This study aims to determine college students’ levels of knowledge about sexual harassment and assault, and to identify the predictors of this level of knowledge. Participants have been selected using a multi-stage sampling method and consist of 7,302 college students from a state college in Turkey. The age of participants ranged from 17 years to 29 years with a mean age of 21.33 years (SD = 2.04). The Sexual Harassment and Assault Knowledge Test, the Survey of College Students’ Exposure to Sexual Harassment and Assault, and a socio-demographic form were used to obtain data from the sample. The two-steps cluster analysis revealed that 70.2 % of the all participants had moderate level of knowledge about sexual harassment and assault, while 13.6 % had a low level of knowledge and 16.2 % had high level of knowledge. The CHAID analysis indicated that sex was the main predictor of level of knowledge about sexual harassment and assault. Also, exposure to sexual harassment or assault, dating experience, and having gender-equality education were found as other predictor variables. Finally, classification accuracy of the CHAID model was found 79.5 % within the sample.

Market segmentation is a classic topic in marketing which is never loss its attractiveness. In addition to market segmentation, customer satisfaction is important in the field of marketing. Customer satisfaction is a person's feelings after using goods or services produced by a company. High customer satisfaction shows a company's success in producing goods or services. Statistics provides many tools for segmentation research. One of statistical tool for segmentation research which takes the dependency method as an approach is Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID) analysis. CHAID analysis would provide decision tree like diagram which provide information about degree of association from dependent variable to the independent variables and the information about segments characteristic. In this case, the CHAID analysis is used to determine the type of service revocation segmentation by Indihome customers. Based on CHAID analysis, 25 segmentations were obtained, which consisted of revocation of the downgrade category of 45314 customers and the number of revocation of the Churn Out category by 11137 customers.
Keywords : market segmentation, customer satisfaction, CHAID, Indihome

Tertiary institutions are ivory towers where academic and moral excellences are expected to be promoted. However, it has become where sexual harassment is a common deviant practice. This study aimed to determine the knowledge and prevalence of sexual harassment among college students in a private institution in Ogun state, Nigeria. The study employed a cross-sectional survey design to enroll 394 college students across the undergraduate levels of the university, using a 22-item self-administered validated instrument by a multi-stage sampling procedure. Demographic characteristics, knowledge and prevalence of college students on sexual harassments were measured. The mean age of respondents was 18.84 ± 1.833years, with majority (71%) being between ages 15–19, and 70% being females. About 39% and 38% respectively confirmed they have been victims of sexual harassment or know friends that have been harassed sexually. Level of knowledge on sexual harassment was 3.90 ± 0.866 and prevalence of sexual harassment was 4.88 ± 3.194 computed on a mean and standard deviation scale, translate to a prevalence score of 40.67%. Prevalence of Sexual Harassment was high among college student even though they had good Knowledge. A more proactive measures needs to be put in place to curb the menace in a Christian own institution of higher learning.

The negotiation thesis offers a framework for understanding the participation decision making of tourists. Unlike previous studies that investigate the causal relationship between constraints and tourists’ revisit intention, this study identified distinct segments of ski tourist based on the relative strength of constraints experienced and then investigated their decision-making process across a sample of 1,348 tourists of ski resorts. Chi-squared automated interaction detection analysis revealed that the decision-making process regarding intention to revisit a ski destination varies between highly versus less constrained ski tourists, indicating different relative strengths of interpersonal, intrapersonal, and structural constraints and different interactions among them when predicting revisit intention. On a practical basis, albeit the vast majority of participants were willing to repeat its visit, we offer customized per segment recommendations on increasing frequency of visitation and spending levels.

Reflection on the current system of issues related to organic fruits, vegetables and spices is essential to find out the potential opportunities, barriers, and benefits along the chain. The study was conducted on determinants of main actors’ satisfaction with issues related to organic fruits, vegetables, and spices in North-eastern Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling procedure was used to select 120 respondents. Data were collected on respondents’ socioeconomic characteristics; needs and priorities; level of knowledge, benefits derived and satisfaction with issues related to the value chain. Differences in respondents’ satisfaction across the states and determinants of their satisfaction with issues related to the value chain were tested. Data were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, weighted score, analysis of variance and linear regression at α 0.05. Results showed 58.2% of the respondents were between 21-35 years, female (59.2%) and had less than 5 hectares farm size (57.5%). They produced organic cucumber (0.76), okro (0.72), onions (0.74) and derived benefits from zero expense on inorganic pesticides (95.0%). They were satisfied with organic land tenure system (53.3%) and had high level of knowledge (53.3%). Their needs and priorities were more fertile land (294.4) and increased market (283.3). A significant difference (F=4.35; p=0.02) existed among respondents’ satisfaction across the states. Level of knowledge (β=0.19; p=0.04) and benefits derived (β= 0.30; p=0.00) determined their satisfaction with issues related to organic fruits, vegetables, and spices. Hence, frequent organic workshop and training are recommended to keep respondents updated about issues related about issues related to the value chain.

In the aim of developing and strengthening the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the government of Indonesia provide financial support for MSMEs enterpreneur through commercial loans which is held by several national bank. In order to assure that the loan goes to the right enterpreneur, those banks need some information about the MSMEs entepreneur’s preference in applying the MSMEs loan. These preference could be predicted by exploring the enterpreneur’s characteristics. One of the quantitative method called CHAID (Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection Analysis) has been used in this research to provide that prediction. With this method, the MSMEs enterpreneur’s preferences on loan application and loan products were modeled by two classification tree.

Cyberbullying is a major youth social problem over the world and it has been associated with a variety of negative outcomes. However, few studies investigated how offline peer victimization affect cyberbullying and the potential relations between family factors and cyberbullying remains unknown. The current study addresses this gap in knowledge by examining the victimized by peers is associated with higher moral disengagement which further promotes college student’s bullying online. A three-wave longitudinal study, each wave spanning six months apart, was conducted in a sample of 521 Chinese college students (Mage = 22.45, SD = 4.44, 59.3% girls). Results of moderated mediation model shown that peer victimization at T1 predicted more cyberbullying at T3 through moral disengagement at T2, after controlling for demographic variables and cyberbullying at T1. T2 moral disengagement significantly mediating the association between T1 peer victimization and T3 cyberbullying. In addition, high level of negative parenting strengthened the effect of moral disengagement at T2 on cyberbullying at T3. The prevention and intervention for both offline and online bullying victimization are discussed.
