The most important theoretical and methodological issues related to the identification, assessment, formation and development of the teacher’s psychological and pedagogical potential include adequate methods of his psychodiagnostics. Until now, almost all diagnostic methods used in psychology, including pedagogical, were focused mainly on assessing the current professional level of a specialist’s development, and his potential psychological and pedagogical capabilities, which were not manifested or were not clearly manifested in practical activity, was considered rather within the framework of theory. The article offers for discussion a number of tasks that require methodological and methodological solutions, and are aimed at studying the psychological and pedagogical potential of the teacher.

Context: In the current period, researchers in the field of physical education (PE) have highlighted the need for a theoretical component to support practical activity. This aims to provide students with a rational understanding of the objectives, principles and concepts underlying this discipline. Objective: The Covid-19 pandemic forced the Romanian government to move the educational process to the online environment. So, given this situation, we tried to find out if the PE teachers chose to teach theoretical content during this period. Procedure: A two-part questionnaire was designed for PE teachers: in the first part demographic information is requested, and in the second part, they were asked to provide answers to 8 items. For each item in the second part, teachers had to choose from 5 answer options built on the likert scale: <Not at all>, <A little>, <Enough>, <Much>, <Very much>. Results: The teachers said that they taught <Much> or <Very much> nutritional knowledge (43%), behavioral knowledge 48% and information about famous athletes (46%). But, 53% of them said they used the PE textbook <A little> or <Not at all>. Conclusion & Recommendations: During the period in which physical education took place online, the teachers stated that they taught a vast theoretical content. However, for the most part, the contents taught were not those in the PE textbook. In the future, clearer delimitations of the importance of theoretical knowledge are needed, as well as clarifications regarding the theoretical contents that must be mastered by students.

This article is devoted to a comparative analysis of somatic phraseological units in German and Uzbek. Somatic phraseological units are part of a common group of phrases in German and Uzbek. Many languages have equivalents of somatic phraseological units, however, each part of the body is associated with certain characteristics: head with mind, heart with feelings, mouth and tongue with speech, hands with practical activity. The work contains about 1500 somatic phrases based on explanatory phraseological dictionaries and multilingual phraseographic sources of German and Uzbek languages, which are studied in terms of lexic, syntax and semantics. The work explores somatic expressions in both languages from a lexical, syntactic and semantic point of view. In the somatic phraseological units, the human body participates as a nuclear word, and they have cultural signs of a certain mentality. From the point of view of structural-semantic and structural-syntactic interactions, somatisms in German and Uzbek were studied in such categories as absolute equivalence, partial equivalence, zero equivalence. In this work, phraseological units corresponding to all lexical, morphological and syntactic criteria of equivalence are interpreted as absolute, having almost the same meaning in both languages, as well as small morphological-syntactic and lexical-semantic differences - as partially equivalent, without alternative equivalents or lexical options in comparable languages according to internal and external linguistic factors, as zero equivalents. The results of the study are presented in tables as statistical data.

Abstract. Research is aimed at developing theoretical and methodological provisions and creating practical recommendations for the organization of the integrated reporting formation, taking into account the analytical indicators in conditions of growing information needs of users. Main principles and provisions of modern economic theory, theory of accounting and economic analysis, scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists on problems of organization of integrated reporting are the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. General scientific methods were used: deduction and induction, synthesis and analysis, formalization and detailing, comparison and analogy, the method of theoretical generalization to gain the aim of the work and to solve the certain tasks. The result of the research is the development of a scientific and methodological approach for the implementation of integrated reporting in the practical activity of the enterprise. The organization of the integrated report formation will provide the solid background for the business in the form of complex integrated financing and non-financing indicators of the enterprise, which will define the main tools, methods, procedures, observance of basic and additional principles of formation of the system of accounting and analytical information. The mechanism of the organization of the integrated reporting formation as scientific and methodological approach is developed for the implementation of the integrated reporting in the practical activity of the enterprise, which consists of organization stages: the organization of the economic processes of the integrated accounting system; the organization of the accounting support of the integrated reporting formation; the organization of integrated reporting formation. The implementation of proposals in the practical activity of the enterprise will allow: publication of the integrated reporting with the responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the information on the «Unified portal of integrated reporting of the enterprises and organizations of Ukraine», which will be the background of the sustainable development of business and national economy, social and ecological security of the country. The well-designed mechanism will ensure high efficiency indicators and results of the subjects and protect stakeholders from the risks of obtaining inaccurate or incomplete information or not receiving it at all. The article is devoted to one of the main areas of the theory and practice of lexicography: lexicographic design – the development of dictionaries as an engineering and philological activity. Lexicographic design as an integral theoretical and practical activity is carried out in a system of four interrelated coordinates: a) What-coordinate determines the object of description, theoretical basis for the dictionary and linguistic aspects of the interpretation of headwords; b) For whom-coordinate concerns the user characteristics of the dictionary that affect its volume and content; c) How-coordinate determines the structural characteristics and the process of creating of the dictionary; d) the form / environment of the dictionary implementation depends on Where-coordinates. Each of the coordinates separately and all of them together affect the macro- and microstructure of the dictionary, the composition of its lexicographic parameters, the form of information presentation and other aspects.

д. Currently, the idea of design as a specific method of methodological work in the field of education is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and disclose the essential characteristics of the methodological design function and to carry out a comparative characteristic of its manifestation in the classical and post-nonclassical paradigms. The author substantiates the understanding of design as an integral part of the methodology of pedagogy, the functional purpose of which consists, on the one hand, in the projection of scientific knowledge about the content and methods of changes in pedagogical reality to its specific area, and on the other hand, in the understanding of such achievements of practice by science that have not yet found an explanation in theory. The essence of this relationship is revealed within the framework of the classical paradigm, which consists in ensuring the stable functioning of educational systems based on the norms set by science. In the post-nonclassical paradigm, the principles of consistency, contextuality, conventionality, act as general regulators of the projection of scientific knowledge onto the area of practical activity, self-development of projected objects, reflexivity, and riskiness act as general regulatives of the projection of scientific knowledge on the field of practical activity. The significance of the conducted research is to expand the subject areas of practical application of the design methodology, which include, for example, the scientific and educational space of the university with its institutional formations – research centers, laboratories, editorial offices of scientific publications, etc.
