The curriculum is a very important and decisive component in the delivery of education. the curriculum functions as a tool for the achievement of educational goals, if educational goals change then automatically the curriculum must also be changed. In Law Number 20 of 2003 it is stated that the curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines in implementation of the teaching and learning process. For children the curriculum is useful as a tool to develop all the potential they have towards a better direction under the guidance of teachers at school. For teachers, the curriculum functions as a guide and reference in organizing learning in schools. In curriculum administration, according to Prof. Soetjipto and Drs. Raflis Kosasi, MSc in his book entitled Teaching Profession (1999: 148) that the curriculum is a set of student learning experiences with all the implementation guidelines systematically arranged and guided by schools in the activities of educating their students ".

Teaching and learning interaction ins chools is an interactive activity and the various components to realize the achievement of learning objectives have been established in the learning planning, to get there, first it need to be understood about the meaning of the term learning, teaching and interaction. These three terms will lead to the definition of teaching and learning interaction. The utilization of information technology in the making and using of interactive multimedia in learning in school be judged very effective in supporting the learning materials delivery. The use of interactive multimedia in the learning in school is one of solution to relieve stiffness, saturation, and the vacuum of students in learning so many kinds of subject in school. By steps and the process of the use of the right interactive multimedia, using interactive multimedia as the messaging media will stimulate thought, feelings, concerns and wishes of student so as to encourage the learning process more interactive and communicative and can enhance students learning experiences become more concrete.

Curriculum is a system that has components that are closely interrelated and support each other, which consists of goals, learning materials, methods and evaluation. Curriculum is one of the most important in the implementation of education. The curriculum is used as a reference for the implementation and indicators of the quality of education itself. Hence from that curriculum must be able to keep abreast of the development of science and technology which at any time always develops. Curriculum plays an important role for the success of education for students and educators. In its implementaion, curriculum management must be developed in accordance with the context of School Based Management (SBM) and Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) and 2013 curriculum. curriculum management is related to the management of learning experiences that require certain strategies so as to produce learning productivity for students. Management of the curriculum must be directed so that the learning process runs well, with benchmarks for achieving goals by students so that educational goals can be achieved.

Curriculum as a set of materials that become student learning guidelines systematically arranged to achieve certain educational goals. The curriculum is also recognized as an effort to improve the progress of a better teaching and learning process. To achieve that goal, curriculum administration is needed to support it. Curriculum administration is administration with a scope that refers to the success of the teaching and learning process for achieving educational goals. Through research using the systematic literature review method (collecting literature from various sources related to curriculum administration concepts), it can be concluded that the administration of curriculum and curriculum in education cannot be separated from each other. The curriculum that is implemented without a good and reliable curriculum administration will not achieve the expected educational goals.

This article is about Administration of Curriculum. The curriculum is a set of systems that contain various components that are closely interrelated and support one another. The curriculum component consists of objectives, learning materials, methods, and evaluations. The curriculum is very important in the administration of education because the existence of the curriculum here serves as a tool for achieving educational goals through the learning process at school. Curriculum administration is the whole process of activities planned and designed as well as possible for the learning process or teaching and learning situations effectively and efficiently in order to help the achievement of educational goals that have been set optimally and meaningfully.

The purpose of this article is to look at Curriculum Policy Formulation to find out curriculum policies at the level of education units because in the curriculum not only goals must be achieved so as to clarify directions, but also provide an understanding of the learning experiences that each student must have. Curriculum and education are two things that are closely and interrelated, inseparable from each other, because in education, of course, the teaching and learning process (teaching) requires the outlines of educational directions that lead to the achievement of educational goals, as well as the content that must be learned. The article was written with literature review with the result that the curriculum and the teacher must establish a system of assessment that can reveal the learners as a whole, both at the cognitive, affective, and psycomotor levels.

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of learning media based on m-learningg using the POE2WE blended model to increase student learning motivation. This writing is motivated by increased learning in students who need good learning media and still use learning materials that have not been maximized. The method used in this renewal is the study of literature by studying some literature to be analyzed and made conclusions. The results of discussions about the application of m-learning based learning media using the POE2WE blended model can be a solution to the problems encountered in the teaching and learning process sponsored by students. The mixed POE2WE model is applied to students in High School with several steps including; participants do learning using smartphones, at faceto-face meetings students learn to use learning with teachers, in independent learning students do distance learning so as to increase their own willingness to do learning. The results of this study prove that learning media based on m-learning is feasible by using the POE2WE model to increase students' learning motivation and be able to take advantage of current technological advances.
