Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dari servant leadership terhadap kemampuan pembelajaran organisasi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh 208 responden dan merupakan karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan yang menerapkan konsep corporate university untuk pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah gabungan dari purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala perilaku servant leadership yang dikembangkan oleh Handoyo (2010) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,993, skala Organizational Learning Capability (OLC) measurement scale yang dikembangkan oleh Chiva, Alegre, dan Lapiedra (2007) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,899. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square dengan software WarpPLS 6.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dari servant leadership terhadap kemampuan pembelajaran organisasi.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement instrument for organizational learning capability (OLC) in a Chinese management context. Previous research has indicated a need for measurement instruments with proven ecological validity in China, because the learning capability of organizations is influenced by the organization’s external environment. Design/methodology/approach The authors followed a consequent inductive procedure from item sampling through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and nomological validation. The initial part sampled relevant descriptors from a diverse sample of 159 employees from heterogeneous backgrounds in China. After sorting by an expert panel, EFA of data from a sample of 161 executive students yielded a three-dimensional construct comprising knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. These three constructs were again tested in CFA using a sample of 357 employees from five companies. Findings The findings across the three samples resulted in a three-dimensional measurement scale that is called as the organizational learning capability questionnaire (OLCQ). The OLCQ displayed high internal consistency, reliability and nomological validity. Research limitations/implications This focus of this study has only been to establish a measurement instrument that allows indigenous research on organizational learning in China. The approach was statistically driven grounded approach, not a theoretical assumption of learning mechanisms special to the Chinese culture. Further research is needed to estimate how this approach yields results that are different from other cultures or the extent to which our findings can be explained by features of the Chinese culture or business environment. Practical implications This study offers a practical measurement instrument to assess practical and scientific problems of organizational learning in China. Social implications The work here emphasizes the necessity of a knowledge sharing community for organizational learning to appear. It addresses a call for more indigenous Chinese management research. Originality/value The authors provide a measurement instrument for OLC with proven ecological validity and with promising consequences for research and practice in China. The instrument is empirically grounded in the practices and behaviors of Chinese managers, avoiding biases that stem from previously identified shortcomings in cross-cultural management research. To the knowledge, it is the first of its kind and a contribution to a call for indigenous management theories with contextual validity.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap return saham dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi sebanyak 56 perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan melalui purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel independen (X) yakni profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Variabel moderasi (Z) yakni nilai tukar, serta variabel dependen (Y) yakni return saham. Data sekunder adalah”jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian”ini. Sumber dataa berasal dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan (annual report) atau melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data”menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara parsial Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham dan likuiditas berpengaruh”terhadap return saham. Efek moderasi, dimana secara parsial nilai tukar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap return saham.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak work environment (WE) terhadap creative performance (CP) melalui mediasi creative self-efficacy (CSE) karyawan PT. Putra Mojo Maju Jaya Abadi. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 67 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Proses perhitungan dan analisis penelitian menggunakan progam aplikasi software Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert lima poin sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan kerja akan mempengaruhi tingginya efikasi diri kreatif yang selanjutnya akan mempengaruhi kreativitas seseorang dalam bekerja. Namun kualitas lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi langsung creative performance seseorang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Atribut Produk, dan Iklan sebagai variabel independen, kemudian Perpindahan Merek sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Smartphone Samsung yang sempat melakukan Perpindahan Merek dari Smartphone lain di Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Ukuran sampel diambil dari 75 responden dengan metode pengambilan sample Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode PLS/Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil penholahan data dengan PLS memiliki hasil bahwa (1) Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,427. (2) Atribut Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,537. (3) Iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,004.

This research uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of human resource development, religiosity, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees using a purposive sampling method to determine respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was performed using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that human resource development has no effect on employee performance, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in moderating human resource development on employee performance and religiosity on employee performance. This means that the more often human resource development is given, the higher the employee's performance and the higher the employee's religiosity, the higher the employee's performance will be and will result in job satisfaction for employees at the Sharia Business Unit Bank in Palembang City.  Keywords: Human Resources Development, Religiosity, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia, religiusitas, terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan meyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dan religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti semakin sering pengembangan sumber daya manusia diberikan maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dan semakin tinggi religiusitas karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi dan akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan pada Bank Unit Usaha Syariah di Kota Palembang.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Religiusitas, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja.

The purpose of this research is to investigate factors that influence the intent of behavior using technology in online learning. The study uses structural equation modeling using a partial least square approach to test the hypotheses. Respondents selected using purposive sampling, and the questionnaires were distributed through online surveys and received a response of 96 respondents. Results show that latent variables, performance expectations, business expectations, and facility conditions have a positive and significant relationship with the intent of individual behaviour in the use of technology in online learning. The latent variable "condition facility" is the most influential factor. This research provides an important overview and understanding for policymakers in designing frameworks to pay attention to facility conditions. Further research is suggested in the future covering samples from various provinces in Indonesia. This study adds to the literature primarily on factors affecting behavioral intent to use technology in online learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku guru menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan pendekatan partial least square untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan purposive sampling, kuesioner disebarkan melalui survei online dan mendapat tanggapan dari 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel laten, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, dan kondisi fasilitas memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan niat perilaku individu dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online. Variabel laten “fasilitas kondisi” merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran dan pemahaman penting bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang kerangka kerja untuk memperhatikan kondisi fasilitas. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan di masa depan mencakup sampel dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia. Studi ini menambah literatur terutama pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management behavior of employed women in Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method and a Likert scale for measurement scale.  The sample of this study was 400 respondents who are employed women in Kota Bandung were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The independent variable consists of financial socialization and financial experience, while the dependent variable is financial management behavior. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of financial socialization on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 25.220> ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial socialization variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then the financial experience on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 1.641 < ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial experience does not have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior variable.   Keywords: Financial Socialization, Financial Experience, Financial Management Behavior   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui financial management behavior dari Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial socialization terhadap financial management behavior memiliki nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan tstatistik sebesar 25,220> nilai ttabel sebesar 1.96, kemudian variabel financial experience tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,641< nilai ttabel   sebesar 1.96. AbstractThis research aims to analyze the effect of e-filling application and tax volunteer’s role to individual taxpayer’s compliance. In addition, this research also analyzes the effect of tax volunteer’s role as moderating variable on e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research analyzes primary data from distributed questionnaires to 100 individual taxpayers’ in assistance locations of Tax Volunteer from Politeknik Negeri Bali Tax Center. Sample selection in this research using purposive sampling technique. The testing of research variables was conducted using the Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results showed that e-filling application and tax volunteers role had a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer’s compliance. While there is no significant effect from the moderation of tax volunteer’s role in e-filling application to individual taxpayer’s compliance. This research has a novelty the role of tax volunteers in improving taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, this research has a practical contribution to the tax authority to increase the role of tax volunteers and to taxpayers on the participation of utilizing tax volunteers to improve compliance.Keywords: E-filling; Individual taxpayer; Tax compliance; Tax volunteerAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek dari penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Di samping itu, dilakukan pula pengujian moderasi relawan pajak atas pengaruh penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data primer dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi di lokasi asistensi Relawan Pajak Tax Center Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pemilihan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian variabel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-filling dan peran relawan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan pada moderasi peran relawan pajak atas penerapan e-filling terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbaruan peran relawan pajak dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini memiliki kontribusi praktis pada otoritas pajak untuk meningkatkan peran relawan pajak dan terhadap wajib pajak pada partisipasi memanfaatkan relawan pajak untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan.Kata Kunci: E-filling; Kepatuhan pajak; Relawan pajak; Wajib pajak orang pribadi
