The Internet of Things (IoT) is formed by a set of physical objects with embedded sensors, connected using a network so that they can collect and exchange data. Though the concept looks simple, its deployment in industry has enormous potential to bring major business benefits and radical change. This chapter examines IoT technology and how it is being used in the corporate environment. Based on a review of existing literature and case examples, the various definitions and elements of IoT are discussed, followed by an assessment of how IoT is being used and what benefits are being delivered. Some key emergent themes are then examined – security aspects, the significance of 5G networks, and the need for an IoT strategy and project implementation guidelines. The chapter concludes by outlining possible areas for future research and suggests a step-change in the mega-infrastructure connecting IoT devices is imminent.

The auction lawsuit arises when there is dissatisfaction with the debtor where the claim before the auction is intended by the plaintiff to delay the auction and the lawsuit after the auction has very diverse motives that cause it. The type of research used is normative legal research with analytical approach and legislation approach. (statute approach). Data processing is carried out in a systematic way on written legal materials. The purpose of this study is to explain the causes and explain the legal protection for debtors as well as the legal consequences for delaying the implementation of the mortgage execution auction. The results of this study indicate that there is a loss experienced by the debtor for setting a low limit value in the implementation of the mortgage execution auction which is carried out by the KPKNL as the Auction Body. Every limit price determination is required to use or use an appraisal service in accordance with Article 36 number 93/PMK/2010 concerning Auction Implementation Guidelines. There are objections to the low auction limit value, the debtor files a lawsuit to the court to postpone the auction, so if the court has given a decision that has permanent legal force stating the auction being held is invalid and null and void.

fourthgrade (fifth in technical secondary school) of secondary school. The novel by Eco fitswell with the specific implementation guidelines for literary and cultural education AT both levels of reading. It gives the opportunity to use many valuable cultural texts (including philosophical and literary ones) within the interpretative function. The novel is multi-thematic. It presents both the cultural past of the Middle Ages and the nature of man (his strength and weaknesses in discovering the truth about the world). The work consists of two parts. In the first part, the author propos es selected fragments of the novel (oritswhole) for reading. They serve to deep en the knowledge about the culture of the Middle Ages, also in the context of going beyond the stereotypical image of this era as a darktime. That is why special attention is paid to the matter of the novel’s role of laughter in the Middle Ages. In the second part of the article, the analysis focuses, among others, on playing with the literary text and genre convention (The Name of the Rose as a postmodern novel). The series of les sons also puts forward the topic of becoming inspired by the works of J. Borges and literary tradition as a living component of contemporary culture.

A double synchronous unified virtual oscillator controller (dsUVOC) is proposed for grid-forming voltage source converters to achieve synchronization to the fundamental frequency positive- and negative-sequence components of unbalanced or distorted grids. The proposed controller leverages a positive- and a negative-sequence virtual oscillator, a double-sequence current reference generator, and a double-sequence vector limiter. Under fault conditions, the controller enables to clamp the converter output current below the maximum value limited by the converter hardware while retaining synchronization without a phase-locked-loop (PLL) regardless of the balanced or unbalanced nature of grid faults. Consequently, balanced and unbalanced fault ride-through can be achieved without the need for switching to a back-up controller. The paper presents the systematic development of the double-synchronous structure along with detail design and implementation guidelines. Validation of the proposed controller is provided through extensive control-hardware-in-the-loop (CHIL) and laboratory hardware experiments.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to propose a national framework for promoting business excellence (NFPBE) using a quality management assessment framework (QMAF) with information knowledge communication (IKC) as an enabler.Design/methodology/approachThe NFPBE using the plan–do–check–act (PDCA) cycle is developed, re-enforcing key quality management aspects/areas including national quality awards, QMAF summary and national innovation programmes using a meta-analysis.FindingsThe operationalising of the NFPBE is enabled and supported by an auditing tool to assess the degree of mentoring provided by universities/research institutions/consulting firms to participating firms whose progress will be assessed by the QMAF. It was emphasised that the success of the framework requires the buy-in of national governments to support the programme through stimulus incentives such as government assistance with the costs of research and development, and cooperative research ventures between universities and companies.Research limitations/implicationsThe framework is conceptualised into a process flowchart, which is a blueprint to advancing business excellence in organisations at a national scale. The study is limited to only the conceptualisation of the framework. Therefore, an extended study of the framework implementation/application is required for revealing implementation guidelines.Practical implicationsThe national framework has a propensity to enhancing the business excellence of organisations at a national level. Therefore, quality managers and policy makers could use the framework to understand the quality management shortfalls and consider strategies to achieving business excellence.Originality/valueThis research study proposed a blueprint to advancing quality excellence in organisations at a national level, guided by several quality frameworks.

Pregnant Women Class (KIH) is meant to learn together about health for pregnant women, in the form of face-to-face in groups that aim to improve their knowledge and skills. To see it’s the effectiveness of implementation as an effort to develop KIH, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of KIH. Type of research Evaluation with an evaluation model used to find CIPP which aims to find the Context, Inputs, Processes, and Products of KIH. The technique of collecting data was using study documentation, in-depth interview, observation, and active participation, using a research protocol. Data analysis by data validity and classifying data according to focus and research questions, combining data in the form of matrices or tables and triangulation strategies to describe the results of the analysis and research findings. The results of the evaluation, objectives, process, and implementation of the KIH as a whole have been carried out, but not all activities are by the implementation guidelines that have been set. The focus of activities is not appropriate and requires improvement by evaluation standards, namely the formulation of objectives, setting targets, infrastructure, and the KIH implementation team of facilitators. Recommendations for the implementing team should come from Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC), in the process of implementing the KIH it is expected and suitable with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the need to develop KIH model that is needed for high-risk pregnant women.

The Sunda Strait tsunami disaster in 2018 claimed the lives of more than 430 people and caused various damage to infrastructure in coastal areas. This disaster also had an impact on the education sector. Schools located in disaster-prone areas are vulnerable to building damage that causes casualties and psychological problems for students. The west coast of Pandeglang Regency is a tsunami-prone area and is home to hundreds of elementary and high school schools in the area. The aim of this study is to analyze of the structural framework for schools affected by the sunda strait tsunami. The research locus was determined by purposive sampling in three locations: MTs Masyariqul Anwar in Labuan, SDN Mekarjaya 3 in Panimbang, and SDN Tamanjaya 2 in Sumur. This research data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques by Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). This research used disaster school survey form issued by National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) which regulated in Head of BNPB Regulation No. 4 of 2012 on Implementation Guidelines of Disaster Safe Schools. The research finding that MTs Masyariqul Anwar, SDN Mekarjaya 3, and SDN Tamanjaya 2 can be concluded that MTs Masyariqul Anwar and SDN Tamanjaya 2 have a good level of school security with some notes that need to be improved. Meanwhile, SDN Mekarjaya 3 has a sufficient level of school security with several factors that are so inadequate that they must be repaired and improved immediately.

It is obvious how the COVID-19 pandemic changed the whole aspects of our lives in the recent period. The health services are one of the most affected services during this pandemic. However, these services are vital and cannot be over missed in any context or situation. One of the most recent terms or services which has been used to overcome the challenges of the current pandemic is the " Tele-Health' or "Tele- Medicine" or "Tele-Rehabilitation" which refer in all cases to the using of technology such as video calls or smart applications to provide the health care services to the patients distally. The main goal of the current systematic review is to study the implementation of the Tele-health services in physiotherapy specifically for the musculoskeletal cases in terms of its effectiveness, challenges and barriers, and the implementation guidelines. Review of 32 articles from different databases (Springer, Scopus, and PMC) in the last ten years period (2011-2021) revealed that this topic is dramatically increased in the literature last year with the rise of COVID-19 pandemic. The current review is showing the methodology, theories, results, in addition to the details of countries and journals in which the articles were published. The current study could help in providing the guidelines to implement the Tele-health services in physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions, with concentrating on the effectiveness and challenges.

Transportation has always been the backbone of development. Transit-oriented development (TOD) has been theorized, piloted and expanded increasingly in the past few decades. In this regard, this paper investigates the relationship between urban development, the transportation process, and the required implementation guidelines within fast-urbanizing cities, such as Cairo. After reviewing different related sustainable development theories, the study investigates pioneering case studies that have applied TOD and provided adequate implementation frameworks. The authors then extract and compare a set of required policies. The current Egyptian development paradigm is then discussed in relation to these enabling policies, focusing on Greater Cairo Region, Egypt. The authors debate previous development plans, progress, and newly proposed ones, focusing on the transportation process as the means for development. The study concludes with a set of required guidelines to ensure the integration of transportation with land-use planning, thus ensuring a more prosperous and inclusive urban development.
