Madrasas will be able to develop if educational facilities and infrastructure support the learning process. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in MI Qurrota A'yun. This research is a field research using descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main subject in this study is the headmaster of the madrasa. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and observation. Techniques used for data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the management of facilities and infrastructure in MI Qurrota A'yun there are several stages, including: 1) planning of facilities and infrastructure by analyzing the whole beforehand, 2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure, 3) inventory of facilities and infrastructure, 4 ) the use or use of facilities and infrastructure by the madrasa, educators, and all students must be monitored by the selected party madrasa, 5) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is very important for educators and students so that the goods in the madrasa remain under supervision and care

The purpose of this study was to find out the communication model used by Rohis Baitul Ilmi at SMK 1 Cikampek, to find out how the activities carried out by Rohis Baitul Ilmi at SMK 1 Cikampek. What material and media are used in each Khitobah activity. To discuss the issue, researchers used a descriptive method of qualitative approach. This method is used to explain and tell. The facts that happened the Khitobah activity by Rohis Baitul Ilmi in SMK 1 Cikampek. The data collection technique is carried out through the observation and interview stages. The results of this study are the Rohis communication model at SMK 1 Cikampek which is the Aristotelian communication model and the Laswell communication model. Because in some circumcision activities carried out Rohis has the same communication elements as the elements of the communication model. While the form of Khitobah used is by way of Ershad Islam (coaching) conveying its message through verbal preaching. The media used in delivering da'wah messages is Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The material was delivered in accordance with the objectives of da'wah, which is around adolescents originating from Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah.   Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek, mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek. Materi dan media apa saja yang digunakan dalam setiap kegiatan Khitobah. Untuk membahas persoalan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk memaparkan dan menceritakan. Fakta-fakta yang terjadi pada kegiatan Khitobah di Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui tahap observasi dan wawancara.Hasil dari penelitian ini model komunikasi Rohis di SMKN 1 Cikampek merupakan model komunikasi Aristoteles dan model komunikasi Laswell. Karena dibeberapa kegiatan khitobah yang dilakukan Rohis memiliki unsur-unsur komunikasi yang sama dengan unsur-unsur model komunikasi tersebut. Sedangakan bentuk Khitobah yang digunakan adalah dengan cara Irsyad Islam (pembinaan) menyampaikan pesannya melalui dakwah bil-lisan. Media yang digunakan dalam meyampaikan pesan dakwah adalah Facebook, Instagram, dan youtube. Materi disampaikan disesuaikan dengan sasaran dakwah yaitu seputaran remaja yang bersumber dari Al’Quran dan As-Sunnah.

The purpose of this research is to describe correctly and real about the management of education facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning.Data collection technique include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research subjetct were Headmaster, Vice Principal, Teacher Council, and School Staff/Operator. Result of research indicate that: (1) Planning of facilities and infratructure that is with activity analyze first first all school facilities and infrastructure. (2) The procurement of facilities and infrastructure collects inventory data for the data first and knows the inventory. (3) Utilization/use in is used by all citizens of schools, teachers and all school children, utilization of educational inventory should also be effectively monitored by the parties appointed by the school. (4) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is needed by teachers and students so that the goods owned by the school is always under supervision and well maintained. (5) Elimination in made a letter of proposal to the Education Office so that related parties can make an official letter for the deletion. AbstractThis research is motivated bye the large amount of spare time owned by housewives ehich has not been used optimally, but this free time is used to play smartphones. The purpose of this research is to describe in more detail about women's empowerment through training on the use of patchwork as accessories through Youtube media in Bening Saguling. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is the subject of this study, one training Instructor and 10 housewives. While the data collection technique is by means of observation, interview and documentation. The result of this training is to provide patchwork skills for low-educated women, providing a skill that can be of personal use and of sale value. The benefits of this activity are that the work can be sold so that it is expected to be able to improve the standard of living of the community and fill women's spare time with more useful activities.

Abstract: The study is aim to describe interpersonal intellectual of students grade IV SDN 39 Tanjung Ria, Sepauk subdistrict, Sintang Regency. Descriptive method with qualitative approach was employed in this study. The study applied observation, direct and indirect techniques by using tool of data collection namely observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation with qualitative-verificative analisys . The result of study revealed that learning process that could improve students’ interpersonal intellectual was success. Teachers have taught the lesson as it is, yet it had not been optimal during the learning process, students were busy playing and doing other activities such as talking to peers but some were focused on the lessons. Showing empathy to peers is good enough. This was proven by how students interact helping others who had difficulty in learning. However, students ability in communicating properly was still poor. This could be seen by their skill in using appropriate language poorly, there were still students who used their mother tongue when communicated in the classroom. The ability to comprehend ethic of conduct and social condition were good enough. This could be observed by obey rules and keep the class condusive. Furthermore, students were able to accept the fact that they are different from one and another. With that in mind, it can be argued that students interpersonal intellectual were varies; some were categorized as high which score 11-16, medium which score 6-10, and low which is score 1-5.  Keywords: Intellectual, interpersonal, students Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kecerdasan interpersonal pada peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 39 Tanjung Ria, Kecamatan Sepauk, Kabupaten Sintang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada teknik pengamatan langsung, terknik komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentas dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kualitatif-verifikatif. Berdasarlan hasil penelitian kegiatan belajar yang dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa berlangsung dengan baik. Guru telah mengajar sebagaimana mestinya tetapi belum optimal pada proses pembelajaran, peserta didik sibuk melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas lainnya seperti bermain, mengajak temannya berbicara, ada  juga yang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, mendengarkan dengan serius. Kemampuan rasa empati kepada teman sudah baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peserta didik yang peduli dan mau menolong temannya yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar, kemudian  kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan santun masih sangat kurang, yang dibuktikan dimana peserta didik tidak mampu untuk menggunakan bahasa yang baik, masih ada peserta didik yang menggunakan bahasa daerah pada saat proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan pemahaman etika dan situasi sosial sudah baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peserta didik sudah mampu untuk menjaga ketertiban kelas, kemudian pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung peserta didik mampu untuk menerima perbedaan. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut kecerdasan interpersonal yang dimiliki peserta didik berbeda-beda ada peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal berkategori tinggi yakni pada rentang 11-16, ada peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal berkategori sedang yang berada pada rentang 6-10 dan ada peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal berkategori rendah yakni berada pada rentang 1-5.Kata Kunci :Kecerdasan, Interpersonal, Peserta didik

The development experienced by humans when explored deeply will make people more confident in the power of God. Simple things such as the process of developing the language and art of children, in fact there is something extraordinary in it, which if disturbed will have an impact on further developments or other aspects.Writing this journal uses a qualitative approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation as a data collection technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are some results, namely the indicator of language development of VA class children basically has been achieved in accordance with the task of development at his age. But there are some things that have not been maximized in achieving this, such as the use of synonyms from several words, and metaphorical sentences that do not fully understand. The development of VA class art is in the phase of the Early Realism and the Early Age of Pseudo Naturalism which in the early realism phase In the period of Early Realism, children's work more closely resembled reality. This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.
