Today, there are more and more reports of an increase in the proportion of patients with uterine fibroids (up to 45 %), in whom hysterectomy (HE) remains the only radical method of recovery. Over the past decades, views on this operation have changed significantly. HE and its influence on somatic and psychological status, psychogenic changes and vegetative-neurotic manifestations associated with postoperative acute circulatory ischemia of ovarian tissue have become the subject of scientific exchange in many discussion panels. The article presents data from an experimental psychological study, assessment of the severity of urogenital dysfunction using the standardized POP-Q system, characteristics of quality of life parameters, indicators of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism both at the stage of preoperative followup and within 12 months, 3 and 5 years after surgery. in 80 women of reproductive age with uterine fibroids who underwent vaginal hysterectomy. The comparison group included 60 patients with abdominal hysterectomy. As a result of the studies carried out using experimental psychological methods, the dominance of asthenic, anxiety and depressive disorders should be noted. The most common symptoms were decreased performance, mood, emotional lability, dyssomnia, decreased memory and concentration. The study of the parameters of the quality of life made it possible to note the lowest indicators in the older age category of the main group, low levels of parameters were recorded in relation to «physical» and «sexual health», the sphere of interpersonal relationships suffered less. After GE, an increase in body mass index, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, an increase in proinsulin and HOMA index, as well as very low density lipoprotein cholesterol and an atherogenic index were recorded.

One of the most common benign hyperproliferative diseases of the female reproductive organs are uterine leiomyoma, the frequency of which, according to various literature in women of reproductive age is between 20% and 40%, and is the main indication for surgery, including removal of the organ. Long-term effects of surgical interventions for uterine fibroids have been the subject of numerous debates. In modern literature is not much research on the assessment of the quality of life both in organ treatment of uterine fibroids, and after surgical recovery. Quality of life have undoubtedly significant prognostic value and can be used in selecting the optimal treatment of uterine fibroids, as well as the development of individual approach to postoperative rehabilitation of patients. The objective: was the study of quality of life and the search for possible ways to improve in women after surgical healing uterine fibroids. Materials and methods. A survey of 80 women of reproductive age (study group), which was conducted without hysterectomy applications. Clinical and laboratory examination conducted in the dynamics of the postoperative period and at 6, 12 months and 3 years after surgical recovery. Assessment of comparative analysis require further formation of two groups comparing 20 patients with myoectomy and 20 women with no uterus amputation supravaginal applications. The control group consisted of 20 healthy patients. Assessment of quality of life survey conducted by using common clinical trials and monitoring at the individual questionnaire MOS 36- Item Short-Form Health Survey- MOS SF-36. Statistical analysis of the survey results was carried out using the software package Microsoft Office Excel and Statistica 6.0 for Windows. Results. In women, the main indicators of psycho-emotional and vegetative manifestations were most pronounced immediately after surgery and remained stable in three years with no significant deviations in the comparison group. Among the most frequently observed fatigue (76.25%), sleep disorders (88.75%), irritability and mood changes (76.25%) and emotional lability, anxiety and depressive symptoms. Of The results of evaluation of quality of life should be noted that first disturbed functioning role of women because of poor physical and emotional state, as evidenced by the significant differences obtained on the scale of General Health (GH) (overall health). Objective. To study the effectiveness of the use of Acilact Duo for relieving the symptoms of atrophic vaginitis against the background of antiestrogen therapy. Patients and methods. The study included patients of reproductive age (n = 21) who were treated with goserelin (10.8 mg once every 3 months) in combination with tamoxifen (20 mg per day) for previously diagnosed breast cancer (luminal A type). Inclusion criteria were: age 28–45 years, complaints of vaginal dryness and micro-cuts, dyspareunia, breast cancer in anamnesis. Microscopic and bacteriological examination of the vaginal discharge was carried out. Patients filled out an individual questionnaire on the symptoms of atrophic vaginitis and dynamics of psycho-emotional state according to the Spielberger–Khanin scale. Results. The most common patients’ complaints were: dryness (up to 6.1 points) and the presence of vaginal micro-cuts (1.5 points), dyspareunia (1.3 points). After the course of treatment with Acilact Duo, the severity of symptoms decreased by 1.5 times. The assessment of psychological status demonstrated a low subjective evaluation of health and quality of life (36.7 ± 1.4 points). Twelve days after treatment, a mean anxiety score improved and amounted to 30.9 ± 0.6 points (р < 0.05). The intensity of vaginal microbial colonization in atrophic vaginitis is low and characterized by the absence of lactoflora and the predominance of enterobacteriaceae, atopobium vaginae, staphylococci, streptococci and peptostreptococci. After local therapy with Acilact Duo, there was an increase in colonization by lactobacilli (by 5.1 times, р < 0.05), a decrease in the level of colonization by streptococci (by 1.7 times, р < 0.05), staphylococci (by 2 times, р < 0.05), peptostreptococci (by 4.3 times, р < 0.05) and enterobacteriaceae (by 4 times, р < 0.05). Conclusion. A short 10-day course of treatment with Acilact Duo for patients with atrophic vaginitis can significantly reduce the severity of symptoms and improve the quality of life of women of reproductive age. Key words: atrophic vaginitis, genitourinary syndrome, lactobacilli, dyspareunia, breast cancer

Subject. Chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis affects the physical condition of a person, as well as the psychology of their behavior, emotional reactions, as well as their role in social life. Doctors are not always set up to assess the quality of life and patient satisfaction with the therapy. The peculiarity of this disease is the vastness of its clinical manifestations, and the need to start treatment in a timely manner, and patients taking medications themselves, affects poor adherence to treatment. These characteristics have an impact on the quality of life, and if the quality of life improves as a result of therapy, this motivates patients to effectively control their condition. Goal ― to assess the quality of life, frequency and severity of anxiety and depressive disorders in cadets with chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis. Methodology. We conducted a survey of 140 cadets aged 18 to 25 years. Results. The revealed patterns suggest that bleeding, gum pain, and halitosis often contribute to the clinical manifestation of anxiety and depressive disorders in cadets with chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis, thereby impairing the quality of life. The combination of various metabolic factors in a closed circle mutually increases the severity of not only clinical manifestations of chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis, but also affects the mental status of the patient, increasing the degree of neurosis-like manifestations Conclusion. Chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis significantly affects the decline in indicators of not only physical health, but also mental well-being. High levels of anxiety and depression are most significantly correlated with indicators of mental and physical health of cadets . Thus, anxiety and depression of a somatogenic nature has a negative impact on the quality of life, aggravates the course of the underlying disease, significantly affecting the General well-being of the patient.

The study of quality of life showed that patients with infertility compared with fertile women significantly higher assessed and psychological (p<0.008) and the physical component of their health (p<0.02), showed the greatest difference in emotional functioning (p<0.002). It was revealed that the longer the sterility, the worse the patients rated their physical functioning (с=-0.32, p<0.001) and mental health (с=-0.25, p<0.02), and the higher their overall health satisfaction (с=0.28, p<0.004).A subjective satisfaction with the physical and mental state is assessed. It was found that the age lowers the quality of life assessment more than a period of infertility. According to data obtained in the study of quality of life does not depend from infertility factors, but is largely determined by the presence of children. Conclusions. It is concluded that the quality of life of secondary infertile women closest to the profile of fertile women; patient late reproductive age with infertility and endometrial pathology more satisfied with their lives than fertile women with endometrial pathology similar age. Key words: endometrial pathology, late reproductive period, infertility, quality of life.

Hysterectomy, performed in reproductive age, undoubtedly causes a decrease in all parameters of quality of life and contributes to the development of imbalance of hormonal homeostasis, psycho-emotional, vegetative-neurotic symptoms, increasing sexual and urogenital dysfunction, impeding psycho-social adaptation in the family, the professional and intellectual spheres of a woman’s life. This aspect is often overlooked by surgeons when evaluating the effectiveness of treatment, although it has a significant impact on recovery from surgery. The article presents data on experimental psychological research, evaluation of the severity of urogenital dysfunction using a standardized POP-Q system, characteristics of quality of life parameters both at the stage of preoperative observation and within 1, 3 and 5 years after surgery in 80 women of reproductive age with uterine fibroids who have undergone vaginal hysterectomy. The comparison group included 60 patients with hysterectomy performed by abdominal access. According to the results of this study, in women of reproductive age after radical surgery for fibroids, it was determined that the leading violations of quality of life after hysterectomy are general somatic symptoms, psycho-emotional disorders, genitourinary and sexual disorders. Radical operations for uterine fibroids cause an increase in the proportion of urogenital disorders, among which the most important are urinary incontinence and prolapse, the clinical manifestations of which have a negative impact on, including the psychosocial sphere, while reducing quality of life. Today there is no consensus on the degree of impact of radical surgery for uterine fibroids on the versatility of metabolic and hormonal homeostasis, the formation of psychovegetative symptom complex, and as a consequence, the impact on quality of life, which necessitates a validated method of quality of life optimization of the rehabilitation program with personalized consideration of the leading factors of status comorbidity when planning surgical treatment. Keywords: uterine fibroids, hysterectomy, quality of life parameters.
