The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study aimed to determine the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on commitment and impact on the performance of employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada Company. The populations in this study were employees of Sejahtera Sunindo Trada totaling 100 people. The entire population was sampled, so that the samples were 100 respondents. No sampling technique for this study since used census study which all employees which the workshop became respondents.The analytical tool used in this research was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The first hypothesis testing showed there was no significant positive influnce between intrinsic factors and commitment by the t value was smaller than the value t table 1.274 < 1.96. The second hypothesis testing showed there was no with significant positive influnce between extrinsic factors with the commitment to the value of t is greater than t table is 1.973 > 1.96. The third hypothesis testing showed no significant positive influnce between commitment and performance and the intrinsic value of the t less than the value t table is 1.181 < 1.96. The fourth hypothesis showed there was no significant positive influence between intrinsic and performance with the value t was greater than t table 3.008 > 1.96. The fifth hypothesis was there no significant positive influence between extrinsic factors and performance by the t value greater than the value t table is 3.864 > 1.96.

 This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of Budget Participation on Managerial Performance, (2) Effect of Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance, (3) Effect of Organizational Commitment to Moderate the Relationship Between Budget Participation and Managerial Performance. The research data was collected using questionnaire techniques. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents Structural Officials at one of the private universities in Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the analysis is carried out through three stages, namely outside model analysis, internal model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of budgeting participation has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, the second hypothesis shows organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, and the third hypothesis indicates that moderate organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant influence on participation participation relationships budget with managerial performance.

The aims of research are to examine and to analyze whether workplace spirituality to turnover intention through the organizational commitment (the study of the employee non-nurse medical directorate RS. Al – Irsyad Surabaya). The sampling technique of research used proportionate stratified random sampling, with 86 respondents as sample. Statistical analysis method used partial least square (PLS). Based on causality test, showed that spirituality in the workplace has positive and significant on the organizational commitment.  Organizational commitment has negative and significant on the turnover intention. The value of the coefficient indirect effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention through organizational commitment is greater than the direct effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention. The result that organizational commitment as mediation of spirituality in the workplace to turnover intention.

This study aims to measure the effect of employee participation in budgeting and organizational commitment to budgetary slack in Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government Agencies, in particular the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The analytical method used for testing the variables in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) using Smart PLS.3 software. The sample used in this study were 50 employees at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The first hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely budget participation has a positive effect on budgetary slack, but the second hypothesis in this study is rejected, namely organizational commitment has a negative effect on budgetary slack. This identifies that the participation of many parties in a company or scope of work to jointly exchange information in determining and compiling a budget to achieve an organizational goal.

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of theclarity of the budget target on government performance accountability; (2) Knowing and analyzing the effect ofaudit performance on government performance accountability; (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence ofclarity of budget targets and performance audits simultaneously on the performance accountability ofgovernment agencies; (4) Knowing and analyzing organizational commitment can moderate the relationshipbetween clarity of budget goals and performance audits with performance accountability of governmentagencies This study uses primary data through a survey of all Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Mamuju TengahDistrict, which amounts to 33. This research was conducted for three months, from December to February 2019.Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1)Clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of governmentagencies; (2) performance audits have a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability ofgovernment agencies; (3) clarity of objectives has a positive and significant effect on the accountability ofperformance of government agencies by being moderated by organizational commitment; (4) performance auditshave a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies by beingmoderated by organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work stress, motivation, work environment and work performance at Airnav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. This study used simple random sampling technique on 68 respondents by taking respondents from permanent employees. The data used in this study were obtained from the measurement results of 68 employees (39 male employees and 29 female employees). The test was carried out by the PLS (Partial Least Square) method with the smartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of leadership on employee work performance. Job stress has a significant effect on employee work performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee work performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee work performance. Leadership has a significant effect on motivation. The work environment has a significant effect on the motivation of the employees of Airnav Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Keywords: Leadership, Job Stress, Motivation, Work Environment and Performance

There is a phenomenon related to the dysfunctional behavior of unscrupulous tax officials and the reluctant of taxpayers to pay the tax. This study aims to explore the evidence of psychological tax contract in a tax official perspective. It proposes model-ing the effect of Indonesia tax reform process for determining the ethics as the im-portant variable that affects the tax officials performance. It also examines the effect of organizational commitment, culture, and tax reform on tax ethics. There were 128 tax officials working in three cities of East Java that were selected as the respon-dents. The questionnaires were distributed directly to the respondents. Partial Least Square was used to test the hypotheses. It was found that organizational commit-ment, organizational culture, and tax reform have a direct contribution to tax offi-cial ethics. However, understanding the ethics of taxation was not proved to be the moderating variable for the relationship between the organizational commitment and organizational change and the policies of rotation system explain why ethics failed as moderating variable.

Employee engagement in the workplace is very important, especially for the organizational competitive advantage. Workplace procedural justice is an important motivator for employee work attitude and performance. Employee engagement in the workplace can be built through procedural justice, organizational trust  and organizational Identification. This research is an explanatory research that will explain the causal relationship between variables or through hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was collected through 100 respondents. The criteria of the selected respondents were the ones that working in the production division, since production division is the core of industrial companies. The sampling technique in this study used Partial Least Square. The results of this study supports that organizational trust and organizational identification  as  mediator  the relationship  of procedural justice and employee engagement

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, job stress andmotivation on job satisfaction. The method used is survey and sampling technique used isnonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. Population in this research is permanentemployee of Health Office Karawang with sample counted 100 respondent. Data analysisused in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The implication of this research isto improve employee job satisfaction, the management of Karawang Health Office needs toprioritize policies related to job satisfaction. In an effort to improve employee job satisfaction,management needs to prioritize policies related to compensation, job stress and motivation.To improve employee job satisfaction, management also needs to pay attention to othersupporting factors such as organizational culture, work environment, organizational climate,organizational commitment and other factors not examined. It should be noted in order toimprove employee morale and progress of the company
