Development of an up-to-date collection of women's clothing with the use of pechwork technique based on the transformation of a creative source - the Peruvian national costume. Research methods were used: analytical, objective observation and structural analysis. The basis for the study was the scientific work of experts in the field of design of clothing and findings of experts in the field of fashion. The analysis of the manufacturing process of products in the technology of the pitchfork allowed to develop a classification of types and techniques of pectin and to develop an up-to-date collection of women's clothing using this technology of clothing modeling. On the basis of theoretical studies, the types of pechorop technique are systematized and the main principles of its application in the design of new clothing collections are proposed. Artistic-design, constructive-technological decisions of models with the use of the pechora technique were developed, a collection of women's clothing was made.

Объектом исследования выступают общественные отношения, складывающиеся в процессе классификации товаров в таможенных целях. Целью научной работы является рассмотрение некоторых практических аспектов выбора классификационного кода для различных категорий товаров. На основе общелогических методов исследования были выявлены особенности классификации наборов и комплектов, частей общего назначения и компонентов, используемых исключительно как составляющие определенного оборудования или механизма. The object of the study is the social relations that develop in the process of classification of goods for customs purposes. The purpose of the scientific work is to consider some practical aspects of the choice of the classification code for various categories of goods. On the basis of general logical research methods, the features of classification of sets, general-purpose parts and components used exclusively as components of a certain equipment or mechanism were identified.

Improving the design process of modern clothes and determining the sign-symbolic functions of costume, inspired by ethnic motives, by studying methods of the associative transformation of the folk costume tectonic structure based on the use of various types of structural transformations. System-informational, visual-analytical research methods are used in the work. Systematic and structural analyses of the artistic and compositional elements transformations in the shaping of a modern costume based on associative conversion is applied.Results. Based on the investigation, the interconnection between associative signs and structural building of modern women’s clothes, designed upon a folk costume construction basis, has been determined. The research of the most expressive elements of traditional clothes has been carried out with the purpose to determine symbolic functionality of a contemporary costume. Principles of project implementation of associative structural transformations of costume forms, spatial elements layout and order of their placement using different types of tectonic transformation have been determined, and classification of structural transformations has been developed. Scientific novelty lies in the development of modern costume designing methods based on the forms and structure of traditional folk clothes. This makes it possible to determine the variability of the use of relationships of morphological and associative transformations of the object and improving the design processes of new promising costume forms. The results of scientific work can be used in the practical activity of costume designers in order to develop promising collections of modern clothes for contests and exhibitions.The results allow to optimize the design process of modern clothing models.

Introduction: The analysis and interpretation of electron micrographs of cells and tissues, often requires the accurate extraction of structural networks, which either provide immediate 2D or 3D information, or from which the desired information can be inferred. The images of these structures contain lines and/or curves whose orientation, lengths, and intersections characterize the overall network.Some examples exist of studies that have been done in the analysis of networks of natural structures. In, Sebok and Roemer determine the complexity of nerve structures in an EM formed slide. Here the number of nodes that exist in the image describes how dense nerve fibers are in a particular region of the skin. Hildith proposes a network structural analysis algorithm for the automatic classification of chromosome spreads (type, relative size and orientation).

This study aims to examine the decorative types of Gorontalo karawo fabrics in aesthetic and symbolic elements. Researchers want to know as made in the research design, aspects that are present in the decoration of fabrics in aesthetic and symbolic elements. This study uses a number of related theories to get results, and as a determinant, the authors use aesthetic theory, as well as historical approaches. With this theoretical basis, the author seeks to describe the aesthetic aspects and symbolic meanings that exist in Gorontalo karawo fabric. Through the data collection of the chosen motif and provide a classification of motives, the part is used as a reference for research material. The results showed that Gorontalo filigree had an aesthetic value consisting of unity formed from the overall decorative motifs displayed, complexity formed by complexity in the manufacturing process, and intensity of seriousness in the manufacturing process or the impression displayed on the filigree motif. The aesthetic form also reflects the diversity of meanings for communication, such as the symbol of a leader with his noble instincts, a symbol of cultural cooperation, which is worth maintaining, and ideas about nature conservation. This research proves that the decoration in Gorontalo filigree cloth (karawo) does not only act as a visual value, but also as a communication of cultural meanings and social status. Of all these distinctive motifs show a relationship between humans and humans and humans with nature. The influence of culture from the Philippines is also known to have a strong influence on the emergence of the Gorontalo filigree namely manila filigree.

Proses pemeriksaan saksi dimulai dari penyidikan sampai pada tingkat penuntutan di pengadilan. Di tingkat penyidikan maka terlebih dahulu saksi diperiksa oleh penyidik dengan memperhatikan perlindungan terhadap saksi yaitu tanpa ancaman atau tekanan.dari pihak manapun. Kemudian saksi dapat diperiksa di tempat kediaman saksi dan saksi diperiksa tanpa disumpah. Sedangkan pada tingkat penuntutan atau pesidangan maka terlebih dahulu saksi dipanggil untuk didengar keterangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap objek penulisan atau suatu karya ilmiah guna mendapatkan data-data, pokok-pokok pikiran, serta pendapat lainnya dari pakar atau media apapun, yaitu terkait pemeriksaan saksi dalam perkara pidana berdasarkan ius contitum indonesia. Abstract National atlases provide comprehensive information about nature, population, social and economic situation of the country. In 2017 the process of compiling and publishing the National Atlas of Lithuania (Lietuvos Nationalinis Atlasas) was finished. The goal of the authors is: in the context of the whole National Atlas to present a thorough analysis of the structure of content and cartographic visualization methods of Volume III. This volume focusses on social and economic phenomena in Lithuania. The authors discuss the principles of compiling the whole National Atlas of Lithuania and presents its structure in a concise manner. Following the classification of traditional mapping methods, specific examples of mapping in Volume III are presented, advantages of mapping techniques are discussed and the structural analysis of mapping methods is also conducted. The conclusions and the discussion part present the problems encountered while compiling Volume III as well as solutions to them.

In historical research methods, many researchers use reference sources in the form of relevant journals and book sources that support in writing these scientific articles. The result of this discussion is that after going through the hard struggle of being a villain, being a person who was driven out of his residence, but luck continued to follow Ken Arok. His mission to become king, began by killing Tunggul Ametung with Mpu Gandring's Keris and married Ken Dedes. Subsequently defeated the Kingdom of Kediri and founded the Singosari Kingdom with the title Sri Rajasa Bhatara Sang Amurwabumi.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of features of object categorization in veterinary terminology for animal diseases. The relevance of the article is due to the need to study the object categorization in the formation, structuring and functioning of the English terminology of veterinary medicine, in particular the terms for animal diseases. The analysis was performed using definitive, semantic, categorical and conceptual research methods. The purpose of the research is to study object categorization of the English terms for animal diseases. Materials and methods of research. English veterinary terms that name animal diseases, obtained by the method of continuous sampling from specialized dictionaries were chosen as the material for research Results of the research. The category OBJECT is widely used in veterinary terminology, as it is one of the basic categories for the classification of concepts that are nominated by terms for animal diseases. Terms representing the category of OBJECT are divided into three groups: 1) terms for affected anatomical objects; 2) terms for pathological objects; 3) terms to indicate the diseases of certain animals. The author represents groups of nominations that correspond to the category OBJECT. Thus, the category of OBJECT is widely used in veterinary terminology, as it is one of the basic categories that play an important role in the formation of a scientific concept, as well as in the formation of the name that reflects it. Conclusions. Object categorization is one of the principles of classification of animal diseases, on the basis of which the process of cognition of objects of veterinary medicine is realized, as well as the formation, structuring and functioning of English terminology for animal diseases. We see the prospect of research in identifying a set of language tools in English that are used to verbalize the category OBJECT in the terminology for animal diseases.

Statement of the problem. The question of the classification of housing legal relations into regulatory and protective ones is not debatable. But not because there is a consensus on this issue in the doctrine, but because until now it has not become the subject of special research. In some works, one can find a brief mention of the division of housing legal relations into regulatory and protective, but it is difficult to find a detailed presentation of the author’s position on this issue. Against the background of the active development of the classification of civil legal relations into regulatory and protective inattention to this issue in the science of housing law looks like a serious omission over the past decades. Goals and objectives of the study. The article discusses the main provisions justifying the classification under consideration, examines the attitude towards it in the literature of a housing legal nature. Research methods: the article uses a logical method, and above all such techniques as analysis and synthesis, functional and comparative legal methods. Results, brief conclusions: ignoring the classification in question leads to contradictions in the doctrine of housing legal relations, to the ingraining of unreliable ideas about the ratio of the categories included in this doctrine. It seems important to carry out further research of housing legal relations on the basis of a consistent classification of housing legal relations into regulatory housing legal relations and protective housing legal relations.
