The success of managing early childhood education institutions is determined by management aspects such as curriculum, infrastructure, marketing, students, supervision and educators. One of the most important management is management that regulates education personnel because this management determines how educators provide facilities to develop children's abilities so that they can achieve the expected educational goals. This study aims to improve PAUD (Early Childhood Education) Management by identifying institutional problems. This study used a qualitative descriptive research model. The research sample was teachers in Kindergarten AULIA Surakarta. The results showed that the observation, attention, communication, personality of the teacher and the child was good and the teacher always conducted consultations on children's problems. It showed that the average AULIA Surakarta kindergarten teacher had done their job well.

The success of managing early childhood education institutions depends on aspects of curriculum management, infrastructure, marketing, students, supervisors, and educators. One of the most important steps in the management of educators is because this management determines how educators provide facilities to develop the skills possessed by children so that they can achieve the desired educational goals. This study aims to improve PAUD management (early childhood education) by identifying system problems. This study uses a qualitative and descriptive research model. The research sample is the Professor of the Integrated Islamic Ukhuwah PAUD Banjarmasin. The results showed that the observations, attention, communication and personality of teachers and children had been carried out well. Teachers often consult children's questions which show that the Ukhuwah Banjarmasin Integrated Islamic PAUD teachers on average have carried out their duties well.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran layanan Pos-Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (Pos-PAUD) dalam meningkatkan akses PAUD yang meliputi dukungan orangtua dan masyarakat, serta pelaksanaan layanan Pos-PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informasi layanan Pos-PAUD dikumpulkan dari empat kabupaten/kota pada tahun 2013. Hasil studi menemukan pertama, semua orang tua menyadari pentingnya dan bermanfaatnya. Selain itu, dukungan masyarakat didasarkan pada penerimaan program PAUD dan ikut serta dalam sosialisasi pentingnya PAUD. Kedua, layanan Pos-PAUD dilaksanakan dengan adanya peserta didik di sekitar lembaga; pendidiknya dari kader Posyandu, pembinaan kesejahteraan keluarga, bina keluarga balita, yang relatif hanya lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas dan bekerja dengan “sukarela” tanpa imbalan; sarana prasarana dan biaya masih terbatas dalam penyelenggaraannya. Tingkat capaian tumbuhkembang anak dipengaruhi oleh pemberian layanan dalam pendidikan dan kesehatan. Pendidikan dilaksanakan antara lain melalui penanaman nilai agama (berdoa), jalinan komunikasi dan kerjasama antar anak, sehingga anak lebih mandiri dan mengalami perubahan berpikir. Layanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan penimbangan berat dan tinggi badan, imunisasi dan pemberian makanan dengan gizi seimbang melalui pemberian sehingga diperoleh fisik yang sehat. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of Early Childhood Education Post (ECD Post) in improving access to early childhood education including the parental and community support, as well as the implementation of ECD Post service. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Information about the ECD Post service was collected from four districts/cities in 2013. The study found, first, all parents were aware of the importance and benefits of early childhood education. In addition, public support was based on the acceptance of early childhood programs and participation in the importance of early childhood dissemination. Second, ECD Post service was conducted by the participation of learners living close to the institution; educators were from Posyandu, fostering family welfare, parenting education (Bina Keluarga Balita), who were relatively only high school graduates and working voluntarily without reward; the implementation was running on limited infrastructure and funding. The level of children’s growth and development were affected by the provision of services in education and health. Education was carried out through the cultivation of religious values (praying) and also communication and cooperation among children in order to encourage children’s independency and a better thought process. Health services were performed by weight and height control, immunization, and provision of balanced nutrition through various meal menu in order to obtain a healthy physique.

With a rhythmic gymnastics training the teachers become aware of the rhythmic gymnastics that is bungan by increasing the Kinestetian intelligence of early childhood.

O presente estudo apontou os desdobramentos da utilização do Role-Playing Game (RPG) explorando temas relacionados ao Folclore na educação infantil. Assim sendo, o texto que segue é resultado do desenvolvimento de todas as etapas que foram criadas para a aplicação do projeto de pesquisa. As etapas aqui apresentadas são uma síntese dos tópicos mais importantes que foram utilizados para o desenrolar da atividade central do projeto, a saber, a criação e a aplicação do jogo de RPG sobre o folclore brasileiro para crianças do Ensino Fundamental I, de um núcleo educacional da cidade de Porto União-SC. Dessa forma, o texto aqui apresentado se divide nas seguintes etapas: 1 – o brincar e o aprender e sua conexão com o RPG; 2 – a relação brincar/aprender com a nova BNCC; 3 - o brincar e sua relação com o desenvolvimento infantil; 4 – A aplicação do RPG para o ensino do folclore; 5 – a metodologia da pesquisa; 6 – uma breve explanação sobre o produto educacional; 7 – resultados e discussão e 8 – considerações finais. Vale destacar que como metodologia optou-se pela pesquisa descritiva vinculada a abordagem qualitativa. Esta forma de pesquisa teve como foco principal a intenção de aproximar o conhecimento da vida dos estudantes da faixa etária pré-escolar com os saberes populares ligados ao folclore. Os resultados alcançados correspondem com a finalidade primordial pensada para o projeto, a saber, a capacidade de ensinar um conteúdo diferente com um método de ensino igualmente diferente. Não há dados estatísticos para mensurar o nível de aprendizagem, pois a verdadeira intenção do projeto foi a de ensinar brincando. Palavras-chave: Educação Infantil. Role-Playing Game (RPG). ABSTRACT: The present study pointed out the consequences of using the Role-Playing Game (RPG) exploring themes related to Folklore in early childhood education.  Therefore, the text that follows is the result of the development of all the steps that were created for the application of the research project.  The steps presented here are a synthesis of the most important topics that were used to carry out the central activity of the project, namely, the creation and application of the RPG game about Brazilian folklore for elementary school children, from an educational center in the city of Porto União-SC.  Thus, the text presented here is divided into the following stages: 1 - playing and learning and its connection with the RPG; 2 - the play / learn relationship with the new BNCC; 3 - playing and its relationship with child development; 4 - The application of RPG for teaching folklore; 5 - the research methodology; 6 - a brief explanation of the educational product; 7 - results and discussion and 8 - final considerations. It is worth mentioning that as a methodology, we opted for descriptive research linked to a qualitative approach. This form of research had as main focus the intention of bringing the knowledge of the life of the students of the preschool age group with the popular knowledge linked to folklore.  The results achieved correspond to the primary purpose thought for the project, namely, the ability to teach different content with an equally different teaching method. There is no statistical data to measure the level of learning, as the real intention of the project was to teach while playing. Keywords: Early Childhood Education. Role-Playing Game (RPG). Folklore. The purpose of this study were (1) to know the perception of PGPAUD students toward early childhood education in Ponorogo District. (2) to know the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo Regency based on perception of PG-PAUD students Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive involving 30 students. Data collection was done by interview technique. The interview was conducted directly to the students of PGPAUD Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The results of this study are 1) PGPAUD student perception on the implementation of early childhood education in Ponorogo regency in general has not run well according to national standards of early childhood education. 2) the obstacles of early childhood education in Ponorogo District are a) there are some teachers of PAUD who have not S1 PGPAUD, the welfare of early childhood teachers are still low, facilities and infrastructure is not adequate, and mininya assistance from the government, both central and local.

Considering the low level of public knowledge about the importance of Early Childhood Education and the low quality of management and the lack of infrastructure (in the form of APE) as well as the many assumptions from the public that Early Childhood Education can only be reached by economically capable people causing lack of motivation to involving their children in the Early Childhood Education program, it is deemed necessary to carry out a study on the optimization of the management of non-formal Early Childhood Education programs held in the community, such as the SPS Early Childhood Education Cempaka which operates in RW 09 Ciwaruga Village, Bandung Regency West. Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. Therefore, the manager must be able to define and find ways to achieve all the objectives set through the effective implementation of management functions of Early Childhood Education management.
