The purpose of this research were to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and debt policy of the fims value with dividend policy as moderation. Population on this research is all companies listed in IDX 2015-2017. This research sample selected by using the purposive sampling method, there are 228 sample. The analysis method of this research is multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis while hypothesis tested by using SPSS 25. The result of this research shows that: managerial ownership has negative effect on firm value. Institutional ownership has an effect on firm value. Debt policy has no effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to moderated the relationship between managerial ownership and firm value. Dividend policy is able to moderated the relationship between institutional ownership and firm value. Dividend policy is not able to moderated the relationship between debt policy and firm value.

Abstrak: Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Penelitian ini juga untuk mendapatkan bukti mengenai fungsi moderasi dari konsentrasi kepemilikan dalam hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Variabel dependen adalah kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 97 perusahaan selama tahun pengamatan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Moderating Regression Analysis dan analisis regresi data panel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan berfungsi sebagai variabel moderating pada hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Untuk kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang tidak mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Variabel kontrol profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pula terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan. Kata Kunci: konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, ROA, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio Abstract: Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Ownership structure; as independent variables in this research; is represented by institutional ownership and managerial ownership. This research also aimed to obtain evidence of moderation function of the concentration of ownership in the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. The dependent variable is dividend policy which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). There are 97 sample companies. Hypothesis testing is done by Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) and panel regression analysis. The results of this research show that the concentration of ownership serves as a moderating variable on the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. Institutional ownership in companies that do not have a managerial ownership has a negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio; while institutional ownership in companies that have a managerial ownership has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Purpose: This study aimed to understand the relationship between stakeholder and firm value with environmental performance as the intervening variable. The study was conducted on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed in the PROPER program during 2016 and 2017. The stakeholder variables in this study consist of managerial ownership (manager), consumer, and employee. Research methodology: The samples were determined using purposive sampling with a total of 131 companies and using path analysis method as an expansion of regression analysis. Result: The result is managerial ownership, consumer, and employee do not affect firm value directly. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value through environmental performance. The consumer has a significant and negative effect on the firm value through environmental performance and employee has a significant and negative effect on the firm value. Limitation: The sample is limited for two years period and adjusted R2 is 21.5%. Contribution: This study can identify variables that affect firm value, especially: manager, consumer, employee and environmental performance. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on dividend policy with free cash flow as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method with 42 companies as samples and 210 observations. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the higher the managerial ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies that have high free cash flow, and the higher the institutional ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies with high free cash flow. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, dividend policy and debt policy on the value of the company in state-owned companies (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2018. The variables examined in this study were profitability, dividend policy and debt policy while the sample used in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The error or significance level used is 5%. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable has a significant effect and debt policy has a significant effect on firm value, while the dividend policy variables have no significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Profitability, Dividend Policy and Debt Policy. ABSTRAK     Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2018. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden dan kebijakan hutang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Tingkat kesalahan atau signifikansi yang digunakan adalah 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara variabel kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Deviden dan Kebijakan Hutang

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine corporate governance (board of commissioner, independent commissioner, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit committee) and financial variabel measured by financial ratio such as leverage, activity, profitabilityand liquidity in affecting firm value in non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used 91 listed non financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method in period 2013 to 2015. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regressions analysis method to determine the model of research. The research results show that the board of commissioner, managerial ownership, leverage and profitability had influence towards firm value whereas, the independent commissioner institutional ownership, audit committee, activity and liquidity had no influence towards firm value.

The objective of the research is to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of independent variables of firm size, cash, capital expenditure, dividend policy, debt policy, return on asset, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership to firm value.The population used in this study are non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2016. Intake of data in this research using purposive sampling method. There are 54 non-financial companies that fit the criteria and were selected as the final sample. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The value of firms in this study was measured using Tobins'Q.The empirical results of this study indicate that the variables independent debt policy and return on assets have an influence on firm value, while the variables of firm size, cash, capital expenditure, dividend policy, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value.

<span>This study aimed to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, debt financing, ownership dispersion, profitability, and firm size simultaneously and partially on income smoothing.This study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange as an object of research. Based on purposive sampling method there are 147 companies that found the above criteria. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that ownership dispersion and size of company that has a significant effect partially on income smoothing. The larger company and expanding company's ownership structure has greater freedom to report better earnings.</span>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the following corporation’s variables: value, size, debt policy, growth, liquidity, dividend policy on managerial and  institutional ownership in the base and chemical industry sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during 2010 through 2014. The findings showed that: (i) Corporation’s value and size variables have significant negative effect on managerial ownership; liquidity variable has significant positive effect on managerial ownership. On the other hand, debt policy, growth and dividend policy variables have non-significant negative effect on managerial ownership. (ii) Corporation’s value and size variables have significant positive effect on institutional ownership; debt policy variable has significant negative effect on institutional ownership, while growth, liquidity and dividend policy variables have non-significant positive effect on institutional ownership.

Abstract: This study aims to determine Dividend Policy Influence Analysis, Profitability and Institutional Ownership Structure on Capital Structure and Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 38 companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia from 2010 - 2012. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using analysis method fath. The results showed Simultaneously ownership, dividend policy variable dividend policy has contributed to the company's value. Positive t value indicates that the variable dividend policy has a direct correlation with the value of the company. Keywords: dividend policy and corporate value.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value with debt policy as an intervening variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The variable value of the company is measured using price to book value by dividing the present value with the book value of the company. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id as well as company websites and other sites related to research. The analytical method used is Partial Last Squer Analysis.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value through debt policy, institutional ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value and institutional ownership does not affect firm value through debt policy
