Language in literary works contains elements of beauty. Beauty is an aspect ofaesthetics. This opinion is in line with Zulfahnur's opinion, language style and writingis one of the interesting elements in a reading. Each writer has a different style inpouring each of his writing ideas. Every writing that is produced later has a style ofwriting that is influenced by the author, so it can be said that, the character of awriter greatly influences the work he writes. This is consistent with the opinion ofPratikno (1984: 50) that the nature, character or character of a person is different.Language style is the use of a wealth of languages, the use of certain variations toobtain certain effects, the overall language characteristics of a group of literarywriters and the unique way of expressing thoughts and feelings, both orally and inwriting. The style of language used by the author is essentially a way of usinglanguage precisely to describe the feelings and thoughts of the author which aredifferent from the everyday language patterns and are subjective. For this reason, wepresent this paper in terms of how to use language styles in general and as a wrapperfor the mind.

This study was taken as the understanding of management responses remains scarcely understood in theory and practice, especially concerning consumer preferences. This study aims at examining consumer preferences of the action frames and language styles adopted in hotel management responses to online reviews. A multi-method approach, using discrete choice experiments followed by in-depth interviews, was employed. Findings show that past action frames in management responses are preferred by customers due to the certainty, trustworthiness and detailed information provided. Moreover, literal is favoured over figurative language style due to perceived professionalism and conciseness. The current study helps hotel management to further understand consumer preferences of management responses to online reviews, especially regarding action frames and language styles.

Abstract There are children who bike regularly despite biking trending otherwise. For the past year, including through the global COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, the researchers have been talking with biking-supportive parents and biking-active kids about their perspectives and experiences of biking. At the heart of this research the researchers wanted to know: what is it about biking that parents and children value so much that they are willing to keep riding, despite the changing context and attitudes toward children's biking? How do parents and children make sense of, negotiate and ultimately resist dominant discourses regarding children's biking, particularly children biking without adult supervision? Through the fall of 2019 and spring of 2020, the researchers held interviews with 19 parents and 24 kids (aged 10 to 16) who rode bikes regularly (at least once a the week), and whenever possible the researchers interviewed parents and children separately. The researchers prefer to use the descriptors of 'kids' (versus children) and 'biking' (versus cycling) to more closely reflect the everyday language used by kids to describe their bicycling activity.
