This research aims to design and build expert systems of cow disease to assist farmers in identifying cattle diseases.A large number of cattle in Banyumas is not matched by the number of veterinarians, the Department of Fisheries and Livestock (DINKANAK). Banyumas records 961 cases of sick cows in 2016. This expert system is expected to assist cattle ranchers to identify cow disease and symptom-based remedies illness-symptoms. By using Inference Forward and Backward chaining which is a search method or tracking technique by using information from breeders, and Certainty Factor is used to accommodate the uncertainty of thinking of a data expert that is Doctor the process of extracting knowledge by interview. Inthis research system development using ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) with stages of Planning, Knowledge Acquisition, Implementation, and Evaluation. Testing is done with two approaches are Alpha Testing and Beta Testing. Alpha Testing conducted on the developer side to test the functional system using Black Box Testing method result all functional system can function well. Beta Testing is aimed at user acceptance by a Questionnaire method yields an average score of 76% or usability and the quality of system information is easy to.

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi pengolahan data administrasi santri yang terintegrasi SMS gateway. Pengolahan data dalam proses pembayaran administrasi santri masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya adalah terjadi redundansi data yang terdapat pada laporan pembayaran, kesulitan mencari arsip pembayaran yang sudah dilakukan santri. Agar aplikasi dapat dikembangkan dan terukur, maka digunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan alpha testing dan beta testing. Alpha testing merupakan pengujian yang dilakukan di sisi pengembang untuk menguji fungsional sistem menggunakan metode Black box, hasil pengujian alpha testing memperlihatkan bahwa semua fungsional sistem berfungsi dengan baik, dan beta testing dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk menguji sistem pada pengguna akhir berkaitan dengan kelayakan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian beta testing didapat prosentasi 95,5% pengguna setuju sistem telah layak di implementasikan.  This research aims to build an application to proceed administrative data of santri whis is  integrated with SMS gateway service, This study aims to make the application of administrative data processing santri integrated SMS gateway, Data processing in the payment process of the santri administration is still done conventionally. It caused some problems such as redundancy of data contained in the payment report, the difficulty of looking for payment archives that have been done santri, can be developed with measurable, then used Waterfall model system development method with the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing. Testing is done with two approaches of Alpha Testing and Beta Testing. Alpha Testing is a test done on the developer side to test the functional system using Black Box method, Alpha Testing result of all functional system works properly, and Beta Testing is done using questionnaire method to test the system on the end user related to application feasibility, 95.5% of users agree the system is feasible to implement.

Plantation Coffee and coconut are superior export commodities that have a high investment value in maintaining the economy and balancing the balance of plantation commodities in Indonesia. One of the obstacles that is often experienced by managers of coffee and coconut cultivation is a lack of understanding in the diagnosis of plants that are deficient in macro and micro nutrients, as the main needs for quality of the results. On the other hand, the number of plantation crop experts is relatively small. Seeing these conditions, this study has built an expert system that is able to diagnose the symptoms of nutrient deficiency in coffee and coconut plants. The expert system is built by applying the certainty factor method, so that it can overcome the problem of uncertainty in diagnosing. The percentage level of certainty is obtained from the MB and MD assessment of an expert. This expert system was built using the Expert System Development Life Cycle method. The results of this study are a web-based expert system that is suitable for use by managers of coffee and coconut cultivation in diagnosing nutrient deficiencies, so that it can be known in detail independently and can reduce production costs.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

The state of Indonesia, especially in the area of Central Java, is one of the largest producers of water guava. Some farmers rely on the results of guava cultivation as the basis for the family's economy because the guava harvest is quite promising. However, in certain seasons, water guava plants are often attacked by various kinds of pest and disease season disturbances. So that it can reduce crop yields or even cause crop failure. To overcome this problem, fast and precise action is needed so that the guava plant is protected from various kinds of pests and diseases. The method of developing an expert system for disturbance in water guava plants is the best solution in order to identify disturbances in water guava plants as early as possible. The method used in this expert system is the certainty factor method. With this method, several experts are needed to provide data related to disturbances in water guava plants. The expert system for guava plant disorders is designed using a web-based PHP programming language. In designing the knowledge base, which is the core of this system, is made dynamically to make it easier to add new data.

The design of expert systems for diagnosis of kidney disease is to build an expert system to diagnose kidney disease that provides information on diseases of the kidney through diagnosis of symptoms felt by sufferers with Web-based programming. Currently, if people want to diagnose with doctors to hospital or other health centers and have to wait their turn or queue to consult with doctors, to facilitate the consultation process needs a system that allows people to consult quickly, precisely and accurately. In designing this system using PHP and mysql programming language. The type of data collection obtained from the place of research, interviews with an expert, books and other literature. The method used in system development is Extreme Programming method which consists of Planning, Design, Coding, Test and Release. And the results of this design is to produce a system that provides information about kidney disease and help diagnose the disease through symptoms experienced.

If someone feels unwell, they will usually make a diagnosis and find the solutions before deciding to consult a doctor. As with joint disease with symptoms of pain that are still mild, there is no time to go to the doctor, fees, or other reasons. Especially now through information via the internet can be easily obtained. To assist in identifying and improving the accuracy of diagnosis, it is necessary to have a web-based expert system application to diagnose joint disease using certainty factor methods. The research method used is using SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). An expert system that has been made can be used as early detection and get solutions for joint diseases and preventive measures to treatment

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.

The research objective is to design an expert system to diagnose the stress level of learning in high school students using the web-based Forward Chaining method. It is hoped that it can be used as an initial alternative to determine the level of stress experienced by students in learning. The research method fully uses a system development model consisting of the need for stages, making prototypes, evaluation stages, and system maintenance. The results of this study succeeded in making an expert system design to diagnose the stress level of learning in high school students using the Forward Chaining method and analyzing the results of the IF THEN ELSE calculations using Forward Chaining.
