AbstractThis research is motivated bye the large amount of spare time owned by housewives ehich has not been used optimally, but this free time is used to play smartphones. The purpose of this research is to describe in more detail about women's empowerment through training on the use of patchwork as accessories through Youtube media in Bening Saguling. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, which is the subject of this study, one training Instructor and 10 housewives. While the data collection technique is by means of observation, interview and documentation. The result of this training is to provide patchwork skills for low-educated women, providing a skill that can be of personal use and of sale value. The benefits of this activity are that the work can be sold so that it is expected to be able to improve the standard of living of the community and fill women's spare time with more useful activities.

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary

The Bening Saguling is located on Jl. Babakan Cianjur, Kec. Cihampelas, Kab. West Bandung. Most of the people are housewives who do not work, with varying degrees of education, but most of them are junior and senior high school graduates. This is due to limited funds to continue to higher school levels, besides that there are other factors, namely the social structure factor that urges women to marry immediately at a young age which provides a great opportunity for women to become unproductive and only fully depend on their husbands who work as laborers. in a big city. The Bening Saguling NGO is a forum for the surrounding community to get training so that the community is able to improve the quality of life at large while still adhering to environmental preservation. The purpose of this research is to describe in more detail about women's empowerment through training on the use of patchwork as accessories through Youtube media in Bening Saguling. This research is backed by a low interest condition of reading communities among children and adolescents in Kp. BBC Village of Cihampelas West Bandung Regency. Especially the students in the junior high School of Insan Litera and any strategy that can be used as an effort to inspire reading. The purpose of this research is (1) to know the strategy to build a community to learn. (2) To know the process of student Readathon activity in Sekolah Alam SMP Insan Litera. The theories used in this research include the concept of community fond of learning, and the concept of Readathon. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The location of research in Sekolah Alam SMP Insan Litera which is under the auspices of Bening Saguling Foundation and which is the subject of research is all students of Sekolah Alam SMP Insan Litera, amounting to 11 people, principals, and also representatives of one teacher. Based on the research results that Readathon has carried out well. In this readathon there are several activities carried out consisting of 4 stages of 1) the implementation of Readathon routinely once a week, carried out on Thursday. With the target one student finished reading one book one week. 2) reading book read by PPL students who act as tutors. 3) Discussion of read books packed with fun games or quizzes. 4) Create a geulis tree (literacy Movement) where the student who has completed reading one book writes his name and the title of his book later in the Geulis tree. The condition of learning interest in students is also quite high, visible from students ' participation in following learning programs.

The purpose of this study was to find out the communication model used by Rohis Baitul Ilmi at SMK 1 Cikampek, to find out how the activities carried out by Rohis Baitul Ilmi at SMK 1 Cikampek. What material and media are used in each Khitobah activity. To discuss the issue, researchers used a descriptive method of qualitative approach. This method is used to explain and tell. The facts that happened the Khitobah activity by Rohis Baitul Ilmi in SMK 1 Cikampek. The data collection technique is carried out through the observation and interview stages. The results of this study are the Rohis communication model at SMK 1 Cikampek which is the Aristotelian communication model and the Laswell communication model. Because in some circumcision activities carried out Rohis has the same communication elements as the elements of the communication model. While the form of Khitobah used is by way of Ershad Islam (coaching) conveying its message through verbal preaching. The media used in delivering da'wah messages is Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The material was delivered in accordance with the objectives of da'wah, which is around adolescents originating from Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek, mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek. Materi dan media apa saja yang digunakan dalam setiap kegiatan Khitobah. Untuk membahas persoalan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk memaparkan dan menceritakan. Fakta-fakta yang terjadi pada kegiatan Khitobah di Rohis Baitul Ilmi SMKN 1 Cikampek. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui tahap observasi dan wawancara.Hasil dari penelitian ini model komunikasi Rohis di SMKN 1 Cikampek merupakan model komunikasi Aristoteles dan model komunikasi Laswell. Karena dibeberapa kegiatan khitobah yang dilakukan Rohis memiliki unsur-unsur komunikasi yang sama dengan unsur-unsur model komunikasi tersebut. Sedangakan bentuk Khitobah yang digunakan adalah dengan cara Irsyad Islam (pembinaan) menyampaikan pesannya melalui dakwah bil-lisan. Media yang digunakan dalam meyampaikan pesan dakwah adalah Facebook, Instagram, dan youtube. Materi disampaikan disesuaikan dengan sasaran dakwah yaitu seputaran remaja yang bersumber dari Al’Quran dan As-Sunnah.

The study aimed to review and describe: 1) Coaching model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) Test the validation of coaching model on social sciences teacher. This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. This study was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura, Sukoharjo district. The research design was classroom action research. The subject in this research were students, teachers, the principal. Data collection technique used observation, testing and interview. The interview process using theory of first and second order understanding. Data were analyzed using an interactive model included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study concluded that 1) Coaching Model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura used modification lesson study approach. 2) Validation of the coaching model using two kinds of validation namely theory of validation and practice of validation.

The problem of fruit street vendors is because they open their trade use the part of fruit street or sidewalk and other places for public’s importance that not for the trade and the place that not belong to them that’s way the street vendors become a difficult problem to solve well. The research problem are 1) What is the problem faced by fruiterer when trading in Palangka Raya City? 2) How does the view from the fruiterer about the government’s role in helping the fruiterer when trading?.This research used field research and used qualitative approach. The object of this research was the problem faced by fruiterers at Palangka Raya City. The subject of this research was the fruiterers that trade at sidewalk. The data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation.The result of this research shows that 1) There is no special place for street vendors that make them difficult to trading. 2) The street vendors hopefully for government to gave them a special place for trade especially for the fruiterers.

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

The development experienced by humans when explored deeply will make people more confident in the power of God. Simple things such as the process of developing the language and art of children, in fact there is something extraordinary in it, which if disturbed will have an impact on further developments or other aspects.Writing this journal uses a qualitative approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation as a data collection technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, there are some results, namely the indicator of language development of VA class children basically has been achieved in accordance with the task of development at his age. But there are some things that have not been maximized in achieving this, such as the use of synonyms from several words, and metaphorical sentences that do not fully understand. The development of VA class art is in the phase of the Early Realism and the Early Age of Pseudo Naturalism which in the early realism phase In the period of Early Realism, children's work more closely resembled reality. This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.
