The article is devoted to the substantiation of the importance of the process of forecasting the results of professional training of teachers. On the example of studying the methodical competence of future teachers of humanitarian specialties, a method is proposed for predicting the prospects for the formation of this professional and personal phenomenon, which is important for the effectiveness and efficiency of future pedagogical activity, in a higher educational institution. In the article, based on the analysis of scientific literature, the essence of the concepts of "forecast", "forecasting" is disclosed, a mathematical apparatus (the method of regression analysis) is proposed, which made it possible to create a mathematical model of the phenomenon under study. The presented research results confirmed the possibilities and prospects on the basis he methodological culture of future teachers of humanitarian specialties.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the concepts of «methodology» in general, and «methodology in education» in particular. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. The population in this study were 50 packaged home schooling community students, where the sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), because the population was the same as the sample. Based on the results of data analysis using multivariate correlation with the help of SPSS 15.0, research results obtained with a correlation coefficient of 0.657 with p <0.05, then H0 which states there is no correlation between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence is rejected, while Ha which states there is a correlation between Interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence are accepted. Based on the description above it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation with the positive direction between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with achievement motivation in packaged home schooling community students. So, the better interpersonal communication and the higher the emotional intelligence will be followed by the higher achievement motivation Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Inteligence, Achievemnet Motivation.   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa komunitas home schooling Berkemas. Populasi pada penelitian ini siswa komunitas home schooling berkemas yang berjumlah 50 orang, dimana tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), karena populasi sama dengan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan multivariate correlation dengan bantuan program SPSS 15.0 diperoleh hasil penelitian dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,657 dengan p<0,05, maka H0 yang menyatakan tidak ada korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi ditolak, sedangkan Ha yang menyatakan ada korelasi antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi diterima. Berdasarkan uraian diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan dengan arah positf antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kecerdasan emosi dengan motivasi berprestasi pada siswa komunitas home schooling Berkemas. Jadi, semakin baik komunikasi intepersonal dan semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi akan diikuti dengan semakin tingginya motivasi berprestasi.   Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kecerdasan Emosional, Motivasi Berprestasi.

A method for modeling and printed circuit board layout in the form of a 3D model in one of the digital solutions designed for this task, Altium Designer, is proposed. The practical significance of the work is the study of the basic software libraries in terms of their creation, filling and application when working with the project, as well as of the algorithm for constructing an electrical circuit in the Altium Designer program, layout and design of the simplest circuit on the board. In the course of the work, the algorithm and rules for creating a library of three-dimensional models of components, a library containing conditional graphic designations of the corresponding components, a schematic diagram of the device, a three-dimensional model of the board and the construction of conducting tracks on it are described. The components and circuits used in the work are publicly available on the Internet, which allows anyone to work over the entire algorithm for studying and honing the skills of designing printed circuit boards, both by students studying at a higher educational institution and by fully-fledged specialists. This work can be used not only for teaching students in the field of electronic device development in terms of their design and for organizing laboratory work, but also for creating and designing real devices both in production and within a higher educational institution, for example, for creating a laboratory bench. The introduction and study of this software is carried out at the Department of Radio-Electronic Systems and Complexes of one of the leading engineering universities of the Russian Federation — the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Purpose This paper aims to identify and model the key barriers to implementation of project-based learning (PjBL) in higher educational institution. Design/methodology/approach Using the interpretive structural modelling (ISM) technique, the study has developed a hierarchical-based model, depicting the mutual relationships amongst the key barriers to implementation of PjBL. Additionally, the paper has performed Matrice d’ Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliqué an Classement (MICMAC) analysis to categorize the barriers in terms of their driving and dependence power. Findings The study has identified the key barriers to implementation of PjBL and presented an integrated model using ISM. Higher educational institutions need to pay attention to diagnose and overcome these hindrances for effective implementation of PjBL in their programmes. Research limitations/implications The study adopts a systematic way to model the relevant barriers to implementation of PjBL. The ISM-based model would help higher education institutions to prioritize the issues as the barriers are hierarchically structured. As the input to model development is based on the experts’ opinions, it may be biased, influencing the final output of the structural model. Originality/value The presentation of PjBL implementation barriers in the form of an ISM-based model is a new effort. The model would be useful to understand the barriers and overcome these for the successful implementation of PjBL in higher educational institutions.
