ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment, with the assumption that the higher the organizational justice, the higher the organizational commitment and conversely. The research subjects in this study were 100 employees who worked in PT.Datascrip Medan who were selected by the saturated sampling method. Data is obtained from a scale to measure organizational justice and organizational commitment. Analysis of the data used is to use Pearson Product Moment Correlation through the help of the 17.00 SPSS program for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.450 (p <0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that the contribution provided by organizational justice variables on organizational commitment is 20.3 percent, the remaining 79.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is acceptable.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.450 (p<0.05). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 20.3 persen, selebihnya 79.7 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima.Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasional, Keadilan Organisasional

The study aimed at examining religiosity as a predictor of emotional stability among adolescence. The study was made by using random sampling method through the selection of 90 adolescents from Madrasa. The sample age ranged between 13 -18 years. Two instruments were used, named: Religiosity Scale and Emotional stability test. Data analysis involved the use of Pearson Product Moment correlation. The result showed positive correlation between religiosity and emotional stability. It appears from the trend of the result that religiosity and emotional stability are interrelated. It means if emotional stability increases the religiosity will also increases and vice versa. Though the relationship between these two variables is not very high but positive relationship exist between these two variables.

This present study was aimed to know the relationship between Personality Factors (Openness and Conscientiousness) and Organizational Commitment among university employees. The NEO Five Facto Inventory a 60 item Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Scale consists of 8 items was administered on the university employees. Simple of 30 individuals were selected through purposive sampling from Molana Azad National Urdu University Hyderabad. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used for statistical analyses. The result revealed that there exist an inverse relationship between organizational commitment and openness and positive relationship between organizational commitment and conscientiousness.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conscientiousness personality traits and cyberbullying. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between the traits of conscientiousness personality and cyberbullying. The research subjects used in this study were class XI students of Bodhicita Private High SchoolMedan, totaling 119 people. Data is obtained from a scale to measure the traits of conscientiousness and cyberbullying personality. Calculations are carried out by conducting an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) consisting of a normality test and a linearity test. Analysis of the data used is using Product Moment correlation through SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of -0.575 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of this study indicate that the contribution given to the conscientiousness personality traits variable towards cyberbullying is 33.1 percent, the remaining 66.9 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis there is a negative relationship between the traits of conscientiousness personality and acceptable cyberbullying.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the authoritarian parenting by parents and shyness. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness, assuming the higher the authoritarian parenting, the higher the shyness and conversely the lower the authoritarian parenting, the lower the shyness. Subjects of this study are tenth grade students of SMA Methodist-2 Medan as many as 240 people with cluster sampling method. Data are obtained from a scale to measure authoritarian parenting and shyness. The calculation is performed by assumption test that consists of normality test of distribution and linearity test of relationship. The data analysis used is product moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. Results of the data analysis show a correlation coefficient of 0.882 with p 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness. Authoritarian parenting is one of the factors that affect shyness by contribution (R2) of 77.8 percent and the remaining of 22.2 percent is affected by other factors not examined. In conclusion, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between the authoritarian parenting with shyness is accepted.

This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.

The purpose of this study is to find out relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The hypothesis proposed in this research stated there is a relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The research data analysis used was multiple regression analysis to know the relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention. The research subjects were all employees of PT. Y consisting of 108 employees. The data were derived from a scale to measure organizational justice and turnover intention. The result of the data analysis reveal F = 24.694 with p = 0.000 (p<0,05), means there is a relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The result of the study showed that the contribution (R2) was 47% (Adjusted R Square = 0,470).

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian ekstraversi dengan kesepian. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan negatif antara kepribadian ekstraversi dengan kesepian, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kepribadian ekstraversi, maka semakin rendah kesepian begitu pula sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Pulo Brayan Medan sebanyak 123 orang yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur kepribadian ekstraversi dan kesepian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Pearson Product Moment Correlation melalui bantuan program SPSS 19.00 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.731 (p<0.05) dan menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif antara kepribadian ekstraversi dengan kesepian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan kepribadian ekstraversi terhadap kesepian adalah sebesar 53.4 persen, selebihnya 46.6 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. Kata kunci: kepribadian ekstraversi, kesepian Abstract. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a negative relationship between extraversion personality and loneliness, assuming that the higher the extraversion personality is, the lower the loneliness will be and conversely. The subjects of this study were adolescents orphanage in Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Medan consisting of 123 subjects selected by using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained from a scale to measure extraversion personality and loneliness. Analysis of the data used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 19.00 for Windows program. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of -0.731 (p <0.05) and showed that there is a negative relationship between extraversion personality and loneliness. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by extraversion personality to the loneliness was 53.4 percent and the remaining 46.6 percent is influenced by other factors that are not examined. From these results it is concluded that the hypothesis is acceptable. Keywords: extraversion personality, loneliness

This study aims to explore the relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment of teachers both simultaneously and also partially. The subjects in this study were SDIT Ghilmani teachers who had 1 year minimum service period. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS Versiaon 20. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. The results of the study stated that there is a relationship between meaningful work, transformational leadership and organizational commitment in SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya teachers, so that both of these variables can predict organizational commitment. There is a partial positive relationship between meaningful work with organizational commitment and there is no positive relationship partially bertween transformational leadership and organizational commitment.

ORGANIZATION CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TEACHERS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH SPIRITUAL ORGANIZATION AND INTELLIGENCE COMMITMENTSThe research aimed to find the relationship between organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The method used in this research was a correlational descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this research took 136 the non-permanent teachers who work seperatelly at 14 private junior high schools located in the district of Jonggol Bogor Regency. The sampling technique was using proportional random sampling in Slovin formula with 5% margin error with a sample amount of 102 teachers. This study resulted in a conclusion; 1) there was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment with OCB. The strength of the relationship between organizational commitment (X1) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0848 and the organizational commitment contributed 71.9% to the OCB, 2) There was a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence with OCB. The strength of the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence (X2) and OCB (Y) was demonstrated by the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,786 and Spiritual Intelligence contributed 61.8% to the OCB, 3) There was a positive relationship between the organizational commitment (X1) and spiritual intelligence (X2) jointly with the OCB (Y) shown with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.848 and the organizational and intelligence commitments Spiritual collectively contributed 71.9% to the OCB. Based on the findings, the OCB of teachers can be improved through organizational commitment and spiritual intelligence.

In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the variables. 1) Conflict management toward organizational commitment. 2) Motivation toward organizational commitment. 3) Conflict management, motivation together to organizational commitment, through distribution of questionnaire to 72 teachers of the State elementary school (SDN 03) Tampan, Pekanbaru with proportional stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire as the instruments in this study was used to collect data on conflict management, motivation, and organizational commitment. Validity of the items was tested by using the Pearson Product Moment formula and reliability coefficient instrument was calculated by using Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between conflict management with organizational commitment. With correlation coefficient ry1=0.531 and the regression equation Y=42.439 0.542 X1. 2). There is a positive relationship between motivation and organizational commitment with the correlation coefficient ry2= 0.475 and the regression equation Y=45.023 0.448 X2. 3). There is a positive relationship between conflict management and motivation with organizational commitment and multiple correlation coefficient Ry1.2=0.607 and regression equation Y=28.450, 434X1 0.308 X2. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and enhancement of organizational commitment in the State Elementary School (SDN 03) Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru, this can be enhanced by conflict management and motivation improvement of teachers.
