Retail mix is ​​a tool used to implement and handle the development of retail strategies to satisfy the needs of more target markets than competitors. This research was conducted to determine which factors predominantly influence purchasing decisions in retail companies. In addition, this study aims to analyze the influence of retail mix consisting of customer service, store design & display, communication mix, location, merchandise assortment, and pricing of consumer purchasing decisions in retail stores in the city of Madiun. A sample of 100 people with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Respondents are consumers in retail stores in Madiun City which consist of 3 Sub-Districts namely Taman Subdistrict, Kartoharjo District and Manguharjo District. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the simultaneous retail mix research have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially variable store design & display, merchandise assortment, and pricing have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Customer service variables have a significant negative effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Communication mix and location variables have no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Subsequent research needs to include a variable post-purchase behavior because the customer will evaluate the experience after making a purchasing decision.

The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the risk factors that will influence both simultaneously and partially on the customer's decision to make purchases through online media. This research was used by using questionnaires methods. Population of this study was student and employee at Darma Cendika  Catholic University, Surabaya. Research involves to 220 respondent. The sampling technique in this study was used convenience sampling and purposive sampling. The technique of data analysis using factor confirmatory analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the research by factor analyze confirmatory showed that new factor risk is Psychological Risk. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate Privacy Risk, Quality Risk, Purchase Behavior Risk, Information Risk, Product Delivery Risk, Psychological Risk, Health Risk, and Product Size Risk have a significant negative effect on customer Purchasing Decisions through online media.

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out how much the Price and Location Influence on Room Purchase Decisions atathe Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. In making purchasing decisions there are five stages that are considered by constumers before making a purchase decision, recognizing needs, seeking information, evaluating alternatives, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior. And any factors that are considered by guests when making purchasing decisions. These factors are products, places, promotions, prices, people, processes, and physical evidance. Sample in this study amounted to 90 samples with of incidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study have significantly influenced the price of the decision to purchase rooms at the Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi with a score of 51.2% while the rest (48.8%) is influenced by other factors. Recently common phenomenon in all walks of life use smartphones, ranging from a young children to an adults. Samsung Galaxy Smartphone shows a magnificent display, there are a lot of choices they give to us, provide fairly complete applications, and it can reflects an up to date metropolitan lifestyle by using it. This research is a conclusive research. Sample who taken as many as 110 people with snowball sampling technique. Measuring instrument which used is enquette, as well as the the data analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research instrument that used was a questionnaire, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows the results, that there is a positive effect between lifestyle and reference group on purchasing decisions towards purchasing decisions Smartphone Samsung Galaxy simultaneously and the dominant effect is the lifestyle variables followed by variable virtual community.

This study aims to determine (1) whether there is a retail effect mix (Product Diversity, Store Location, Pricing, Consumer Services, Store Design and Display, and Communication Mix) on purchasing decisions consumers in DM Baru Swalayan Bantul both partially and simultaneously. The object in this study is DM Baru Swalayan Bantul. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents are DM Baru Swalayan consumers who have shopped at least 2x (twice) in March and April. Analyzer used to measure the effect of Retail Mix on purchasing decisions is linear regression analysis multiple. Based on the results of the research variable Product Diversity, Store Location, Pricing, Consumer Services, Store Design and Display, and Communication Mix effect simultaneously, this is indicated by the value significance less than 0.05 is 0,000. While the variables are partial effect is the customer service variable (X4) with value significance 0.004 <0.05 and the Communication Mix variable (X6) with values significance of 0.009 < 0.05.

The development of the fashion world continues to follow the existing trends and give birth to new works to meet the needs and desires of consumers so that boutiques, distributions, and so forth. In Indonesia there are several local distros that are famous and popular among young people, one of them is the 3Second distro. This study is to determine the effect of product design, brand image, price and celebrity endorser on behavior after purchasing 3Second distributions in Jember. The population of all consumers is 3Second Jember distro. the sample used was 110 respondents. The method used was purposive sampling. This type of research is explanatory research. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product design, brand image and price significantly influence post-purchase behavior. while celebrity endorsers do not affect behavior after purchase. This research is expected to provide additional information and can be used as a material for consideration of distributions regarding factors that influence behavior after purchase.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal banking factors in the form of: Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Total Assets (TA) to Non Performing Financing at Sharia Banks. This research method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.00 software which is used to see the influence between the independent variables in the form of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Total Assets (TA) to Non Performing Financing. The sample of this study was 3 Islamic Commercial Banks, so there were 36 annual reports obtained through purposive sampling, then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that based on the F Test, the independent variable had an effect on the NPF, indicated by the F value of 17,016 and significance of 0,000, overall the independent variable was able to explain the effect of 69.60%. While based on the partial t test, showed that CAR has a significant negative effect, Total assets have a significant positive effect with a significance value below 0.05 (5%). Meanwhile FDR does not affect NPF.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. English This study aims to determine the effect of few variables, that is industiral type, profitability proxied by ROE and ROA, and environmental performance towards Islamic social reporting disclosure in companies listed in JII 2011-2015. The population in this study were all companies registered in JII 2011-2015, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 11 companies was obtained for five years, or equal to 55 annual reports. The analysis in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the Industry Type and Environmental Performance variables have no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure, while ROE has a significant negative effect and ROA has a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tipe industri, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROE dan ROA, serta kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan islamic social reporting pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2011-2015, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan selama lima tahun, atau sama dengan 55 laporan tahunan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tipe Industri dan Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting, sedangkan ROE berpengruh negatif signifikan dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting.

Accounting mistakes are a mistake in financial facts. In order for an agency or company does not occur accounting errors, agencies or companies need to consider the factors that affect accounting errors. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of Government Internal Control System and individual morality on accounting errors. This research was conducted at Local Government of Badung Regency. Population in this research is all financial officer at Badung Regency Government. The number of samples taken as many as 35 employees, with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Government Internal Control System and individual morality have a negative effect on accounting errors in Badung District Government.
