The learning model used greatly affects the learning process in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The online learning that has been passed in this one year has caused boredom. The learning process is too monotonous, the teacher's intonation is less varied, and not easy to interact directly with friends and teachers. Therefore, to achieve an effective and maximum learning process, the researcher proposes using video-based learning and gamification methods to increase deeper understanding of the material, motivation in learning, and student involvement in the learning process through the Learning Management System (LMS). The material presented will be transformed into more interactive and interesting videos such as simple animated videos, tutorial videos, podcast videos, and others. This research aims to provide positive benefits for students to be more active in discussing and collaborating and enthusiastic in doing all learning activities. The test to measure the level of motivation and involvement can be carried out in three stages, namely with pre-test and post-test, T-test and analytical data from student access to the LMS according to the indicators involved in this study such as video completion, total video, total comments, total badges, and completion of the game level. This study result indicates a positive influence from the application of video-based learning and gamification methods on LMS to increase student motivation and engagement.

Pandemi COVID-19 menuntut sektor pendidikan untuk melakukan berbagai perubahan maupun inovasi dan adaptasi demi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran tetap berjalan baik. Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong sektor pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan pada model proses pembelajaran dimana proses pembelajaran berpindah dari pembelajaran konvensional atau tatap muka di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online atau daring. Dengan demikian, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa harus siap beradaptasi dan menghadapi terobosan maupun tantangan baru terhadap perubahan sistem dalam  pembelajaran yang diterapkan perguruan tinggi. Learning Management System (LMS) adalah salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung dan mengelola pembelajaran secara online agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan dengan baik selama pandemic COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode semi deskriptif   kuantitatif. Dimana tujuan  dalam  penelitian ini adalah untuk  menjelaskan pemanfaatan Learning Management System sebagai media pembelajaran online yang digunakan selama pandemic COVID-19. Aplikasi Learning Management System seperti Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, serta SEVIMA Edlink dan LMS yang dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi maupun yang disediakan oleh pemerintah sangat bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran online atau daring selama pandemi COVID-19. Dimana dengan aplikasi LMS ini, sistem pembelajaran dan komunikasi tetap berjalan dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang tersedia dalam aplikasi LMS tersebut.   Kata kunci: komponen; Learning Mangement System, Pembelajaran Online, COVID-19   Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic requires the education sector to make various changes and innovations and adaptations for the implementation of the learning process to continue. The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged the education sector, especially universities, to make changes to the learning process model where the learning process moves from conventional or face-to-face learning in the classroom to online or online learning. Thus, faculty, lecturers and students must be ready to adapt and face breakthroughs and new challenges to the system changes in learning implemented by universities. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the ways used by universities to support and manage online learning so that the teaching learning process continues well during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a semi-descriptive quantitative method. Where the purpose in this study is to explain the utilization of Learning Management System as an online learning medium used during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning Management System applications such as Google Classroom, Edmodo, Moodle, and SEVIMA Edlink and LMS developed by universities as well as provided by the government are very useful as online or online learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic. AbstrakHasil pengamatan perilaku yang dilakukan pada peserta pelatihan daring dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi untuk penyelenggaraan pelatihan pada masa yang akan datang menjadi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku peserta, pengajar dan panita dalam proses pembelajaran dengan keseluruhan daring. Pendekatan penelitian adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan data logs report pada Learning Management System (LMS) Pusdiklat BMKG. Objek penelitian adalah 50 peserta pelatihan teknis big data yang berasal dari unit pelaksana teknis di BMKG, 13 pengajar dan 2 panitia. Pelatihan diselenggarakan di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan BMKG pada 28 Oktober sampai dengan 9 Desember 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pelaku pelatihan memiliki aktivitas yang signifikan hanya pada momen-momen tertentu. Sistem LMS mencatat beberapa kejadian: 1) terjadi peningkatan aktivitas peserta, ketika mendekati tenggang waktu pengumpulan semua tugas yaitu pada hari senin dan pada saat pelaksanaan post-test; 2) terjadi peningkatan aktivitas pengajar ketika mendapat peringatan dari panitia untuk pemberian grading terhadap semua tugas-tugas yang dikumpulkan peserta; 3) terjadi peningkatan aktivitas panitia pada saat agenda pembelajaran dimulai dan ketika pelaksanakan post-test. Analysis of big data technical online training using Moodle logger dataThe results of behavioral observations conducted on online trainees can be used as evaluation material for the implementation of future training to be more optimal. This research aims to find out the behavior of participants, teachers, and organizers in the process of full online learning. The research approach is statistically descriptive by using data logs report on Learning Management System (LMS) Pusdiklat BMKG. The research object was 50 big data technical trainees from the technical implementation unit at BMKG, 13 teachers and 2 committees. The training was held at BMKG Education and Training Center from October 28 to December 9, 2019. The results showed that the behavior of trainees had significant activity only at certain moments. The LMS system records several events: 1) there is an increase in participant activity, when approaching the grace period of all tasks that is on Monday and during post-test implementation; 2) there is an increase in teacher activity when it is alerted by the committee to grading all the tasks collected by participants; 3) there is an increase in committee activity at the time the learning agenda begins and when the implementation of post-test.

Currently the entire field has been supported by technology, especially the world of education in the learning process to determine the quality of a college graduate. In the world of education Perguruan Tinggi Raharja has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve the learning objectives. Graduate students are given learning experiences using methods iLearning the learning process using the media Ten Pillar IT iLearning (TPi). But the learning process is not running properly and still undeniably versatile use paper as a method of learning in general, Therefore at this time to achieve the learning objectives very effectively implement methods Learning Management System (LMS) iDu which can be accessed online anytime and anywhere easily. The purpose of this study to determine measure the success of the learning process at MIT class that still use manual systems in the learning process . This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational survey method . Sample collection techniques in this study was based on the results of the student survey MIT classes . Data collector by using questionnaires and documentation . Results from the study showed that the better level the results of the learning process to use iDu’s system where students could complete the learning easily anywhere and anytime . In this journal Identified there are three (3) the problems faced and the solutions given are by utilizing campus Learning Management System (LSM) iDu. Do 8 (eight) literature review as a post-graduate study materials. And there were 13 (thirteen) advantages and 1 (one) shortcomings of this study. The implementation is done in the course MasteringInformation Technology (MIT). This study is expected to improve the quality of graduates from graduate students in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

<p class="0abstract">Learning Management System (LMS) is a learning process that utilizes computer information technology equipped with internet and multimedia telecommunications facilities (graphics, audio, video) in delivering material and interaction between instructors and learners. The purpose of this study is to develop blended learning Using Claroline as a learning tool that facilitates students in learning. To achieve the objective of the study the research uses a quantitative approach to collect data using pre and post tests and questionnaires. The sample in the study were students of economic Islamic consisting of two classes, with a total of 50 students enrolled in this study. The results show that the difference in the average pre-test and post-test score was -29.43720. While the t-test that tests Ho: pre-test = post-test gives a value of t = -37.43720 with a degree of freedom of 49. While the p-value for the two-sided test of 0,000 is smaller than α = 0.05. This data approves that the statistical hypothesis Ho: pre-test = post-test is rejected, meaning that the average pre-test and post-test scores are significantly different. The findings of this study can be used to recommend effective ways of learning and teaching using e-learning that can improve student learning outcomes in higher education. The implications of this research is to encourage teachers to use e-learning technology and facilitate students with the technology in improving academic learning outcomes.</p>

Pada masa mendatang penerapan teknologi internet di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan akan sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas dan pemerataan layanan pendidikan. Sehingga diperlukan solusi yang tepat dan cepat dalam mengatasi berbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan mutu pendidikan. Melalui e-learning, pendidikan jarak jauh yang bergantung pada jarak dan waktu untuk pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan akan dapat diatasi, sehingga diperlukan penggunaan suatu media learning management system. Kegiatan pelatihan learning management system pada guru di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kabupaten Semarang telah dilaksanakan pada 18-25 Juli 2020 menggunakan media Zoom Meeting dengan materi pengenalan sampai dengan mempraktikkan pembelajaran dengan LMS Schoology. Kegiatan pembukaan dan penutupan juga dilaksanakan secara langsung di SDN Sugihan 02 melalui perwakilan. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Semarang yang terdiri dari lima orang dosen dan dua orang mahasiswa. Dilakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan pre test dan post test. Hasil pre test menyimpulkan peserta yang kebanyakan berstatus sebagai guru, masih belum menerapkan learning management system dan belum mengetahui Schoology dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 70% dan 73%. Dalam segi kebermanfaatan, evaluasi juga dilakukan melalui beberapa aspek diantaranya adalah: 1) aspek keterbantuan, 2) ketertarikan pendidik dan siswa, 3) kemudahan, dan 4) fleksibilitas. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan terkait manfaat yang dirasakan saat menggunakan media Schoology sebagai LMS mendapatkan skor 79%-85% untuk setiap aspeknya. Hal tersebut menyimpulkan, ketertarikan dan kebermanfaatan Schoology sebagai LMS dalam pembelajaran cukup tinggi.

The Church

PPA Light Generation is one of the Compassion Foundations under the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia Hagios Family Yogyakarta which helps children with poor backgrounds. There are approximately 200 children from various Tribes, Religions, Races, and Intergroups from the age of 1 to 22 years who are sheltered by PPA Light Generation. The form of learning activities focuses on the formation of character and personality in children who are guided by noble values. In addition, the skills and talents of each fostered child are also considered. Coaching involves fostered children and mentors which is carried out regularly every week in the church. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, physical meetings and material sharing cannot be carried out. The service output is "Edugen" learning management system that can be used by mentors and fostered children. The aim is to facilitate the learning process both in terms of delivering material and communication between mentors and fostered children and to support access to the dissemination of local wisdom values in PPA Light Generation so that by strengthening the value of local wisdom the fostered children can fortify themselves from negative influences. The method used is in the form of socialization, training and assistance in technology, which is carried out online and offline by complying with health protocols. The training and assistance provided is in the form of materials on how to use the Edugen website for mentors and fostered children. The implementation of the activity was successful with an average score of more than 70%.
