AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for elementary school teachers about classroom action research design techniques for elementary school teachers to do classroom action research in school or in their respective duties. Community service activities implemented are expected to provide benefits in the effort of teachers improve the quality of their understanding of classroom action research, so as to improve their skills in conducting research activities. By understanding and skills in conducting research, a teacher can improve and improve the quality of learning that ultimately impact on the achievement of competence development of learners in learning.

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

This article describes the results of community service by the engagement team of Islamic University of Malang which is conducted toward the teachers of an elementary school in Sukun District, Malang City. The program aims to improve the teachers’ ability in writing research in particular using the classroom action research (CAR) method of which conducting the report always became the difficulty for them. Therefore, in this occasion we identify the problems as follows: a) deciding the topic for the CAR, b) creating the title for the research, c) creating research questions, d) creating the stages of the research and also relevant instrumentation to collect the data, e) writing discussion for the results, then composing the suggestion and conclusion from the results. The method of implementing community service is done by carrying out training and practice of writing CAR. From the results of the training, found that it were quite good where elementary school teachers gained experience about writing CAR. The participants were very enthusiastic about the training, so in the end of this activity, it is expected that by conducting this CAR training, they will be able to conduct the research both independently and in groups.   Keywords: CAR, mentoring, training   Abstrak Artikel ini menjelaskan hasil pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim pengabdi dari Universitas Islam Malang yang dilakukan terhadap guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Sukun, Kota Malang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis penelitian khususnya menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang mana melakukan laporan selalu menjadi kesulitan bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, dalam kesempatan ini kami mengidentifikasi masalah sebagai berikut: a) memutuskan topik untuk CAR, b) membuat judul, c) membuat pertanyaan penelitian, d) menciptakan tahapan penelitian dan juga instrumentasi yang relevan untuk mengumpulkan data, e) menulis diskusi hasil, kemudian menyusun saran dan kesimpulan dari hasil. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan dan praktik penulisan PTK. Dari hasil pelatihan, ditemukan bahwa guru Sekolah Dasar memperoleh pengalaman tentang menulis PTK. Para peserta sangat antusias dengan pelatihan ini, sehingga pada akhir kegiatan ini, diharapkan dengan melakukan pelatihan PTK ini, mereka akan dapat melakukan penelitian baik secara mandiri maupun dalam kelompok. <em>One of the problems faced by elementary school teachers is the problem of making and using learning media in schools.This is due to the lack of readiness of human resources about understanding media in learning. For this purpose the community service activities are: (1) increasing the competence of elementary school teachers about learning, (2) developing learning media in elementary schools, (3) structuring learning media in elementary schools. This Community Service activity uses the design of the transfer of science and technology from the university to the stakeholders which includes: (a) workshops, (b) training and mentoring. This dedication activity was carried out in the activities of the  Teachers Working Group Cluster "Banyumudal" in Kebumen District year  2019. The results of these community service activities are: (1) improvement of teacher competency about learning media in elementary schools, (2) products of various types of learning media in elementary schools, (3) the formation of "Mini Laboratory" for learning in elementary schools</em>

<em>The aims of service are: (1) describe the implementation of workshop activities and mentoring the implementation of classroom action research (CAR) in sustainable professional development for elementary school teachers, (2) improve the understanding and skills of CAR in Sustainable Professional Development for elementary School Teachers.This Community Service activity uses the transfer of science and technology from universities to stakeholders which includes workshops and mentoring to elementary school teachers in Kebumen district in 2018. The data analysis used is descriptive-qualitative which includes (1) data reduction, (2 ) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions or verification of data.The results of this activity are (1) workshop materials and mentoring include: (a) problem formulation techniques in CAR, (b) CAR proposal preparation techniques, (c) CAR implementation techniques, (d) CAR reporting techniques, (e) scientific publication writing techniques, and (f) teacher functional credit score promotion techniques. The purpose of this study is 1) to know effect of academic supervision on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher, 2) to know the effect of classroom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teachers, 3) to know effect of academic supervision and classrooom action research training on the professional competencies of elementary school teacher. The subject of this study werw all elementary school teachers in all subdistrict of Undaan Kudus regency. This study uses a quantitative contribution method with regression analysis techniques. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection research using questionaire. The validity of data uses construct validity bay way of experiential juggment. Data analysis was perfomed using regression analysis techniques in the form of simple and multiple regression. The results of study showed that academic supervision had an effect on techer professional competence of 32,0 %. Whereas classroom action research training has an effect on  teacher professional competence of 39,1%. Academic supervision and classroom action research training together have an effect on teacher professional competence of 46,6%.

ABSTRAKDalam kegiatan pembelajaran, seorang guru sudah pasti akan berhadapan dengan berbagai persoalan baik menyangkut peserta didik, subject matter, maupun metode pembelajaran. Sebagai seorang profesional, guru harus melakukan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara terus menerus agar prestasi belajar peserta didik optimal. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus dibekali dengan kemampuan meneliti, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian, dalam menyusun laporan PTK yang sesuai dengan sistematika. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi beberapa kegiatan yaitu Pengumpulan Data, Indentifikasi Masalah, Analisis Kebutuhan Materi Pelatihan, Perancangan dan Penyusunan Modul Pelatihan, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, dan Dokumentasi Kegiatan dan Laporan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan penyusunan laporan PTK kepada guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian yang telah dilakukan, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam penyusunan laporan PTK sebesar 81,26%. Kata kunci: pelatihan; penelitian tindakan kelas. ABSTRACTIn learning activities, a teacher will certainly be dealing with various problems both regarding students, subject matter, and learning methods. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of Padangsambian 5 Elementary School teachers to compile PTK reports in accordance with systematics. The implementation of community service activities includes several activities, namely Data Collection, Problem Identification, Analysis of Training Material Requirements, Training Module Design and Preparation, Training Implementation, and Documentation of Activities and Reports. From the community service activities carried out, it can be concluded that the PTK report preparation training for Padangsambian State Elementary School 5 teachers has been able to improve the ability of teachers in PTK report preparation by 81.26% Keywords: training; classroom action research

Training in making woven models as a medium for learning art and culture and this workshop aims to train skills: making woven models from asturo paper to improve the quality of visual art learning in elementary schools. Training methods by providing individual practice guidance to weaving skills directly to 20 elementary school teachers. The results of this community service activity are (1) non-physical for elementary school teachers in cluster 3 Donowarih Karangploso are very interested in getting art training and are willing to disseminate knowledge and skills to other teachers in their assignments. (2) individual trainees are skilled in making woven shapes of fish, flying birds, stars, baskets, and ribbon-shaped woven frames. Pelatihan pembuatan model karya anyaman sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya ini bertujuan melatih keterampilan: membuat model-model anyaman dari kertas asturo untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senirupa di SD. Metode pelatihan dengan memberikan bimbingan praktek individu keterampilan menganyam secara langsung kepada 20 guru SD. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) non-fisik bagi guru-guru SD di gugus 3 Donowarih Karangploso sangat berminat mendapat pelatihan senirupa-prakarya, dan bersedia untuk menyebarluaskan  pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru lain di tempat tugasnya. (2) peserta pelatihan secara individu terampil membuat anyaman bentuk ikan, burung terbang, bintang, keranjang (besek), dan anyaman pita bentuk pigura.

Distance Learning (PJJ) began to be applied by all teachers in Indonesia during the Covid Pandemic including teacher who taughtat the Elementary School (SD) level. The application of this learning is not as easy as what many people talk about, because teachers must be able to select and design instrucctional media using technology. The problem ezperienced by teacher, especially in the regions, is the lack of knowledge in making technology-based learning media, especially learning media that can be used as an evaluation material for Distance Learning (PJJ). As a solution tothis problem, our team conducted training on making google forms for elementary teachers as a medium for evauating Distance Learning (PJJ) during the pandemic. The ethod we provide for this community service activity is by providing direct training to elementary school teachers, making simole modules, and providing assitance in making google form evaluation media. The result of this services activity is that as many as 20 teachers who participated in the training were able to create and design their own google form according to the needs of each subject as a media for evaluation of Distance Learing (PJJ. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire filled out by the teachers who attended the training, it shows that 90% of the teachers understand how to make google forms themselves and 100% of  the teachers   are happy with the training acivities that have been held.Keyword: google form, pjj, evaluation learning
