The use of information systems requires special management and management, so this system is commonly referred to as a management information system. In it there are various activities ranging from system planning, maintenance, to measuring performance. In running a library information system, software and hardware are needed as well as humans as operators. The above components must be activities that are interconnected so that the library can run smoothly. To determine whether the components of the information system are running well, it requires an evaluation process. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of satisfaction of system users and to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the system in the use of library information systems. The method used is the analytical method PIECES Framework, which consists of several points of analysis, namely: Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Where each analysis point is a reference for evaluation and analysis of information systems. The results of this study are web applications that are able to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the library information system using the PIECES Framework analysis method and equipped with a satisfaction level reporting chart of the system measured in the 2018 period.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi mempunyai peran penting dalam menghasilkan informasi bagi semua tingkatan manajemen. Analis perlu mengetahui keperluan informasi yang diinginkan manajemen agar informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi dapat berfungsi dan tepat bagi manajemen. Proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi diperlukan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Evaluasi sistem informasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda, tergantung pada tujuan evaluasinya. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi, terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk mempermudah evaluasi, ditawarkan cara analisis dengan kerangka PIECES Framework yang menguraikan ke dalam 6 fokus analisis kelemahan yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Eficiency dan Service. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengetahui kelemahan serta kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, yang terdapat pada sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daftar pernyataan yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, domain Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service, semua berada pada kategori puas, artinya penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong, yang saat ini digunakan dilingkungan Kampus sudah dapat diterima sesuai dengan kerangka PIECES Framework.   Kata kunci: kepuasan pengguna, PIECES Framework, website.   Abstract: Information systems have an important role in producing information for all levels of management. Analysts need to know necessity of the information that management wants so that the information generated by the information system can function and be appropriate for management. The process of evaluating performance of the information system is needed to determine whether the information system at the University of Muhammadiyah Sorong is running as it should. Information systems evaluation can be carried out in different ways and at different levels, depending on objective of the evaluation. In carrying out information system analysis and evaluation activities, there are several methods or analysis models that can be used, one of which is the PIECES Framework analysis model. To simplify the evaluation, an analysis method is offered with the PIECES Framework which describes the 6 focus of weakness analysis, that are Performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of satisfaction, find out the strengths, weaknesses and analyze the components that need to be improved the quality of service, which is contained in the library information system of the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong. Based on the results of the calculation of the list of statements given to respondents who are users of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong, the domain of Performance, Information & Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency and Service, all of in the satisfied category, meaning that the application of the library information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Sorong , which is currently being used in the campus environment is acceptable in accordance with the PIECES Framework.   Keywords: user satisfaction, PIECES Framework, website.

Quality Assurance for an organization is a must because the organization that guarantees the quality is an organization that always meet the needs and satisfaction of its customers, because satisfied customers will increase to be loyal customers and this means will provide benefits for the organization concerned. University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) has been using Information System for Quality Assurance designed for evaluation of academic service of University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Students can easily access Quality Management Information System (SIMUTU) anywhere and anytime. Because of the importance of SIMUTU for Quality Assurance of Muhammadiyah University of Malang, this research is conducted to determine whether Quality Management Information System (SIMUTU) has been running properly. In this research, analysis and evaluation of Information System using PIECES Framework analysis model with the purpose of measuring the level of satisfaction and importance level and analyzing the components - components what need to be improved again the quality of the waiter at SIMUTU. From 40 respondents got average result of level of satisfaction 3,53 which mean SIMUTU have give satisfaction to student, meanwhile importance level 3,79 which mean SIMUTU implementation is considered important to improve academic service of University of Muhammadiyah Malang.

AbstrakPenggunaan sistem informasi pada saat ini sudah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan, misalnya PT. HK Realtindo Jakarta. Penerapan sistem informasi digunakan oleh beberapa bagian salah satunya bagian akuntansi keuangan dan bagian sales marketing. Penelitian menggunakan metode Pieces Framework dengan mengukur enam variabel diantaranya performance, information/data, economic, control, efficiency, dan service. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan aplikasi sistem informasi yang sudah diterapkan terhadap pengguna. Pengguanan sistem informasi ini sudah lama digunakan sehingga diperlukan adanya penelitian terhadap sistem tersebut, pada penelitian ini terdapat 30 kuestioner yang diolah dan terdiri 20 indikator pertanyaan. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan data semua variabel baik dengan total penilaian performance sebesar 3,81, Information data sebesar 4,11, Economic menghasilkan nilai 4,07, securty/control mendapatkan point nilai 4,13, Efficiency dengan data nilai 4,13, dan service mendapatkan nilai 4,06. Dari  hasil penelitian ini sistem informasi ERP sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi pihak perusahaan tetap perlu melakakukan perbaikan-perbaikan untuk memberikan kepuasan dalam penggunaan sistem inforamasi tersebut. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi kinerja, Sistem Informasi ERP, Metode Pieces Framework AbstractThe use of information systems at this time has been widely used by companies, one of them is PT, HK Realtindo Jakarta. In September 2020, Statistics Indonesia (BPS RI) carried out a major activity, namely the 2020 Population Census At the SP2020 data processing stage, Mobile Capture is one of the options for photographing data collection results. During the use of mobile capture, BPS West Java Province encountered several obstacles. West Java Province BPS created an application called the Rapid Enumeration dan Evaluation 2020 Population Census Information System (Sicepat32 SLS) to monitor the attainment of enumeration to the smallest level (local environmental unit). To find out whether Sicepat32 SLS is working and functioning properly, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the information system. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of user satisfaction with the application of Sicepat32 SLS and to assess whether Sicepat32 SLS can meet the needs of users. In this study, the PIECES Framework analysis model will be used and has produced an assessment score in the Performance domain of 4.07; Information and Data of 4.17; Economy 4.1; Control and Security with a score of 4.03; Efficiency with a score of 4.18 and Service getting a score of 4.18

Cross-discipline research requires researchers to understand many concepts outside their own discipline. Computing has increased in our everyday lives to the point that “ubiquitous computing” has become an entry in the Wikipedia (Wikepedia). Research is no different. Researchers outside of computer networkrelated disciplines must account for the effects of network-based information systems on their research. This article presents a model to aid researchers with the tasks of properly identifying the elements and effects of a network-based information system within their studies. The complexity associated with network-based information systems may be seen by considering a study involving the effectiveness of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on a mid-sized company. A study becomes muddled when it fails to recognize the differences between the myriad of people, procedures, data, software, and hardware involved in the development, implementation, security, use, and support of an ERP system. If a researcher confuses network security with ERP configuration limitations, then two important aspects of the information system are obscured. Networks limit access to network resources so that only authorized users have access to their data. ERP applications allow an organization to restrict access to data to safeguard the data (Colt & Yang, 2004). Both aspects relate to the availability of data, but they come from different parts of the system. The two aspects should not be addressed as if both are attributable to the same source. Misidentifying network-based information system elements reflects negatively upon the legitimacy of an entire study.

One of quality assessment and the feasibility of higher education institutions and courses is accreditation. To achieve the desired accreditation value, universities and study programs must adjust the internal conditions in accordance with the standards given by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT). In most courses, all the data are scattered on different physical information systems and documents so that it takes more time and effort to integrate it into judgment. So required a system that is able to automatically retrieve and display the evaluation results with more efficient time and effort. One form of visualization that can meet it is by using a dashboard system that can integrate the entire contents of the supporting data so that when the evaluation process will get information about what parts are lacking or that already meet the standards. The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract   Primary Care Information System (P-Care) is used at the first level health facility (FKTP) for the service of patients of the National Health Insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the success of using the P-Care information system by evaluating the system using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model. This is a cross-sectional survey research with Primary Care information system objects. The variables studied were the user satisfaction factors of the p-care information system including content aspects, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The research subjects were primary care information system operators with 61 FKTPs as samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. P-care application user satisfaction index was 75.5 (satisfied category). This shows that respondents generally have received the primary care information system. The lowest index on A1 (system accuracy), C1 (accuracy of information), and T1&2 (timeliness of information). The lowest average user satisfaction index is on aspects of system accuracy and timeliness. To improve the index of primary care information system user satisfaction, the BPJS needs to improve system monitoring, increase feedback and increase report output. FKTP can develop a bridging P-Care system and structuring the medical record system to be more effective and efficient.   Keywords : information systems, user satisfaction, primary care, EUCS Model     Abstrak   Sistem Informasi Primary Care (P-Care) digunakan pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) untuk pelayanan pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN).  Kepuasan pengguna aplikasi P-Care merupakan faktor penting dalam kinerja sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keberhasilan penggunaan sistem informasi p-care dengan melakukan evaluasi sistem menggunakan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survey bersifat cross sectional dengan obyek sistem informasi Primary Care. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi p-care meliputi aspek content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Subyek penelitian adalah operator sistem informasi primay care dengan 61 sampel FKTP. Data dianalisis dengan cara diskriptif analitik. Indeks kepuasan pengguna aplikasi P-care adalah 75,5 (kategori puas). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa responden secara umum sudah menerima sistem informasi primay care.  Indeks terendah pada A1 (akurasi sistem), C1 (ketepatan informasi), dan T1&2 (ketepatan waktu informasi). Rata-rata indeks kepuasan pengguna paling rendah pada aspek akurasi sistem dan ketepatan waktu. Untuk meningkatkan indeks kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi primary care, maka pihak BPJS perlu meningkatkan monitoring sistem, meningkatkan feedback dan penambahan output laporan. FKTP dapat mengembangkan sistem bridging p-care dan penataan sistem rekam medis untuk pelayanan pasien yang lebih efektif dan efisien.   Kata kunci : sistem informasi, kepuasan pengguna, primary care, EUCS Model

The work is devoted to the research of sources of risks of formation and management of human resources of the company and the development of a project of an information system to minimize the risks of dismissal. Existing approaches to employee incentives and programmatic decisions on the human capital accounting are described. This work analyzes the most famous modern information systems for monitoring and management of personnel. A target tree has been built to address the current problematic situation. Alternative means for the realization of the project of the information system considering the peculiarities of the scope are considered. The hierarchy of the general purpose of choosing the optimal means of implementing the information system for minimizing the risks of personnel management is presented. Using the method of analytical hierarchy, the priorities of alternatives relative to the focus are calculated. The most appropriate project implementation for such a system is to use the WordPress platform. A complex of UML diagrams was developed for the project implementation. The structure of the project in the form of WBS is given. Gantt chart, which shows in detail the schedule of information system design. To track all possible deviations of the project, the critical path of the project is calculated. The prototype information system for minimizing the risks of dismissal of workers runs on an Apache Web Server using MySQL as a database. The design was based on a suite of tools for creating WordPress sites and web applications. The project of the information system implements the policy of identification and management of risks associated with the outflow of valuable employees, describes and allows to regulate the procedure of identification and accounting of employees who are the sole owners of project knowledge. It also defines the sequence of steps that make it impossible to incur the risks associated with the outflow of staff, complicate, and/or slow down the process. The information system in the field of software development, database design, and support of existing information systems is offered.

The research on the influence of the quality of software human resources information systems and user participation on user satisfaction in the Bureau of Human Resources Trisakti University. <br />The research purposes (1) Identify the effect of the quality of software human resources information system for user satisfaction as users of the system, (2) Identify the effect of user participation on user satisfaction as users of the system (3) identification of the influence of the quality of software human resource information systems and participation user together to user satisfaction as users of the system. <br />This research is descriptive and correlational research is to describe the characteristics of respondents and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. <br />The research was conducted at the Bureau of Human Resources University of Trisakti by respondents as many as 32 people and using correlational and regression analyzes. <br />The study found that the quality of the software (Xl) and user participation (X2) either individually or group have a strong influence and positive impact on user satisfaction (1J as the user s system. <br />From this study several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) there is a strong and positive relationship between software quality variables (Xl) to the satisfaction of the user m with r values of 0.584, (2) there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables user participation (X2) with user satisfaction (Y) with r value of 0.721 (3) The regression model obtained is Y = -2.125 + 0.304 software quality (Xl) + 0.397 user participation (X2), (4) regression models can state that the variable quality of the software and user participation is jointly affect user satisfaction as users of the system. It is shown from ANOVA test results were obtained Fcount of 22.642 with a significance level of F = 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, (5) The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.610 implies that, 61.0% user satisfaction can be explained by a variety of software quality and variety of user participation, while the rest is explained by other factors.
