This study aims to know the role of customer service in improving service to customers at PT. BPD Sumatera Barat Cabang Pasar Raya Padang. In analyzing the data, the author uses qualitative data analysis methods as a research method that explains in depth the role of customer service in improving services to customers at PT. BPD Sumatera Barat Cabang Pasar Raya Padang. The method of analysis is viewed from two different aspects, namely between theory and practice. Every human has an innate culture nurtured since childhood, when going to college it's not uncommon someone wants to be a settled foreigner in a different culture area. The writing of this article aims to describe the behavior of young students who want to break away from their parents and take a college away from home. Using informants as a data source, the data that is presented use data through interviews and also the Internet, and then the research method used was descriptive qualitative data analysis. The study's results show that the behavior of students who lived in Surakarta, specifically at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, program Bimbingan dan Konseling still maintains an innate culture. However, trying to follow a culture in Surakarta, especially with their friends. This is seen because the association of the student world is undermining his behavior like that of their dominant friends but also highlights his behavior. The result of this study show students to explore the limits of their civil society lifestyle in Surakarta City and then to understand what going through. Also for people who want to become experts, especially at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pesan dakwah dikonstruksikan (dikemas) dalam karya sastra berupa novel bejudul Reem karya Sinta Yudisia. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis wacana Teun A. Van Dijk untuk mengkaji struktur wacana dalam tataran teks. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan terhadapsumber data yang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, yakni membaca, menjelaskan teks cerita, dan menelaah pesan dakwah dalam novel Reem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pesan dakwah dalam novel Reem dikemas dalam tiga struktur wacana: (1) struktur makro berupa tema akidah, ayariah, akhlak, dan sejarah, (2) superstruktur berupa kerangka skematik yang terdiri dari pengenalan situasi, pengungkapan peristiwa, menuju pada konflik, puncak konflik, dan penyelesaian, (3) struktur mikro yang terdiri dari analisis semantik, sintaksis, stilistik, dan retoris. This paper aims to find out how message of da’wah are constructed in literary works in the form of a novel entitled Reem by Sinta Yudisia. The research method usees the Teun A. Van Dijk’s discourse analysis, which is to examine the structure of discourse at the level of the text. Qualitative data analysis was performed on the data sources obtained through the study of documentation, by reading, explaining the text of the story, and examining messages of da’wah in the Reem novels. The results shows the message of da’wah in Reem’s novel is formed by three discourse structures: (1) macro structure in the form of themes of aqidah, syariah, akhlah, and history, (2) superstructure in the form of a schematic framework which consists of an exposition, complication, rising action, turning point, resolution/ending, (3) micro structure consisting of semantic, syntactic, stylistic, and thetorical analysis

The purpose of this research is to study whether there is a difference in the income of Indofood Chili Farmers and Gurem Farmers in Balik Bukit District, West Lampung Regency ". Data analysis was carried out using qualitative data analysis methods which were presented descriptively about farm performance analysis. Farming budgets and analysis of revenue and participation participation (R / C Ratio) to determine the level of farm efficiency of the Indofood and Gurem partnership chili partnership in Balik Bukit, Lampung West. Bukit Barat Lampung Regency "can be accepted. The average divergence value of 19092000, it shows the difference between partnership farmers and smallholders Rp. 19,092,000. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Perbedaan Pendapatan Petani Cabai Kemitraan Indofood dengan Petani Gurem di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat?". Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi metode analisis data kualitatif yang dipaparkan secara deskriptif pada analisis keragaan usahatani. metode analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis pendapatan usahatani dan analisis perbandingan penerimaan dan biaya (R/C Ratio) untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi usahatani komoditas cabai kemitraan Indofood dan gurem di Balik Bukit, Lampung Barat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ada perbedaan pendapatan antara petani cabai kemitraan Indofood dengan petani gurem di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat” dapat diterima. Nilai mean diference sebesar 19092000, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa perbedaan pendapatan antara petani kemitraan dan petani gurem sebesar Rp. 19.092.000. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami pengaturan mengenai pemutusan hubungan kerja pada masa darurat kesehatan sebagai bentuk force majure dan untuk mengetahui pengaturan mengenai kewajiban perusahaan membayar pesangon bagi pekerja yang di Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan analisis konsep hukum serta metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaturan PHK pada masa darurat kesehatan sebagai bentuk force majure dapat dilakukan oleh pengusaha atas pertimbangan perusahaan yang terancam tutup akibat pandemi covid-19 yang termasuk force majeure temporer. Ketentuan tersebut diatur pada pasal 151A huruf g dan pasal 154A huruf d Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja. Dalam hal pengaturan kewajiban perusahaan membayar pesangon bagi pekerja yang di PHK pada masa pandemi Covid–19 di Indonesia diatur dalam Pasal 153 ayat (1) sampai dengan Pasal 153 ayat (3) UUK sebagaiamana diubah dalam Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja pada pasal 153 ayat (1) sampai dengan Pasal 153 ayat (2). The purpose of this study is to understand the arrangements regarding termination of employment during health emergencies as a form of force majure and to find out the arrangements regarding the company's obligation to pay severance pay for workers who are terminated during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. used in this research is a type of normative legal research, with a statutory approach and analysis of legal concepts as well as descriptive qualitative data analysis methods. The results show that layoffs during a health emergency as a form of force majure can be carried out by employers on the consideration of companies that are threatened with closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which is a temporary force majeure. This provision is regulated in article 151A letter g and article 154A letter d of the Job Creation Law. In regulating the company's obligation to pay severance pay for workers laid off during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, it is regulated in Article 153 paragraph (1) to Article 153 paragraph (3) of the UUK as amended in the Job Creation Law in article 153 paragraph (1) up to Article 153 paragraph (2).

The paper evaluates the effectiveness of local revenue mobilization in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Ghana. The indicators for the evaluation included the Revenue Performance Index (RPI), Financial Autonomy Index (FAI) and Local Finance Support Index (LFSI). Both the primary and secondary sources of data were used as well as the employment of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The paper reveals that KMA depends more on transfers to finance its development. There is therefore the need for the assembly to outline pragmatic measures to increase its Internally Generated Fund (IGF).
