This study aims to: (1) Know and explain the application of the system among Ki Hadjar Dewantara through a pluralistic approach in classroom management, (2) Identifying various challenges faced in implementing the application of the Ki Hadjar Dewantara system through a pluralistic approach in classroom management, (3) Knowing and explaining the various efforts made to overcome obstacles in the application of the system among Ki Hadjar Dewantara through a pluralistic approach in classroom management. This research is a qualitative study conducted at the Timuran State Elementary School in Yogyakarta in June-December 2019. Data collection techniques used, namely: direct observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) The Implementation of Among Ki Hadjar Dewantara's System in Classroom Management in Timuran State Elementary School has been going well, namely implemented through a pluralistic approach in which there are 5 types namely instructional approach, authoritarian approach, democratic approach, socio-emotional approach and also the group process approach. (2) several obstacles that become challenges for schools include: the competence of teachers who do not all understand the among systems and also classroom management, heterogeneous student characteristics, incomplete school facilities, and also the lack of support from parents of students. (3) Efforts made by schools to deal with problems include: There is a policy from the school principal to involve teachers in turns in a series of training or training. The teacher makes observation sheets of students to get to know. strengths and weaknesses of students. The school tries to embrace parents in every activity

This study aims to determine the implementation and inhibiting factors of the implementation of inclusive education in the Al-Firdaus Integrated Islamic Elementary School Banjarmasin. The research method used is a qualitative approach, and the type of research is case studies. The research informants were the school principal, inclusive school coordinator, class teacher, teacher assistant (special teacher), and students. The results of the study found the implementation of inclusive education in the Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin Integrated Islamic Elementary School including, 1). planning, each teacher is required to make lesson plans individually learning. 2). implementation, learning patterns carried out in the inclusive class consisted of three activities; tahfidz learning, regular classes, individual learning programs. 3). assessment, the school distinguishes the content of the questions and the difficulty level of the questions. Obstacles in the implementation of inclusive education at SDIT Al-Firdaus Banjarmasin occur in the implementation of learning in between classroom management and teachers need to repeatedly explain the material to students who are slow learners.

Abstract : Education centered on the learning process in the classroom. The success in achieving educational goals depends on classroom management conducted by the teacher. Classroom management is an activity carried out by teachers to create a conducive learning environment, so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. Class is inhabited by a variety of different characters from each student, which can lead to various types of conflicts that could interfere with learning activities. In this case, a teacher must be able to control class conditions with various approaches, including authoritarian approaches, intimidation approach, permissive approach, recipe approach, behaviour change approach, socio-emotional approach, group approach, and electrical or pluralistic approach, in order to allow the learning process carried out as expected, therefore learning objectives could be achieved. Keywords : Education, learning, and Classroom Management

The Objective of this research was to explore teacher’s role in maximizing the potency of the class; factors inhibiting classroom management; teacher’s efforts in coping with issues of classroom management; and classroom management strategies. This case study was conducted at elementary school of SDN 83 Kota Tengah Gorontalo City, and employed a qualitative approach. The data were collected from technical and source triangulations. The result shows that in classroom management, the teacher serves as a counselor, motivator, facilitator, demonstrator, and evaluator. Therefore, the teacher was able to analyze issues revolving around the students, teachers, as well as the physical and socio-emotional environment in the classroom. Regarding this, the teacher endeavors to apply preventive and corrective acts with the involvement of the school and the committee. Teacher tends to apply eclectic or pluralistic approach in which two or more approaches were applied at the same time. Accordingly, it was expected that the eclectic approach helps teachers improve their capacity in selecting approaches that allow them to cope with problems regarding classroom management

This study utilized to analyze the implementation of management of school facilities and infrastructure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative conducted in Public Elementary School of 01 Bakipandeyan. Data collection techniques in this study include in-depth interviews (Principals, treasurers, teachers, and school committees) and documentation studies. The validity of the data gathered in this study was technical triangulation (in-depth interviews and documentation) and sources (Principals, teachers, and school committees). Data analysis techniques gather interactive analysis with stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management in Public Elementary School of 01 Bakipandeyan was carried out through three stages, namely: (1) procurement of facilities (2) utilization and (3) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. Researchers suggest that schools be better at managing school facilities and infrastructure and looking for specialized workers to manage school facilities and infrastructure.

Communication is one of the bases to determine teaching success. Teaching success is described from how well teachers can communicates to their students. The aim of this study to investigate: (1) The teachers’ ability to communicate towards the improvement of students’ learning interest in SD IT Ummi Darussalam Bandar Setia. (2) The supporting and obstacles factors of communication that teachers have in teaching. This research is a type of qualitative study applying direct observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis of data collection. The results of this study prove that teachers’ communication in increasing students’ learning interest in Elementary School of IT Ummi Darussalam is not good. That happens because there are obstacles that affect miscommunication between them i.e. the teacher has not been able to manage the classroom and master the teaching well by using Bahasa Indonesia in explaining the lesson inside or outside the classroom, so that it affects students’ learning interest in Elementary School of IT Ummi Darussalam

The number of female drug users has been on the rise in South Africa, with statistics reflecting a rise in the number of women who attend treatment centres annually. This article presents empirical data from a broader qualitative study which aimed to explore perceptions concerning the effectiveness of aftercare programmes for female recovering drug users. The main data source was transcripts of in-depth interviews and focus groups with both service users and service providers from a designated rehabilitation centre in Gauteng, South Africa. Framed within a biopsychosocial-spiritual model, this article explores the perceptions and meanings which the female recovering drug users and the service providers attach to aftercare programmes. The findings of the research outlined the range of factors promoting recovery, alongside noteworthy suggestions for improvement in aftercare services. While acknowledging multiple influences on behaviour, this article highlights the significance of these findings in planning and implementing holistic aftercare programmes.
