The object of this research is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Kiwah Business Unit is located at Jalan Raya No. 71. A. Tanjungrejo village, Natar sub-district, South Lampung regency. Engaged in agribusiness and crumb rubber agroindustry qualified Standard Indonesian Rubber (SIR) for domestic and International market. Problems faced by this company is the discipline and awareness of achievement is still low, the supervision function has not been done properly, so that employee productivity is not optimal as planned. The purpose of this research is; (1) To know the effect of incentives on employee productivity at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency, (2) To know the effect of supervision on employee productivity (3) To know the effect of incentives and supervision on employee productivity. The number of samples is 70 respondents. The result of data analysis using multiple linear regression formula is Y = 5,516 + 0,714 X1 + 0,722 X2 + e. Test Result F significant level 95% is F count 24,47> F Table 3.15. Result of t test of significant level 95% is t count 6,224> t Table 1,667. Thus incentives and supervision significantly affect the productivity of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Business Unit Pematang Kiwah Natar South Lampung Regency.

This research aims to find out how much motivation and work experience influence on employee productivity, the population in this study is all employees on cv. Citra Proteksindo Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, R². The results of the study show that Motivation and Work experience simultaneously affect employee productivity, and partially motivation has no effect on employee productivity while work experience affects employee productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

This research intends to know the influence of tourist attraction and word of mouth to tourists' visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. Samples of this research are 96 respondents. Data analysis of this research is using multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing is using t test, f test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The result of multiple linear regression is Y = 1,200 + 0,341 X1 + 0.137 X2. T test result shows that tourist attraction variable influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa and word of mouth variable also influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. F test result shows that tourist attraction variable and word of mouth variable influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. Determination coefficient test shows that tourist attraction and word of mouth influenced tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa for 0,301 or 30,1 %.

Abstract— This study aims to determine the effect of the level of effectiveness, independence, and fiscal decentralization on capital expenditures in districts/ city of Madiun Residency both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of this study show that, 1.The level of effectiveness significantly effect on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 2. The level of independence significantly affects on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 3. The level of fiscal decentralization significantly affects on the allocation of capital expenditure in the districts/city of Madiun Residency. 4. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the level of local financial independence in the province D.I. Yogyakarta (2) the influence of the local revenue of the level of local financial independence in the province D.I. Yogyakarta, and (3) the effect of general allocation funds to the level of financial independence in the region D.I. Yogyakarta province. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is D.I. Yogyakarta province of 2008-2013. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data used was obtained APBD Realization Report of DPDPK city of Yogyakarta and BPS. The data have been collected and analyzed by the method of data analysis first conducted classical assumption test before hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The analysis showed local revenue positive and significant impact on the level of local financial independence with 15.661 t-test results with a significant level of 0.000, t-test bigger than ttable (15.661> 2.0639, general allocation funds do not affect the level of independence the financial area, with the t-count is smaller than t-table (-0.216

This study aims to determine the effect of variable marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), location (X3), and promotion (X4) and the variable sharia (X5) against the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents customers financing . Data processing techniques of customer savings and customer data analysis using multiple linear regression with F test and t test. As for testing the instrument using validity, reliability test and classical assumption. The results showed that simultaneous product variable (X1), price (X2), location (X3), promotion (X4) and variable sharia (X5) significantly influence the decision to become customers of BMT Sahara Tulungagung (Y). While based on the t test calculation only partially known that the price variable (X2) and promotion (X4) which have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the understanding of tax regulations and motivation of taxpayers with tax compliance. The object of this research is the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. The number of questionnaires in this study amounted to 92 questionnaires. The data from this study come from primary data obtained from the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, not all positive variables are seen from the results of the t-test and the significance level is smaller than 0.05. for further research, it is expected to add research variables and the amount of data so that research is more accurate.Keyword:Understanding of Tax Regulations, Motivation of Taxpayers, Compliance of Taxpayers

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability and Functional Supervision on Regional Financial Management at the city Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the City Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera Province. The sampling method used judgement sampling as many as 4 cities, namely Padang, Padang Panjang, Bukittingi, and Payakumbuh and 250 DPKD employees as respondents. Data was collacted by distributing questionnaires directly to the 250 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test. The result showed that Accountability and Functional Supervsion had an effect on Regional Financial Management.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Lila Buana Wisata where the company is engaged in travel services located in Renon, Denpasar and Tuban, Badung. The population in this study as many as 35 people using saturated sampling techniques, the sample used is the entire population of 35 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Similarly, work discipline is proven to have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. To increase employee productivity, the company should continuously motivate employees, provide compensation in accordance with the workload of employees and enforce employee discipline so that work productivity continues to increase so that the company is able to compete and the company's survival is guaranteed.
