Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan (1) karakteristik dan penerapan model blended learning ANTASARI; (2) Kesesuaian penerapan model blended learning ANTASARI; (3) efektifitas penerapan model blended learning ANTASARI dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan memechkan masalah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D . Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SD di Kandangan sebanyak 45 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, tes, dan angket. Observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan model blended learning, peningkatan berpikir kritis, dan memecahan masalah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) karakteristik dan penerapan model blended learning ANTASARI terdiri dari Auditory, Negotiation, Team, Analysis, Somatic, Administer Information, Role Play dan Interaction on Games; (2) model blended learning ANTASARI layak digunakan sesuai hasil validasi 3 ahli dengan persentase validasi langkah pembelajaran 91%, peningkatan keterampilan 84,56% dan bahan ajar 86%. (3) model blended learning ANTASARI efektif dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan instrumen soft dan social skills. Peningkatan setelah penerapan model blended learning, siswa yang mendapatkan kriteria tinggi pada kesadaran ekologis dari 6,7% meningkat menjadi 75,6%, berpikir kritis dari 8,8% meningkat menjadi 84,2% dan memecahan masalah dari 8, 2% meningkat menjadi 81,3%, Kesimpulannya adalah model blended learning ANTASARI dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah.

Kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang materi pelajaran ekonomi dan lemahnya daya ingat maka berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menjadi fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, sehingga untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan tindakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R serta peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X setelah menggunakan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA & IPS 5 SMAN 2 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh proses yang dilakukan dengan metode pembelajaran PQ4R ini yaitu preview (melihat sekilas), question (bertanya), read (membaca), reflect (melihat kembali), recite (mengingat kembali), dan review (menyimpulkan atau mengkaji ulang) ternyata dapat membantu siswa yang memiliki daya paham dan ingat yang lemah menjadi kuat, sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dapat meningkat. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus pertama diperoleh ketuntasan belajar yang dicapai yaitu sebanyak 84,99 % dan siklus kedua sebanyak 89,83 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan efektif dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dapat meningkat melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R pada proses pembelajaran supaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Penelitian ini menjabarkan tentang efektivitas model blended learning GAWI MANUNTUNG untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode  penelitian yang terdiri dari metode penelitian pengembangan yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall dan metode penelitian eksperimen. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan sequential data analysis untuk mengetahui kelayakan model, untuk menganalisis keefektifan model terhadap variabel terikat melalui uji Two sample t-Test dan uji N-gain. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SDN Karang Mekar 1 Banjarmasin berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) langkah model GAWI MANUNTUNG meliputi: Group, Analysis and observation, Wondering observation result, Intensive data collection, Making experiment on outdoor, Analysis the result by Negotiation of solution, Using Technology, Necessity intelligences development, Task Product Creation, Unity on presentation and role play, Network Tournament and Games dengan skor validasi 4,43 dan persentase validitas 87,19% yang bermakna model GAWI MANUNTUNG memenuhi kriteria valid, reliabel, dan layak untuk diimplementasikan, (2) Setelah enam kali pertemuan, model GAWI MANUNTUNG mampu meningkatkan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis sebesar 100%, berpikir kreatif sebesar 90%, memecahkan masalah  sebesar 90%, berpikir logis sebesar 85% dan berpikir analitis sebesar 90%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model blended learning GAWI MANUNTUNG layak untuk digunakan dan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa

This study investigated the influence of principals` gender on the utilization of legal provisions in secondary school administration in cross river state, Nigeria. The sample consisted of four hundred and twenty six principals from both private and public secondary schools in cross river state. One hypothesis was formulated to guide they study. Ex-post facto design was adopted for the study. A sample size of 426 principals from public secondary schools, were drawn from a population of 780 principals using stratified random sampling technique. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire titled “Principals utilization of legal provisions in secondary schools Administration Questionnaire (PULPSSAQ). The data collected were subjected to statistical analysis using independent t-test. The results of the data analyzed showed that female principals utilized legal provisions more than their counterparts’. The principals’ sex did not have any influence on staff administration and school community relation. It was concluded that sex of the principal was critical in some aspect of utilizations of legal provisions should be made for in service training, regular workshops and seminars for principals especially males to help upgrade their knowledge with modern techniques of utilizing legal provisions in secondary school administration.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of customer satisfaction at the Black Coffee Shop business in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, where each sample was taken randomly without looking at the strata. By using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 80 consumers. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis model which is used to see the effect between product quality and service variables (independent variables) on customer satisfaction (dependent variable). The results of the partial calculation of the variable product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality and service quality, the more dominant quality is product quality. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the variables of product quality and service quality can explain the change in customer satisfaction by 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

This research purposes to determine the income of Grabbike drivers in Samarinda during March 2019 and to compare the income toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) in 2019. This research also intends to know the average and the percentage of Grabbike driver’s income in Samarinda toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) in 2019. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The populations in this research are 1200 Samarinda Grabbike drivers in 2019 with 120 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the net income formula; the average and percentage income. The research data and analysis of the Samarinda Grabbike driver’s income in 2019 includes several indicators; the number of working hours and working days. The research results show that the Samarinda Grabbike driver’s net income in March 2019 is Rp. 200,758,204. The percentage comparison between Samarinda Grabbike Driver’s incomes toward the City Minimum Wage (UMK) shows 24 drivers achieving high-level income or 20%, 65 drivers achieving medium-level income or 54.2% and 31 drivers achieving low-level income or 25.8%. The average income of Samarinda Grabbike drivers in March 2019 is Rp. 1,672,985.

Online Distance Learning (ODL) is carried out because of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which require people to carry out social distancing to reduce the risk of transmission. However, in the learning process, it still requires a learning model as a learning guide to achieve learning objectives so that students can achieve the desired competencies. In the 2013 curriculum, there are 3 learning models offered, namely Project Based Learning, Problem Based Learning and Discovery Learning. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that uses articles as data sources which are then compared as the author's ideas in terms of learning models in the ODL period. The results of this study indicate that the learning model offered in the 2013 Curriculum can still be used in online PJJ. However, it still has to be equipped with supporting tools and media so that the learning process can be carried out smoothly according to what has been planned

Indonesia is a country that is affected by the existence of COVID-19. One of the biggest impacts on the world of education at Syiah Kuala University. One of these impacts includes learning conducted online. The purpose of this study was to see the influence of the learning styles of students of Syiah Kuala University Economic Education on learning motivation and subsequently on learning achievement in entrepreneurship courses. This type of research is a quantitative study with descriptive methods. The research design becomes a research model to measure the effect of independent variables, namely learning styles, intervening variables, namely learning motivation, and dependent variables, namely learning achievement. The results showed 1) there was a positive and insignificant influence on the learning style variable on the learning motivation variable, 2) there was a positive and insignificant influence on the learning motivation variable on the learning achievement variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usaha industri karas-karas KUBE Nuhikmah di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian dilakukan secara purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa wilayah ini merupakan daerah yang memiliki potensi dibidang usaha kuliner tradisional dan mayoritas penduduknya adalah suku Melayu, serta terdapat pengrajin usaha industri kue tradisional karas-karas. Dari hasil analisis investasi menggunakan rumus Benefit / Cost (B/C) usaha industri karas-karas KUBE Nurhikmah di daerah penelitian layak diusahakan dengan nilai B/C>1 yaitu 2,06>1. Dari analisis switching value, hasil perhitungan kenaikan maksimal dari biaya produksi sebesar 90 % serta penurunan penjualan sebesar 30% masih dapat ditoleransi dalam usaha industri karas-karas KUBE Nurhikmah.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, hal ini terbukti belum semua mahasiswa siap berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan populasi 89 mahasiswa Pendidikan Bisnis. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket (angket) yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan uji Koefisien Korelasi untuk menguji hipotesis satu dan dua serta dengan uji Analisis Regresi Linier. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen diketahui dengan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) yang tergolong rendah yang artinya variabel Self Efficacy dan Social Support memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengaruh tersebut. tentang Niat Wirausaha. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Social Support terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Bisnis.
