelieve all those who commit immorality, those in power who do not follow Allah's law, to disbelieve in the clergy and ordinary people who have different views, to disbelieve in those who accept their thoughts but are reluctant to become followers and are reluctant to make promises (pledges) of allegiance to them. The priest, as for if the congregation leaves the group then it is considered apostate. Understand radicalism or extremism which most experts call the puritans, jihadists. Such understanding does not exist without the underlying causes. The underlying factors are: unemployment and poverty, munkar and polytheism, understanding wrong religious teachings, not understanding the rules of maslahah and mafsadah, unstable political and security conditions, ignorance, being less selective in absorbing information, excessive religious enthusiasm, following lust and leave the scholars and jihad out of their mission.

The problem with this research is the lack of application of religious values ​​among elementary school children. Purpose of this study is to describe religious values in the animated film Nussa and Rara as an alternative learning media in elementary schools. Method used in this research is content analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and documentation. This study uses the theory of Glock and Strak in analyzing the religious values contained in the animated film Nussa and Rara. The findings of this study contained five aspects in the animated film Nussa and Rara, namely aspects of belief in the existence of God, aspects of worship practices by praying and making sacrifices, aspects of experience and appreciation by feeling peaceful when praying, being afraid to sin, and being grateful to God, aspects of knowledge. by knowing the procedures for worship such as etiquette into the bathroom and neighbour's manners, behavioral aspects by doing things that Allah likes in accordance with religious rules and norms that apply in society such as maintaining cleanliness, helping, giving charity, saying sorry, being forgiving, maintaining friendship with loyal friends and togetherness. Based on the religious values contained in the animated film Nussa and Rara, it can be used as an alternative as a medium for learning literature in elementary schools to be applied in everyday life.


The fictional world John Osborne builds up in Luther (1961) dramatizes Martin Luther’s spiritual journey from rooted Catholicism to emerging Protestantism. Throughout the journey, Martin’s religious tendency varies according to the belief he adheres to. This paper examines if the aspects of the Christian doctrine Martin is fed with at first and the initiatives he undertakes later on can be reinterpreted through the lens of Islam. The study tries to prove that drama can be used as a platform that enhances religious and multicultural proximity rather than distance between the western world and the Muslim community. It analyzes the Christian tenets in Luther to demonstrate how the religious values embedded in Osborne’s representation can be brought close to the principles of the Islamic doctrine. Hence, another endeavour for boosting human fraternity is presented based on picking up a modern English drama that was written sixty years ago and analyzing some of its aspects from an Islamic perspective.

This chapter is an exploratory study that explores the issues of the religious fact in Bahraini banks. The chapter will produce an understanding of this phenomenon, the different religious forms it takes, and its impact on the management of organizational functioning in Bahraini banks. First, a questionnaire will be distributed among 125 employees and managers working in Bahraini banks. The questionnaire will report the workplace religious positions and manifestations perceived by the employees. It will also say what religious facts and managerial solutions based on religion employees observe in the workplace. Then, semi-direct interviews conducted with 15 managers will help explore the challenges and issues related to religious practices. Finally, the data collected will be analyzed based on themes developed from the literature review. The results will show how religious values impact Bahraini bank management practices and functioning.

Islamic education is not a prison for national education, because Islamic education has a position not only as a compliment but also as the basis for formulating the goals of national education. Islamic education is needed by all Muslims and must be implemented regardless of age or class. Apart from that, it is also aimed at enhancing the human mentality and is also very much needed by many people and countries. Even though there are many characteristics and types of Islamic education in the Southeast Asia region, it has the same goal, namely to improve the quality of humanity and uphold the morals of good, moral, and knowledgeable Muslims. Both national and private education in the countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand are very necessary and very important to be studied for Islamic education that is good in behavior, morals and Islamic religious values ​​are well maintained. This article discusses an analysis of the culture and system of Islamic education in the Southeast Asian region, especially Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, which aims to increase understanding of the diversity of Islamic education in Southeast Asia.

The obligation to maintain and preserve the environment, in the view of all religions and beliefs, is a must for thecommunity so that religious values and local wisdom of the community also become binding provisions to maintainand preserve the environment. This study aims to describe, analyze, and solve problems regarding socio-ecologicaldynamics and local wisdom about the adaptability of using technology in the community of Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi.This study uses a descriptive-analysis method which is to describe the analysis and discuss it comprehensively andintegrally. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and literature review. This study foundthat the community’s local wisdom based on its adaptability to use agricultural technology at the Community ofKasepuhan Sinar Resmi is related to environmental preservation and the effort to make the environment useful for life

<p><span>This research focuses on the strategy of public figures who develop religious content in order to spread religious values </span><span>among the millennial generation, especially during the pandemic.  The rampant use of the TikTok platform during the COVID-19 pandemic was not only deployed as an entertainment medium but was also used by many people to be able to spread propaganda and missions to disseminate religious values </span><span>among the millennial generation. This is due to the popularity of that platform has skyrocketed, making some content creators and public figures develop the marketing of their ideological values </span><span>on social media. By using the theory of social change and the concept of the development of communication, the authors try to analyze the phenomena that in question. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the TikTok application observation technique and seeks to explore various information in depth to find various facts that can explain this phenomenon. We also found that millennials who use the TikTok platform often start to look at various religious content and some are even active in filling the content because they are inspired by public figures who spread similar content. Moreover, some lecturers often provide religious information using music or duet features so as to encourage application users to spread religious teachings and share religious knowledge.<strong></strong></span></p><p><em><span lang="IN">Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi tokoh masyarakat yang mengembangkan konten religi dalam rangka menyebarkan nilai-nilai agama di kalangan generasi milenial, terutama di masa pandemi. Maraknya penggunaan platform TikTok di masa pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya dijadikan sebagai media hiburan tetapi juga dimanfaatkan oleh banyak orang untuk bisa menyebarkan dakwah dan misi penyebarluasan nilai-nilai agama di kalangan generasi milenial. Hal ini dikarenakan popularitas platform tersebut yang meroket, membuat beberapa content creator dan public figure mengembangkan pemasaran nilai-nilai ideologisnya di media sosial. Dengan menggunakan teori perubahan sosial dan konsep perkembangan komunikasi, peneliti mencoba menganalisis fenomena yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi aplikasi TikTok dan berupaya menggali berbagai informasi secara mendalam sehingga mampu menemukan berbagai fakta yang dapat menjelaskan fenomena tersebut. Kami juga menemukan bahwa generasi milenial yang menggunakan platform TikTok sering mulai melihat berbagai konten religi dan bahkan ada yang aktif mengisi konten tersebut karena terinspirasi oleh tokoh masyarakat yang menyebarkan konten serupa. Apalagi beberapa dosen sering memberikan informasi agama dengan menggunakan fitur musik atau duet sehingga mendorong pengguna aplikasi untuk dapat menjalankan ajaran agama dan membagikan ilmu agama</span></em></p>

<p class="abstrak">This article seeks to explain the significance of Tabayyun's practice as conflict resolution in Indonesian society. Indonesia is a multicultural country with considerable potential for conflict. To prevent that, it is necessary to be aware in the community to be open to each other and try to find clarity on a problem/information so as not to cause prolonged conflict. In Islamic Theology, the practice is called Tabbayun. The research problem in this study is the extent to which the significance of Tabayyun's practice can be a conflict resolution in Indonesian society? This research uses a qualitative approach using library methods and is also supported by data from interviews with Muslim figures who have practiced tabayyun in resolving conflicts in society. The results of this study show that tabayyun practice has a very big meaning in solving social conflicts in Indonesian society because it can improve the quality of information conveyed and received, clarify the root causes in a conflict, prevent disasters due to unclear root problems in conflict, and foster social ethics based on religious values in Islamic theology.</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Artikel ini berupaya menjelaskan pentingnya praktik Tabayyun sebagai penyelesaian konflik di masyarakat Indonesia. Masalah penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana signifikansi praktik Tabayyun dapat menjadi penyelesaian konflik di masyarakat Indonesia?. Indonesia adalah negara multikultural dengan potensi konflik yang cukup besar. Untuk mencegah hal itu, perlu diwaspadai di masyarakat untuk saling terbuka dan berusaha mencari kejelasan sebuah permasalahan/informasi agar tidak menimbulkan konflik yang berkepanjangan. Dalam Teologi Islam, praktik ini disebut Tabbayun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan juga didukung dengan data hasil wawancara dengan tokoh-tokoh muslim yang telah mengamalkan tabayyun dalam menyelesaikan konflik di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik Tabayyun memiliki arti yang sangat besar dalam penyelesaian konflik sosial di masyarakat Indonesia karena dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan dan diterima, memperjelas akar permasalahan dalam sebuah konflik, mencegah bencana karena ketidakjelasan akar permasalahan dalam konflik, dan menumbuhkan etika sosial berdasarkan nilai-nilai agama dalam teologi Islam.</em></p>

“Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore which is originated from Karanganyar Regency, Central Java, is one of Javanese identities with a lot of local values and wisdom. This study aims to describe and explain Islamic religious values behind “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore. It is a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis method. The data were collected through literature study, structured and in-depth interviews, and field observations. The data analysis employed independent techniques and flow analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the Islamic religious values of Sapta Tirta Pablengan folklore could be grouped into three dimensions along with their respective indicators. The first is faith dimension with indicators: (1) believing in Allah, (2) believing in His destiny, (3) surrendering to Him, (4) sincere, and (5) practicing worship. The second is experience dimension with indicators: (1) helpful, (2) honest, (3) forgiving, and (4) hard work. The third category is natural dimension with the indicator of managing and conserving nature. Therefore, “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” folklore can be recommended a learning material at schools because it contains Islamic religious character education.Cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” yang berasal dari Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah, merupakan salah satu jati diri masyarakat Jawa yang sarat akan nilai-nilai dan kearifan lokal.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan nilai religius Islam yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan.” Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, serta observasi lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik mandiri dan teknik analisis mengalir.  Hasil kajian menunjukkan mengandung nilai religius Islam dikelompokkan menjadi tiga dimensi beserta indikator yang menyertai. Pertama, dimensi keyakinan dengan indikator: (1) percaya adanya Allah, (2) percaya pada takdir Allah, (3) pasrah pada Allah, (4) iklhas, dan (5) menjalankan ibadah. Kedua, dimensi pengalaman dengan indikator: (1) suka menolong, (2) jujur, (3) pemaaf, dan (4) kerja keras. Ketiga, dimensi alam dengan indikator mengelola dan melestarikan kekayaan alam. Dengan demikian, cerita rakyat “Sapta Tirta Pablengan” bisa direkomendasikan sebagai materi pembelajaran sastra di sekolah karena sarat dengan pendidikan karakter religius.
