Abstract                Happy life is everyone's hope, but happiness is influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and happiness. The subjects of this study were female inmates at the Class IIA Medan Women's Penitentiary of 186 people. The research data was obtained using a scale of spiritual intelligence and happiness. The data analysis used is Product Moment correlation through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.664 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and happiness. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by the variable spiritual intelligence to happiness is 44.1 percent, the rest 55.9 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. It can be concluded that spiritual intelligence has a big influence on the happiness of female prisoners.Keywords: Happiness, Spiritual Intelligence  Abstrak                 Hidup bahagia adalah harapan semua orang, namun demikian kebahagiaan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kebahagiaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah narapidana wanita di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas IIA Medan sebanyak 186 orang. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan skala kecerdasan spiritual dan kebahagiaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 18 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,664 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kebahagiaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kebahagiaan sebesar 44,1 persen, selebihnya 55,9 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kebahagiaan narapidana wanita.Kata kunci: Kebahagiaan, Kecerdasan Spiritual

This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.

ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TEACHERS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SPIRITUAL ORGANIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE COMMITMENTSThe research aimed to find the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The method used in this research was a correlational descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research took 136 the non-permanent teachers who work seperatelly at 14 private junior high schools located in the district of Jonggol Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was using proportional random sampling in Slovin formula with 5% margin error with a sample amount of 102 teachers. This study resulted in a conclusion; 1) there was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment with OCB. The strength of the relationship between organizational commitment (X1) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0848 and the organizational commitment contributed 71.9% to the OCB, 2) There was a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with OCB. The strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,786 and Spiritual Intelligence contributed 61.8% to the OCB, 3) There was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) jointly with the OCB (Y) shown with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.848 and the organizational and intelligence commitments Spiritual collectively contributed 71.9% to the OCB. Based on the findings, the OCB of teachers can be improved through organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence.

This study aimed to know the relationship between the transformational leadership with affective commitment. The hypothesis in this study was that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment, in assumption that the higher transformational leadership, then the higher affective commitment and the lower transformational leadership, then the lower affective commitment itself. The subjects that used in this study were the elementary teacher of Cinta Budaya School, in which the population consisted of 87 teachers. Data obtained from the scale to measure transformational leadership and affective commitment. The calculation of the data began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consisted of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study used the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at r = 0.415 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This showed that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment. The results of this study indicates that the variable of affective commitment can be predicted by transformational leadership at 17.2 percent and 82.8 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment

Sebagai mahasiswa biasanya banyak menghabiskan waktu di dalam kelompok-kelompok keorganisasian diluar kampus. Agar diterima kelompok, umumnya mahasiswa akan melakukan konformitas. Konformitas yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa salah satunya dapat dilihat dari kelompok keagamaan yaitu Hizbut Tahrir (HT). Melalui kelompok tersebut itulah sesungguhnya seseorang belajar mengidentifikasikan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ada hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT daerah Banjarbaru dan Banjarmasin. Pemilihan subjek dengan menggunakan teknik accedential sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan skala identitas diri dan skala konformitas. Hasil analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment dihasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,302 signifikansi 0,033 artinya ada hubungan positif antara identitas diri dengan konformitas. Sumbangan efektif identitas diri terhadap konformitas sebesar 9,1%, artinya hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas tidak terlalu besar, sisaya sebesar 90,9% sumbangan dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan identitas diri dengan konformitas pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti HT. Kata Kunci: Identitas Diri, Konformitas, Hizbut Tahrir Students usually spend more time in organizational groups outside the campus. To be accepted into a group, the students will usually do conformity. One of the conformities performed by the students can be seen in a religious group, namely Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT). Through the group a person can learn to identify himself. The objective of this study was to find out the relationship between self identity and conformity in the students joining the HT. The hypothesis was that there was a relationship between self identity and conformity in the students joining the HT. The subjects in this study were 50 students joining the HT in Banjarbaru and Banjarmasin. The subjects were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The method used in this study was a quantitative method, using a scale of self identity and a scale of conformity. The data analysis using the product moment correlation resulted in the correlation coefficient of 0.302 with significance of 0.033, indicating that there was a positive relationship between self identity and conformity. The effective contribution of self identity to conformity was 9.1%, showing that the relationship between self identity and conformity was not that strong, and the remaining 90.9% was contributed by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results, it can be concluded there was a relationship between self identity and conformity in students joining the HT. Keywords: self identity, conformity, Hizbut-Tahrir

This study aims to examine the relationship between the authoritarian parenting by parents and shyness. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness, assuming the higher the authoritarian parenting, the higher the shyness and conversely the lower the authoritarian parenting, the lower the shyness. Subjects of this study are tenth grade students of SMA Methodist-2 Medan as many as 240 people with cluster sampling method. Data are obtained from a scale to measure authoritarian parenting and shyness. The calculation is performed by assumption test that consists of normality test of distribution and linearity test of relationship. The data analysis used is product moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. Results of the data analysis show a correlation coefficient of 0.882 with p 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness. Authoritarian parenting is one of the factors that affect shyness by contribution (R2) of 77.8 percent and the remaining of 22.2 percent is affected by other factors not examined. In conclusion, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between the authoritarian parenting with shyness is accepted.

This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and service quality. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and service quality, assuming the higher the transformational leadership, the higher the service quality and vice versa. The research subjects used in this study were Darul Arafah Islamic Boarding School teachers in Lau Bakeri Deli Serdang, as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The research data were obtained using transformational leadership scale and service quality. Analysis of the data used is to use product moment correlation through SPSS 17 for windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of r = 0.532 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and service quality.

This study aims to know the relationship between the intimate friendship with self-disclosure. The hypothesis in this study is there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship, in assumption that the higher self-disclosure, the higher intimate friendship is and the lower self-disclosure, then the lower intimate friendship itself. The subjects that used in this study are the midwifery students at the Prima Indonesia University, in which the population consists of 103 students. Data obtained from the scale to measure self-disclosure and intimate friendship. The calculation of the datas began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at 0.731 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship. The results of this study indicate that the variable of intimate friendship can be predicted by self-disclosure at 53.5 percent and 46.5 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship is acceptable.

The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and SMEs performance, entrepreneurial orientation with dynamic capabilities, and dynamic capabilities with SMEs performance. In addition to analyzing whether dynamic capabilities can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and SME performance. The research data to be used is SMEs data in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is 350 SMEs in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using SEM. The results showed (1) there was a positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and SMEs performance, (2) there was a positive relationship with entrepreneurial orientation with SMEs performance (3) there was a positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and SMEs performance (4) there was a positive relationship with entrepreneurial orientation, SMEs performance through dynamic capabilities as mediation. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, with the assumption that the higher the organizational justice, the higher the organizational commitment and conversely. The research subjects in this study were 100 employees who worked in PT.Datascrip Medan who were selected by the saturated sampling method. Data is obtained from a scale to measure organizational justice and organizational commitment. Analysis of the data used is to use Pearson Product Moment Correlation through the help of the 17.00 SPSS program for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.450 (p <0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that the contribution provided by organizational justice variables on organizational commitment is 20.3 percent, the remaining 79.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. This study aims to analyze the interaction of ethical culture, spiritual intelligence, ethical content, and students' ethical behavior. The population in this study is a student at one of the leading accounting vocational education institutions in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 368 respondents. Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the content of ethics affect the student's ethical behavior. The interaction of ethical culture on the relationship between ethical content and ethical behavior suggests it can strengthen its influence. Similarly, the interplay of spiritual intelligence that demonstrates can strengthen the relationship between ethical content and student ethical behavior.
