AbstrakPenggunaan sistem informasi pada saat ini sudah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, misalnya PT. HK Realtindo Jakarta. Penerapan sistem informasi digunakan oleh beberapa bagian salah satunya bagian akuntansi keuangan dan bagian sales marketing. Penelitian menggunakan metode Pieces Framework dengan mengukur enam variabel diantaranya performance, information/data, economic, control, efficiency, dan service. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan aplikasi sistem informasi yang sudah diterapkan terhadap pengguna. Pengguanan sistem informasi ini sudah lama digunakan sehingga diperlukan adanya penelitian terhadap sistem tersebut, pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 kuestioner yang diolah dan terdiri 20 indikator pertanyaan. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan data semua variabel baik dengan total penilaian performance sebesar 3,81, Information data sebesar 4,11, Economic menghasilkan nilai 4,07, securty/control mendapatkan point nilai 4,13, Efficiency dengan data nilai 4,13, dan service mendapatkan nilai 4,06. Dari  hasil penelitian ini sistem informasi ERP sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi pihak perusahaan tetap perlu melakakukan perbaikan-perbaikan untuk memberikan kepuasan dalam penggunaan sistem inforamasi tersebut. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi kinerja, Sistem Informasi ERP, Metode Pieces Framework AbstractThe use of information systems at this time has been widely used by companies, one of them is PT, HK Realtindo Jakarta. AbstractThis study aims to design an education management information system in Vocational High School in Bandung to improve the accountability of school financial reports. The method used in this research is Research and Develpoment (R & D). The stages in research and development (R & D) in this study operationally consist of: 1) Research and data collection; 2) Planning; 3) Model Development; 4) Model Validation; 5) Model Revision; 6) Model Trial; 7) Model Revision; 8) Wider Testing; and 9) Final Model Revisions. From the results of data collection carried out through interviews and documentary review, an overview was obtained of the existing condition of the education management information system in the Vocational School. System design begins with system analysis using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service), \\ then needs analysis, designing system flow charts, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams ( ERD), and interface design. Keywords. management information system; financial information system; education financing AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota bandung untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan sekolah.. ITB STIKOM BALI is an educational institution that uses a lecturer information system to help work.  However, there are still some obstacles regarding how effective the lecturers' satisfaction is in using the Lecturer Information System.  This research is focused on the analysis of the effectiveness of satisfaction using the Lecturer Information System as measured by the PIECES variables.  The population of this study includes all active lecturers who use the lecturer information system as many as 155 people. The samples were determined by applying the SRS (Simple Random Sampling) technique using tables developed by Isaac and Michael.  Of the 155 populations based on the 10% significance calculation selected to get a total of 99 samples, data collection was carried out by giving a questionnaire to all samples and there were as many as 93 people that returned it.  The technique used to evaluate the Lecturer Information System is the PIECES method which focuses on 6 variables; Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service.  This technique is more suitable to use and can focus on measuring the accuracy of each variable.  To measure the level of user satisfaction from each variable, the questionnaire had 17 statements using a Likert scale to determine the value of the user's opinion on the system.  The results of the analysis were obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire value of all respondents using the satisfaction calculation formula developed by Kaplan and Norton.  From the reference criteria for the assessment of satisfaction, the results of the analysis show that the average value is 3.4 - 4.91, which means that users are satisfied using the Lecturer Information System with details of the scores on the variables Performance 4.19, Information 4.16, Economic 4.26, Control 3.85, Efficiency 4.23, and Service 4.21.  It can be concluded that the use of Lecturer Information Systems statistically shows that it is quite effective.  After getting the results of the value of each variable, a summary of recommendations will be given based on the smallest value in the sub-variables in each variable that received dissatisfied and very dissatisfied responses from the average questionnaire value.

Latar Belakang: Pola makan yang tidak sehat dapat menyebabkan berbagai macam penyakit bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan mengatur pola makan karena terdapat makanan yang baik untuk kesehatan dan makanan yang perlu dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi. Agar dapat mempermudah penderita penyakit tertentu dalam menentukan jenis makanan yang dianjurkan dan dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi maka diperlukan adanya aplikasi berbasis website yang diberi nama website “Gizi Sehat”. Website ini berisi informasi tentang jenis penyakit, jenis diet, serta rekomendasi makanan yang dianjurkan dan dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi serta mudah diakses melalui smartphone, seperti tablet dan handphone. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan website “Gizi Sehat” menggunakan metode PIECES. Adapun sasaran website ini adalah orang dewasa dengan penyakit penyerta. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan teknik sampling snowball. Subjek yang digunakan adalah orang dewasa berusia 20–40 tahun yang ada di Kabupaten Jember. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang akan disebarkan secara online dalam bentuk google form. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan dari penilaian responden terhadap beberapa aspek pada website “Gizi Sehat” antara lain aspek performance 83,75% (sangat layak), information 83,5% (sangat layak), economic 90,50% (sangat layak), control 86% (sangat layak), efficiency 82% (sangat layak), dan service 87,40% (sangat layak). Kesimpulan: Penilaian yang dilakukan responden menunjukkan bahwa website “Gizi Sehat” yang dievaluasi menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service), dapat dikategorikan sangat layak dari semua aspek penilaian.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam menghasilkan informasi bagi semua tingkatan manajemen. Analis perlu mengetahui keperluan informasi yang diinginkan manajemen agar informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi dapat berfungsi dan tepat bagi manajemen. Proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi, terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES Framework yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengetahui kelemahan serta kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, yang terdapat pada sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daftar pernyataan yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, domain Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service, semua berada pada kategori puas, artinya penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, yang saat ini digunakan dilingkungan Kampus sudah dapat diterima sesuai dengan kerangka PIECES Framework.   Kata kunci: kepuasan pengguna, PIECES Framework, website.   Abstract: Information systems have an important role in producing information for all levels of management. Analysts need to know necessity of the information that management wants so that the information generated by the information system can function and be appropriate for management. The process of evaluating performance of the information system is needed to determine whether the information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong is running as it should. Information systems evaluation can be carried out in different ways and at different levels, depending on objective of the evaluation. In carrying out information system analysis and evaluation activities, there are several methods or analysis models that can be used, one of which is the PIECES Framework analysis model. To simplify the evaluation, an analysis method is offered with the PIECES Framework which describes the 6 focus of weakness analysis, that are Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of satisfaction, find out the strengths, weaknesses and analyze the components that need to be improved the quality of service, which is contained in the library information system of the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. Based on the results of the calculation of the list of statements given to respondents who are users of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong, the domain of Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency and Service, all of in the satisfied category, meaning that the application of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong , which is currently being used in the campus environment is acceptable in accordance with the PIECES Framework.   Keywords: user satisfaction, PIECES Framework, website.

Perpustakaan yang ada di sekolah merupakan sebuah wadah yang digunakan oleh siswa untuk mencari referensi dan memperoleh berbagai informasi.Dalam perpustakaan terdapat pengelolaan terhadap data buku, data anggota, serta pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Dari perancangan system informasi perpustakaan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sistem manual yang masih ada di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin, merancang, membangun, dan kemudian mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Barcode pada SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan merupakan jenis penelitian terapan, yaitu jenis penelitian yang mengembangkan dari penelitian yang telah ada kedalam aplikasi baru.Untuk teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan terdiri atas observasi (observation), wawancara (interview), dan studi pustaka.Sedangkan dari segi analisis sistem yang digunakanya itu analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Services).Adapun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Barcode pada SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin yang memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam pengolahan data perpustakaan berbasis Web dengan system komputerisasi sehingga meningkatkan pelayanan perpustakaanKata Kunci :Perpustakaan, SistemInformasi, Web, PIECES

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

The problem in this study was how consument satisfy level on Grab Application in Lubuklinggau based on consument perception measured by framework PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). This study used collecting data method, by observation and record the research place, interview to interviewees and distribute the questionaires to the Grab service consument. The population in this study was all the Grab Application consument, it was 91 consument as the sample callculated by Slovin formula. The goal of this study was to know consument satisfy level on Information Technology Grab Application in Lubuklinggau, which measures by PIECES framework. The study result show that from validitas and reliability test all of the questionaires item were valid and reliable for multiple linier regretion test show that 6 (variable) have significant effect on consument satisty level except in economic variable.   Keywords: Consument satisfy, Information Technology, PIECES

The use of information systems requires special management and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a management information system. In it there are various activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, to measuring performance. In running a library information system, software and hardware are needed as well as humans as operators. The above components must be activities that are interconnected so that the library can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system are running well, it requires an evaluation process. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of system users and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system in the use of library information systems. The method used is the analytical method PIECES Framework, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Where each analysis point is a reference for evaluation and analysis of information systems. The results of this study are web applications that are able to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the library information system using the PIECES Framework analysis method and equipped with a satisfaction level reporting chart of the system measured in the 2018 period.

<p>The international financial crises experienced in recent years have led to the loss of confidence in capital markets. The understanding of organizational management has been developed to enable businesses to become reliable and robust institutions and to regain lost market confidence. Businesses need well-organized and well-functioning information systems to create reliable and robust structures. The most important of the business information systems is the accounting information system (MBS). The accounting information system plays an important role in the development of corporate governance understanding and taking the necessary measures in this direction and also in the presentation of the results of the application to the relevant persons.</p><p>As a result of the research, it has been determined that there is a significant positive relationship between corporate governance understanding and accounting information systems. In this context, attention should be paid to the accounting information system to successfully implement corporate governance understanding in enterprises and to offer solutions to problems. Because the accounting information system and corporate governance understanding create mutual power for effective management.</p>
