Pengaruh Harga Jual, Harga Pokok Penjualan dan Jumlah Pelanggan Terhadap Laba Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) di Sumatera UtaraDjuli Sjafei PurbaUniversitas SimalungunABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga jual, harga pokok dan jumlah pelanggan terhadap laba PDAM yang ada di Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PDAM yang berada di Sumatera Utara sebanyak 19 dengan 34 populasi. Pengujian data penelitian menggunakan analisis regressi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan harga jual, harga pokok penjulan dan jumlah pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Sumatera Utara. Secara partial harga jual berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba, harga pokok berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap laba dan jumlah pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba.Keyword: Harga jual, Harga pokok penjualan, Jumlah pelanggan dan Laba PDAM Abstract: The objective of the study was to find out and to analyze the influence of the selling prices, cost of sales and number of customer on the profit of PDAM (Regional Water Company) in North Sumatera. The study used causal method and secondary data. The population was 19 regional water companies in North Sumatera with 34 population. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that, simultaneously, the selling prices, cost of sales and the number of customer had positive and significant influence on PDAM’s profit. Partially, The selling prices had positive and not significant influence on PDAM’s Cost of sales had negative and not significant influence on PDAM’s profit and the number of customer had a positive and significant influences on PDAM’s profit.Keyword: Selling prices, Cost of Sales, the number of costomer and PDAM profit

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population partially on the Original Income of Mimika Regency, and to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population simultaneously on the Original Income of Mimika Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from BPS Mimika Regency and Mimika District Financial and Asset Management Agency. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) GDP had a negative and insignificant effect on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency; (b) The number of residents has a positive and significant effect on the Original Income of Mimika Regency; (c) GDP and Population simultaneously have a significant impact on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. The pupose of this research is to determines the effects of own equity, assets and financing income as the factors of increase and decrease in cooperative surplus on KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, the sample is KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan. The author uses secondary data from monthly reports of balance sheet and the calculation surplus of operations of the period January 2014 to December 2016.The results of this study are own equity and assets partially no significant effect on the cooperative surplus distribution, financing income partially significant affect the cooperative surplus distribution and own equity, assets and financing income simultaneously affect the cooperative surplus distribution amounted to 93.13% while the rest 6,87% determined by othervariables.

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, profit, safety simultaneously and partially on the public's interest in using the rahn product of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the perception of convenience, the perception of profit and the perception of security simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using the rahn products of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. The perception of convenience has a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of profit have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of security have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency.   Keywords: Perception, Interests, Rahn, Profits, Security, Ease     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat masyarakat menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah Di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi kemudahan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keamanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen.      Kata kunci: Persepsi, Minat, Rahn, Keuntungan, Keamanan, Kemudahan

This research aims to determine the analyze cost, revenue, income and economic of scale of onion farming. This research was conducted in Metro City which is chosen purposively in which total number of respondents are 33 farmers who are chosen using saturation sampling. Primary and secondary data were collected in November 2017–Mei 2018. The research data are analyzed byincome analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with Cobb-Douglass production function. The results of this research showed that onion farming at first cultivation season and second cultivation season was profitable for farmers in Metro City, R/C value of total cost was about 1.43 and 1.53. Economic of scale of onion farming in Metro City was increasing return to scale,meaningthat there was an increase of the profit caused by an increase of total production.Keywords: economic of scale,income,onion farming

Indonesia as a tropical country has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. Each season changes usually have a significant influence in several regions. Pacitan Regency is an area in East Java, part of which is the coast and mountains. Several roads in Pacitan Regency have damaged conditions, including waterlogging, potholes and bumpy conditions. Some factors that cause damaged road conditions include the influence of temperature, rain, and humidity. In this study data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Stepwise method. Where this research is quantitative and ex-post facto research. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is collecting secondary data from several related agencies. Based on the results of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the Stepwise method, it can be concluded that the temperature factor has an influence on road damage, while the rain and humidity factors do not have any effect.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. This research is motivated by many types and brands of helmets offered to consumers in the market. So that each helmet company must create a strategy to maintain and achieve a higher market share. The problem in this study is "How is the influence of price, quality and promotion of the decision to purchase GM brand helmets for STIE HAS Bukittinggi students. The data used are primary and secondary data. The research data was obtained through questionnaires to 68 respondents. The variables used were dependent variables, namely purchasing decision (Y) and independent variables namely price (X1), and promotion (X2). The method of analysis used by the writer in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the following equation: Y = 15,070 + 0,222 X1 + 0.782 X2 obtained that prices and promotions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t test and f test are partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
