School will be able to run smoothly if facilities and infrastructure of education very support for learning process. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe correctly and real about the management of education facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning.Data collection technique include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research subjetct were Headmaster, Vice Principal, Teacher Council, and School Staff/Operator. Result of research indicate that: (1) Planning of facilities and infratructure that is with activity analyze first first all school facilities and infrastructure. (2) The procurement of facilities and infrastructure collects inventory data for the data first and knows the inventory. (3) Utilization/use in is used by all citizens of schools, teachers and all school children, utilization of educational inventory should also be effectively monitored by the parties appointed by the school. (4) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is needed by teachers and students so that the goods owned by the school is always under supervision and well maintained. (5) Elimination in made a letter of proposal to the Education Office so that related parties can make an official letter for the deletion. This study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra' method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur'an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur'an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur'an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra' method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra' method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur'an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur'anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur'an 's well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah.

The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.

<p>This study focused on the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 with respect to all aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation activities in the physical education subject Elementary School Cilengkrang Sumedang. The study was intended to obtain an overview of the problem of how teachers develop curriculum 2013. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative naturalistic approach by describing, analyzing and discussing the data sourced directly from the principal, teachers and students during the learning process that comes with the syllabus documents and lesson plan and document the results. The results showed that the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 has not been in accordance with the demands of school teachers even seem difficult, therefore, to improve the quality of the learning process is recommended for teachers to understand more about the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 and the principals and related parties in order to complete the infrastructure for learning improving the quality of processes and maximum learning results.</p><p>Penelitian ini difokuskan pada implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang berkenaan dengan aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan kegiatan evaluasi mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cilengkrang Sumedang. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai permasalahan bagaimana guru mengembangkan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode<br />deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik dengan cara mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan membahas data secara langsung yang bersumber dari kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran yang dilengkapi dengan dokumen silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran serta dokumen hasil penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 belum sesuai dengan tuntutan sekolah bahkan terkesan menyulitkan guru, oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran direkomendasikan kepada guru untuk memahami lebih jauh tentang implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan kepada kepala sekolah dan pihak terkait agar melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar yang maksimal.</p>

This study aims to find out an overview of how the mathematics learning process on lines and angles in class VII SMP YPK 2 Manokwari, the level of teacher readiness, and to obtain an overview of the implementation of student-centered learning through the contextual learning model that takes place at SMP YPK 2. Manokwari on lines and angles. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that (1) The learning process of mathematics at SMP YPK 2, especially in the material of lines and angles, has gone well in accordance with the learning plan that has been made and in accordance with the learning steps, namely introduction, core activities, closing, and evaluation (2 ) The readiness of the teacher in preparing for learning is good (3) The implementation of learning that is centered on students through the contextual learning model has not been fully carried out due to time constraints and differences in the abilities of each student which are not the same as the lack of existing facilities and infrastructure

The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

Penelitian ini membahas kemampuan guru bahasa Sunda di SMP Piloting Project Kurikulum 2013 dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan menilai kemampuan mendongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 pada tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah (1) perkembangan Kurikulum 2013 yang sangat dinamis dan; (2) pedoman pelaksanaannya yang terus berubah, sehingga muncul pertanyaan apakah perubahan ini sampai kepada guru bahasa Sunda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan menilai pembelajaran khususnya materi dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Sunda kelas VII, dengan teknik observasi dan study dokumenter. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) guru bahasa Sunda mampu merencanakan pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013; (2) dalam proses pembelajarannya perlu ditingkatkan dan; (3) guru bahasa Sunda mampu menilai pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. ABSTRACTThis article discusses the ability of Sundanese teachers in junior high school Piloting Project Curriculum 2013 in planning, implementing, and assessing the ability of storytelling based on Curriculum 2013 in the academic year 2015-2016. The backgrounds of this study were (1) the development of Curriculum 2013, which is very dynamic and; (2) the implementation guidance that is constantly changing, so the question arises whether this change reaches the teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of teachers to plan, implement, and assess fairytale learning materials based on curriculum 2013. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. The population and sample is Sundanese language teacher of Grade VII. It used observation and documentary study. The instrument was the observation sheet. The conclusion of this study are that (1) the Sundanese teacher is able to plan teaching fairytale based on Curriculum 2013; (2) the learning process needs to be improved; and (3) the Sundanese teacher is able to assess fairytale learning based on the Curriculum 2013.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>
