The pupose of this research is to determines the effects of own equity, assets and financing income as the factors of increase and decrease in cooperative surplus on KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, the sample is KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan. The author uses secondary data from monthly reports of balance sheet and the calculation surplus of operations of the period January 2014 to December 2016.The results of this study are own equity and assets partially no significant effect on the cooperative surplus distribution, financing income partially significant affect the cooperative surplus distribution and own equity, assets and financing income simultaneously affect the cooperative surplus distribution amounted to 93.13% while the rest 6,87% determined by othervariables.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios on changes in earnings at PT Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). In this study, the company's liquidity ratio is measured by the Curren ratio and the Quick Ratio. The population in this study is the company PT. Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2006-2019 period. The sample of this study was used 10 years starting from 2010-2019 taken using purposive sampling method. data analysis used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the research results, it was found that the results of the t test partially Current Ratio had no effect on changes in earnings as evidenced by a significant value of 0.678> 0.05, while the significant value of the Quick Ratio was 0.222> 0.05. This proves that the current ratio and quick ratio have no significant effect on changes in earnings. it can be concluded that the current ratio and quick ratio simultaneously do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. The results of this study are in line with Gunawan and Wahyuni ??(2013). Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Profit Changes

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

Indonesia as a tropical country has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. Each season changes usually have a significant influence in several regions. Pacitan Regency is an area in East Java, part of which is the coast and mountains. Several roads in Pacitan Regency have damaged conditions, including waterlogging, potholes and bumpy conditions. Some factors that cause damaged road conditions include the influence of temperature, rain, and humidity. In this study data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Stepwise method. Where this research is quantitative and ex-post facto research. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is collecting secondary data from several related agencies. Based on the results of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the Stepwise method, it can be concluded that the temperature factor has an influence on road damage, while the rain and humidity factors do not have any effect.

This study ainst o determine and analyze the effeck of compensation and work discliplineon employee performance of at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population in this studyt were all employees of  PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch, amounting to 46 employees, the entire population made as respondents (census). This study usesdescriptive  descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study day that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu yang berjumlah 46oerang karyawan, seluruh populasi  dijadikan responden (sensus). Penelitian ini memakai analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang memakai kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan  memakai analisi regresi linar berganda. Hasil pnelitian ini  mengatakanbahwa  kompensasi &disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kierja karywan pada  PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu.

This research aims to determine how much influence the credit lending and interest income to profitability on KPRI-UNM. The variables in this research were the distribution of credit (X1), interest income (X2) and profitability (Y). The population included all financial statements on KPRI-UNM in Makassar city and the sample in this research was financial statements on KPRI UNM for the last three years from 2016 until 2018. Poverty is a problem in development. With the existence of poverty, development is hampered. The factors causing poverty include population and GDP. This study aims at determining the effect of population and GDP on poverty in North Sumatra in 2008-2017 so that the bias is used as a basis for determining policies and strategies in overcoming poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) while the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results show that the population and GRDP had a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

      The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital and working hours either partially or simultaneously on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Gulingan Market with a total sample of 80 respondents. The method used in this research is census technique. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were: 1) Classical Assumption Test which includes: Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test. 2) Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques.      The results showed that capital and working hours simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by using a sample size of 100 people with a probability sampling method. Data collection was obtained by the results of questionnaires using a scale as measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study proposed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Smartfren prepaid card users, prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty on Smartfren prepaid card users in Denpasar City.
