The background of this study is the low grade science students learning outcomes VI C SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota, Of the 23 students, only 9 students (39.13%) were completed. Based on this the researchers conducted the study by applying image media to improve learning outcomes IPA. This research is a class act who performed a total of two cycles consisting of two meetings, the study was conducted with four phases, namely planning, implementation stage, the stage of observation and reflection stages. The study states that science learning outcomes of students has increased in each cycle, this is evidenced by the increasing average student learning outcomes, the preliminary data the average student learning outcomes at 66.00 has increased in the first cycle of up to 83.30, and increased up to 91.74. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of drawing media can improve learning outcomes VI grade science students SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota.

AbstractEuropean funds are a development opportunity for the Romanian organizations. The research in the article aims to identify the main risk categories that the beneficiaries from Centre Region have faced, and also the effects of not considering certain risk categories in the stage of filling out the application form and also in the implementation stage of the projects have had on the development of these projects. Identifying how the organisations have managed projects during the development projects 2003-2013 finds its usefulness in the following period that is knocking on our doors: 2014-2020 that should find us better prepared and more capable of proving seriousness and professionalism. Therefore, training in projects should not end once the structural funds have been attracted, but it should be regarded as destined to modernize our way of thinking and actions in helping organisations develop their businesses.

This first annex presents a basic checklist of steps that should be completed to implement reform that incorporates the Modular Approach. The process should have three stages, all of them complementary, each of them with less value if considered individually. They should follow a predefined order. The first part of the sequence would be to conduct an assessment. Second, and based on the results of the assessment, a drafting stage would be initiated. Third, following approval of the reform, an implementation stage would be commenced. Each part of the process is equally important, and, surprising as it might be, the seemingly more ancillary stages (assessment and implementation) usually take longer and require the most resources.

Abstract Background The China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) accelerator consists of an 80 MeV H- LINAC, a 1.6 GeV rapid cycling synchrotron (RCS) and two beam transport lines. The uncontrolled beam may permanently damage the components or lead to very high residual radiation dose along the beam line. So the equipment protection must be deliberately designed and implemented. Purpose The machine protection system (MPS) protects components from being damaged by the beam. The response time requirement for the CSNS MPS is less than 20 ms, so the PLC (programmable logic controller) was adopted to implement the interlock logic. Methods The MPS was implemented as a two-tier architecture system, and developed through utilizing PLC and Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) software toolkits. The application logic was taken into careful consideration during the implementation stage. An embedded CPU module can function as an IOC accessing PLC I/O modules through the sequence CPU, with an embedded Linux operation system. Results The interlock logic and heartbeat functions were tested with all functions ok. Time consumption has been measured thoroughly since the important requirement, which is around 15 ms to stop the beam. Conclusions MPS was completed in Sep. 2017 and then put into operation. It has been operating smoothly for more than 3 years. MPS has played an important role in every stage of CSNS’s commissioning and operation and achieved high reliability during the user’s experiment operation. The accelerator recently runs stably with low equipment failure.

Abstract: The National Skills Competency Examination (UKK) is one of government efforts to improve the skills of Vocational High School (SMK) students and become one of students' determinants of graduation. To assist students in preparing for the National UKK, SMK PGRI Pangkalpinang provides training that focuses on increasing students motivation and skills in the multimedia area. The training activities are conducted using the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method, where active participation from students is highly expected. This is in accordance with the PLA's function which prioritizes the participation, which can be held in the form of discussion. The results of this discussion will be used as a reference as teaching material to participants. The activity consists of the pre-activity stage, the activity implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. Assignments in the form of a National UKK simulation were also given to determine student readiness. At the end of the activity, a post-test survey was also given to determine the level of success of this activity. From the 10 statements given, the average value is 4.15, which means the students already understood the given material.
