ITB STIKOM BALI is an educational institution that uses a lecturer information system to help work.  However, there are still some obstacles regarding how effective the lecturers' satisfaction is in using the Lecturer Information System.  This research is focused on the analysis of the effectiveness of satisfaction using the Lecturer Information System as measured by the PIECES variables.  The population of this study includes all active lecturers who use the lecturer information system as many as 155 people. The samples were determined by applying the SRS (Simple Random Sampling) technique using tables developed by Isaac and Michael.  Of the 155 populations based on the 10% significance calculation selected to get a total of 99 samples, data collection was carried out by giving a questionnaire to all samples and there were as many as 93 people that returned it.  The technique used to evaluate the Lecturer Information System is the PIECES method which focuses on 6 variables; Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service.  This technique is more suitable to use and can focus on measuring the accuracy of each variable.  To measure the level of user satisfaction from each variable, the questionnaire had 17 statements using a Likert scale to determine the value of the user's opinion on the system.  The results of the analysis were obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire value of all respondents using the satisfaction calculation formula developed by Kaplan and Norton.  From the reference criteria for the assessment of satisfaction, the results of the analysis show that the average value is 3.4 - 4.91, which means that users are satisfied using the Lecturer Information System with details of the scores on the variables Performance 4.19, Information 4.16, Economic 4.26, Control 3.85, Efficiency 4.23, and Service 4.21.  It can be concluded that the use of Lecturer Information Systems statistically shows that it is quite effective.  After getting the results of the value of each variable, a summary of recommendations will be given based on the smallest value in the sub-variables in each variable that received dissatisfied and very dissatisfied responses from the average questionnaire value.

As concrete steps in order to realize the vision and mission of an organization or educational institution is to implement the system of academic information. The one factor that influences the success of the academic information system is the satisfaction of users.  The problems in the user satisfaction are also issues that cannot be denied and continue to be studied. In consequently, having measurements related to user satisfaction is required. This research is done to see how the user satisfaction of the existing system has been implemented and to know what factorshas influenced the system. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model whereas 255 respondents are chosen as the sample for the study. The purposive sampling technique is usedand the PLS-SEM approach with tools Smart PLS 3.0 is used for analyzing the data.  This research consists of 7 hypotheses and 8 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, System Reliability, System Speed and End-User Satisfaction. The research finds out that the current level of end-user satisfaction is in satisfied level. Inferentially, of the 7 hypotheses tested, 2 of them were rejected and the other 5; Accuracy, System Reliability, Timeliness, Content and System Spee;are accepted.Through this research, it is hoped that later it could be used as a practical consideration and theoretical study in thefuture.

AbstrakPenggunaan sistem informasi pada saat ini sudah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, misalnya PT. HK Realtindo Jakarta. Penerapan sistem informasi digunakan oleh beberapa bagian salah satunya bagian akuntansi keuangan dan bagian sales marketing. Penelitian menggunakan metode Pieces Framework dengan mengukur enam variabel diantaranya performance, information/data, economic, control, efficiency, dan service. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan aplikasi sistem informasi yang sudah diterapkan terhadap pengguna. Pengguanan sistem informasi ini sudah lama digunakan sehingga diperlukan adanya penelitian terhadap sistem tersebut, pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 kuestioner yang diolah dan terdiri 20 indikator pertanyaan. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan data semua variabel baik dengan total penilaian performance sebesar 3,81, Information data sebesar 4,11, Economic menghasilkan nilai 4,07, securty/control mendapatkan point nilai 4,13, Efficiency dengan data nilai 4,13, dan service mendapatkan nilai 4,06. AbstractThis study aims to design an education management information system in Vocational High School in Bandung to improve the accountability of school financial reports. The method used in this research is Research and Develpoment (R & D). The stages in research and development (R & D) in this study operationally consist of: 1) Research and data collection; 2) Planning; 3) Model Development; 4) Model Validation; 5) Model Revision; 6) Model Trial; 7) Model Revision; 8) Wider Testing; and 9) Final Model Revisions. From the results of data collection carried out through interviews and documentary review, an overview was obtained of the existing condition of the education management information system in the Vocational School. Mobile BCA atau yang biasa di sebut M-BCA, merupakan sebuah aplikasi perbankan diperuntukan kepada semua nasabah BCA yang memiliki tabungan, namun M-BCA tidak diperuntukan kepada nasabah tahapan tabunganku, karena tahapan tersebut hanya diperuntukan bagi anak-anak. Aplikasi M-BCA dapat diinstal pada smartphone, seperti Android dan IOS. Cukup dengan terhubung internet dan mengakses M-BCA,  maka seluruh urusan perbankan selesai dalam hitungan menit.Ada banyak menu yang disediakan pada aplikasi M-BCA seperti m-info, BagiBagi, Flazz, m-Info, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, Cardless (khusus OS Android dan IOS), QR, m-Admin, Aktivasi BCA Keyboard. Dengan adanya aplikasi M-BCA perlu dilakukan identifikasi masalah untuk mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna terhadap aplikasi M-BCA. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasinya adalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). Berdasarkan metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan terhadap pengguna aplikasi m-BCA dapat dilihat tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari masing-masing domain, dimana Performance memperoleh nilai 4.23, Information memperoleh nilai 4.44, Economy memperoleh nilai 4.60, Control memperoleh nilai 4.59, Efficiency memperoleh nilai 4.62, dan Service  memperoleh nilai 4.65. Karena masing-masing nilai berada di 3.4 - 4.91, yang berarti pengguna merasa PUAS terhadap aplikasi m-BCA.

Information systems study program portal is a website developed by Bina Darma University that aims to be a media for promotion and academic information system study programs. User satisfaction is the most important thing to be a benchmark for developers of information systems study program portals to improve the quality of their websites so that users are more satisfied and do a lot of searching activities, especially academic activity searches. But so far the information systems study program portal developer does not yet know the shortcomings of the information system study program portal, so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. In an effort to achieve User Satisfaction with the portal of the bina darma information system study program which has the si.binadarma.ac.id domain, researchers used the end user satisfaction method (EUCS). The EUCS instrument includes five components: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and schedule. The data in this study were collected with a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to students from the information systems study program. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to improve the quality of information systems study program portals.   Keywords: website, user satisfaction, EUCS

Latar Belakang: Pola makan yang tidak sehat dapat menyebabkan berbagai macam penyakit bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesehatan adalah dengan mengatur pola makan karena terdapat makanan yang baik untuk kesehatan dan makanan yang perlu dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi. Agar dapat mempermudah penderita penyakit tertentu dalam menentukan jenis makanan yang dianjurkan dan dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi maka diperlukan adanya aplikasi berbasis website yang diberi nama website “Gizi Sehat”. Website ini berisi informasi tentang jenis penyakit, jenis diet, serta rekomendasi makanan yang dianjurkan dan dibatasi untuk dikonsumsi serta mudah diakses melalui smartphone, seperti tablet dan handphone. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan website “Gizi Sehat” menggunakan metode PIECES. Adapun sasaran website ini adalah orang dewasa dengan penyakit penyerta. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan teknik sampling snowball. Subjek yang digunakan adalah orang dewasa berusia 20–40 tahun yang ada di Kabupaten Jember. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang akan disebarkan secara online dalam bentuk google form. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan dari penilaian responden terhadap beberapa aspek pada website “Gizi Sehat” antara lain aspek performance 83,75% (sangat layak), information 83,5% (sangat layak), economic 90,50% (sangat layak), control 86% (sangat layak), efficiency 82% (sangat layak), dan service 87,40% (sangat layak). Kesimpulan: Penilaian yang dilakukan responden menunjukkan bahwa website “Gizi Sehat” yang dievaluasi menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service), dapat dikategorikan sangat layak dari semua aspek penilaian.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam menghasilkan informasi bagi semua tingkatan manajemen. Analis perlu mengetahui keperluan informasi yang diinginkan manajemen agar informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi dapat berfungsi dan tepat bagi manajemen. Proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi, terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES Framework yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengetahui kelemahan serta kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, yang terdapat pada sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daftar pernyataan yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, domain Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service, semua berada pada kategori puas, artinya penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, yang saat ini digunakan dilingkungan Kampus sudah dapat diterima sesuai dengan kerangka PIECES Framework.   Kata kunci: kepuasan pengguna, PIECES Framework, website.   Abstract: Information systems have an important role in producing information for all levels of management. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of satisfaction, find out the strengths, weaknesses and analyze the components that need to be improved the quality of service, which is contained in the library information system of the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. Perpustakaan yang ada di sekolah merupakan sebuah wadah yang digunakan oleh siswa untuk mencari referensi dan memperoleh berbagai informasi.Dalam perpustakaan terdapat pengelolaan terhadap data buku, data anggota, serta pengelolaan transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Dari perancangan system informasi perpustakaan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sistem manual yang masih ada di perpustakaan SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin, merancang, membangun, dan kemudian mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Barcode pada SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan merupakan jenis penelitian terapan, yaitu jenis penelitian yang mengembangkan dari penelitian yang telah ada kedalam aplikasi baru.Untuk teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan terdiri atas observasi (observation), wawancara (interview), dan studi pustaka.Sedangkan dari segi analisis sistem yang digunakanya itu analisis PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Services).Adapun Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Barcode pada SMP Negeri 11 Banjarmasin yang memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam pengolahan data perpustakaan berbasis Web dengan system komputerisasi sehingga meningkatkan pelayanan perpustakaanKata Kunci :Perpustakaan, SistemInformasi, Web, PIECES
