The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphones, empirical studies; Pesona Square Mall Depok, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok and Depok Mall. The number of respondents who were sampled was 100 people, with the sample criteria; (i). Oppo smartphone users, and (ii). ever been to Pesona Square Depok Mall, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok or Depok Mall. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique. The method uses purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations, so the samples selected are people who meet the criteria mentioned above. By using the Roa Purba formula, the methods used in it include; Analysis of the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (SPSS Version 22). The result is that Product Quality (X1) does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), meaning that the quality of Oppo smartphone products is not a determining factor in purchasing decisions. While the price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), meaning that the higher the price of the Oppo smartphone, the more it will increase the purchasing decision. The development of increasingly complex consumer needs and increasingly sharp market competition causes HONDA must be able to compete to show the benefits of its products and grab the attention of the consumers, one way to do it is to create a new product class SUV Medium namely HONDA H-RV. Consumers who will take the decision in choosing HONDA H-RV will consider various things in buying. Considerations are influenced by product quality, price, and promotion. Analytical techniques using validity test, Realibility test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test with SPSS 23.0 tool. based on the results of statistical calculations with linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 1,956 + 0,462X1 + 0,239X2 + 0,256X3 + e from regression equation known that product quality, price, and promotion have positive influence to purchasing decision. The result of calculation coefficient of determination equal to 0,673, it shows that product quality, price, and promotion are able to explain purchase decision equal to 67,3%. While the remaining 32.7% is explained by other variables that are not observed. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is positive influence of product quality, price, and promotion to decision of purchase of HONDA H-RV and have strong correlation level, it means if product quality, price, and promotion is increased it will result in high purchase decision

Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 0.682 which means that tourism ambassador and reliability affect the interest in visiting by 68.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: tourism ambassador, reliability, interest in visiting.

Various types of research have been conducted on the environment and compensation in relation to employee performance, but specifically non-physical environmental impacts and compensation in state-owned enterprises are still rarely found online journals in relation to employee performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of the non-physical work environment and compensation on employee performance. Simple random sampling technique is used to select population members from employees of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar City. This research is an associative type of research with data collection methods through surveys. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the non-physical environment did not have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile compensation affects the performance of employees The coefficient of determination shows that the non-physical work environment and Compensation can shape the direction of employee performance by 24.9%, while 75.1% is determined by other variables not included in this research model.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Jakarta MRT transportation service business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 100 people who have used or routinely used the MRT as a research sample. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, linear regression analysis, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test that the data is normally distributed, there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results obtained from SPSS data processing, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive influence on the MRT Jakarta Customer Satisfaction. These results show empirical evidence that the better the quality of service, the MRT customer satisfaction will increase.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of customer satisfaction at the Black Coffee Shop business in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, where each sample was taken randomly without looking at the strata. By using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 80 consumers. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis model which is used to see the effect between product quality and service variables (independent variables) on customer satisfaction (dependent variable). The results of the partial calculation of the variable product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality and service quality, the more dominant quality is product quality. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the variables of product quality and service quality can explain the change in customer satisfaction by 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
