PHARMACY CONSULTING: NEW DRUG FORMS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES

Pain syndrome of various origins and varying intensity is the most common and leading reason for seeking medical care in the world. The main drugs for the relief of both acute and chronic pain syndrome from the 20th century to the present are non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). More than 30 million people worldwide receive them every day. Along with pain, other common indications for NSAIDs are fever and inflammation. All NSAIDs differ in the degree of effectiveness, form of release, speed of onset of clinical effect and dosage. That is why one of the fundamental tasks of the pharmacist, in the framework of pharmacy counseling, is to provide the patient with quality medicines and teach them how to use them rationally. With the rapid development of medical and information technologies in the modern world, the fulfillment of this task becomes more and more important, complex and responsible action. The appearance, on the pharmaceutical market innovative NSAIDs in accelerated-release dosage’s forms (for example, Ketorol® Express), makes it possible to expand the pharmacy list.

Treatment of osteoarthritis, as the most common pathology of the musculoskeletal system, presents certain clinical difﬁculties in comorbid patients. The frequent combination of osteoarthritis (OA) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD), diabetes mellitus type 2 and other cardiometabolic pathologies raises questions about the safety of pain relievers in the presence of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Safe treatment for chronic pain syndrome implies an informed decision about the risks / beneﬁts of using any analgesic intervention. Particular attention should be paid to the decision on the appointment of non-steroidal anti-inﬂammatory drugs (NSAIDs). An alternative strategy for the treatment of joint pain in patients with CKD may be the use of chondroitin sulfate prescription form. Particular attention should be paid to the possibility of using the parenteral form of the drug, which has reliable evidence, faster onset of the clinical effect of analgesia, with a potential protective effect on the structure of joint tissues.

Social networks, social interaction between people is one of the components of the social economy, which is revealed and away is explored in social capital, representing not only the means of communication and communication, but also the mechanism of creating and constructing social space, having unlimited functions and prospects. In the era of globalism, when traditional methods of production, exchange and consumption of pellets in the summer, we witness new methods of decision-making, observing the transformation of the person him. We are witnessing a historic moment of rapid growth of information technology and information security, especially in developed countries with high standards of living and it is the sphere of information development, in the near future, that will determine the political direction and economic role of the country in the world. The Internet enters every home and household, increasingly becomes the master of today and the main generator of the world’s limitless platforms, sends and gives landmarks to people, social groups, enterprises, organizations, authorities. The intensification of technological platforms carries not only the communication of all members of society to information resources, but also encourages active participation in exchanges, interactions and development of information technologies, which contributes to the implementation of self-expression, exchange of experience, improvement of their skills and skills, personal improvement, etc.

Purpose of the study. The rapidly developing processes of the formation of the digital economy affect various spheres of human life in modern society, inevitably changing the educational environment. The aim of the work is to analyze the main development trends and emerging transformation processes in the field of higher education under the influence of growing digitalization and digital transformation of various aspects of human life.Materials and methods. In the course of the work, a dynamic, structural analysis of analytical and statistical information about the processes taking place in this area was used, as well as methods of theoretical research: analysis and generalization.Results. The pace of development of the digital economy in the modern world is very rapid, due to which the life of a number of professions is shortened, and changes affecting the content of labor contribute to the emergence of new ones. Based on this, it is necessary to understand the main directions of development in higher education, since personnel training is one of the most important components of the digitalization of the economy. The paper formulates the main directions for the development of education using digital technologies for the training of qualified specialists who meet the requirements of the digital economy and outlines a number of problems that the educational system will face in the process of transformation.Conclusion. The spread of digital and information technologies contributes to significant transformations in various fields of human activity and the sphere of higher education is no exception. The format of the digital economy is quite mobile, which leads to the fact that some specialties will emerge, others will lose their importance and disappear more or less rapidly, and also under the influence of constant and fairly rapid changes, the requirements for training will change. Considering the high mobility and variability of the current situation both in the economy and in the field of higher education, there is a need for constant adjustment of educational programs taking into account the ongoing changes. The rapid development of new knowledge and technologies, and many other reasons, contribute to significant transformations of higher education systems around the world. At the same time, considering the speed of changes, it is quite difficult at the present time to assess the entire range of challenges and problems that face the sphere of higher education. Separate sections of the work have been published earlier in a number of articles by the author devoted to this problem.

In 2018, an analysis of epidemiological studies was conducted that provided information on the prevalence of back pain and identified individual, psychosocial and occupational risk factors for the onset of this pathology. It is important that when choosing the tactics of treatment, it is necessary to take into account the risk of complications in the presence of multimorbid pathology in patients with acute or chronic pain syndrome. Increasing the effectiveness and safety of therapy based on the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the risk of which can be minimized, is associated with the inclusion of B vitamins. The results of various clinical studies on the use of the B complex of vitamins showed a significant decrease in the severity of the pain syndrome and a significant improvement in motor functions, regression of sensitive disorders.

At the present stage of civilization, information plays a key role in the functioning of public, state institutions and in the life of each individual. The rapid development of modern information technologies plays an important role in various spheres of life, activates civil and business turnover and promotes the movement of entrepreneurship in the direction of globalization. In connection with the continuous development of information networks, there are new social institutions, such as e-commerce. At present, the leading economies of the world and highly developed countries demonstrate the rapid development of electronic trading mechanisms, moreover, information technologies are actively used in all sectors of the modern world the economy. Therefore, society gradually evolves, adapts to changes and goes to a noticeably high level of economic relations. And from that how fast the changes in mechanisms in the traditional form of trade depend the efficiency of introducing electronic technologies into the economy. The global e-commerce market is growing year by year. This is facilitated by the deeper penetration of the World Wide Web in different regions and the growth of online sales in the existing markets. The Internet network is an entire industry that quickly penetrates all areas of human activity. Right now, this industry is in a rapid growth phase. A huge number of companies around the world see the Internet a great commercial potential and the ability to move their business to a qualitatively new level. In most countries, e-commerce has become widespread and has opened up incredible opportunities for business and economic development. Annually, the global e-commerce market is growing. This is due to the fact that information technology is taking on an increasingly important role in the life of a modern person. Ukraine is trying to meet world progress, but in the development of e-commerce is far behind the others. Undoubtedly, in our country there are favorable preconditions for the development of e-commerce. At the same time, there are a number of factors that are serious problems for the domestic development of this type of business. In recent years, e-commerce has been able to penetrate practically all spheres of life of the population and in Ukraine. The domestic e-commerce market is only at the inception stage, but at the same time it has a significant potential for development. According to expert estimates, in the past 2017, the turnover of physical goods and services in e-commerce has increased by 30% and now makes at least UAH 50 billion. In 2018, the growth rate will continue and the turnover of physical goods and services in e-commerce will be about 65 billion USD.
