This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

Recent studies have documented that innovations improve profitability of firms. This article documents that deposit taking micro financial institutions that have adopted financial innovations have increased their profitability. The study covered five years between 2009-2013. Both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Primary data was obtained through administration of drop and pick questionnaires to selected employees of the institutions. Secondary data was obtained from financial statements and management reports of these deposit taking microfinance institutions. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, return on asset and multi-liner regression model to determine the effect of each financial innovation applied on profitability on the micro-financial institution. The results showed that most deposit taking microfinance institutions adopted these financial innovations in their current operations. There was strong positive relationship between individual innovations and profitability. In line with profitability ROA also showed improvement each year after the adoption of these financial innovations.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of audit tenure and audit committee to earning of quality. The research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011. This type of study is a research verificative or hypothesis testing research. The research method used in this research is census and balanced panel data. Target population in this study is a manufacturing company that has complete data for all variables studied. The population of this study is 39  firms which observed periods are 3 years. The data collection techniques using secondary data from financial statements have been audited and published www.idx.co.id obtained from website to the financial statements in the period 2009-2011. The hypothesis is tested by using multiple regression analysis. This result shows that (1) when there is not audit tenure and audit committee, earning of quality is at 95,4% and is not at 100% (2) audit tenure and audit committee simultaneously have negative influence toward earning of quality (3) Audit tenure and audit committee partially has negative influence toward earning of quality.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of profitability, firm age, firm size, audit quality, and leverage both partially and simultaneously towards earnings quality. The testing method used in this research is multiple regressions. The objects of this study are property, real estate and construction companies which were listed at Kompas 100 for the period 2010-2012. The samples are 15 companies determined based on purposive sampling. The data used in this study are secondary data such as financial statements and historical stock prices. The results of this study are (1) firm age has a negative significant effect on earnings quality, meanwhile firm size has a positive significant effect on earnings quality (2) profitability, audit quality, and leverage partially have an insignificant effect towards earnings quality (3) profitability, firm age, firm size, audit quality, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect towards voluntary auditor switching. Over the years the popularity of heritage tourism has grown with travelers and with those developing new tourism attractions. Consequently, the present research paper has been devoted to highlight the quintessence and uniqueness of monumental heritage of the study area – Bijbehara (Anantnag). This research paper is mainly based on the secondary data to draw attention towards this potential tourist area. The heritage presentation must acquire a major thematic emphasis in the present position and future prospects of tourism in Bijbehara-(Anantnag) as well as whole state of Jammu and Kashmir. Henceforth, the suggestions provided are programme and strategic oriented with special reference to the study area Jammu and Kashmir.

As we know land reforms on land acquisition is directly associated with different development. It aims to improve poor people access towards mean of social welfare. In fact India and Chhattisgarh state is not an exception the above rule and policies. For land reform and acquisition in Chhattisgarh. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to cover various land displacements in Chhattisgarh. This research paper has been prepared mainly on the basis of secondary data from it. Like other places, Chhattisgarh has also seen the following effects of land displacement, such as in social life, in children, in women, in employment, the opposite effect is seen. An attempt has been made to explain the impact of land displacement in Korba, Chhattisgarh, where the common life of the displaced people has been particularly affected.

Purpose of the Study: The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the provision of audit and non-audit services jointly by the same audit firm on the corporate performance of firms in the capital market of Pakistan. Methodology: This study uses hand-collected secondary data taken from firms' financial statements, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for 2012-2016. Panel data analysis techniques are employed using E-views statistical software. Main Findings: we find a negative relation between audit and non-audit services fees with the firm performance. It is also documented that the appropriate amount of the NAS fee exceeds the amount of the audit fee received by the same auditor in the same assignment. Application of the Study: This study has vital implications from both theoretical as well as practical perspectives. It adds a significant aspect of audit and non-audit services provided in the context of Pakistan to the existing body of knowledge/literature. This study also implies the bifurcation of audit services provision and its serious implications on the corporate sector of Pakistan. These results thus, signify its implications for regulators as well as standard setters in Pakistan. Novelty/Originality of this Study: Various studies covering the audit aspect have been conducted in Pakistan. However, this is a unique study covering the multi-facet dimensions of audit, i.e., audit and non-audit services provision by the same audit firm and its effects/implications on corporate performance in Pakistan.

The presentation of Islamic Financial Statements has been regulated in PSAK 101 and every bank needs to refer to it. As we know, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is the number 1 largest Islamic bank in Indonesia and other information obtained by researchers, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri will merge with 2 other Islamic state-owned banks, namely PT Bank BNI Syariah and PT Bank BRI Syariah. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining whether the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri are appropriate in applying the application of Financial Accounting Standards 101. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, the data used are general company information and company financial statement information in 2019. Sources the data used is secondary data. The data collection method is literature study. In the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, the bank has reported all components of the financial statements in PSAK 101. In the Statement of Financial Position PT Bank Syariah Mandiri does not include the Istishna Assets in Settlement and Salam Receivable accounts in the Statement of Financial Position, but in PSAK 101 Paragraph 61 explains Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 101 does not regulate the composition or format of presentation of statement of financial position items. PT Bank Syariah Mandiri continues to present relevant information on the Statement of Financial Position. However, in PSAK 101 Paragraph 61 explaining the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards 101 does not regulate the composition or format of the presentation of the statement of financial position.
