This study aims to determine how the experience of sexual activity disorders in clients with coronary heart disease in Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research used in this research is qualitative, with the phenomenological method. This study resulted in four (4) themes, namely: aspects of knowledge about coronary heart disease, aspects of treatment, aspects of sexual activity disorders in clients with coronary heart disease, emotional aspects. The results showed that sexual activity disorders in coronary heart patients were lack of appetite, stimulation, orgasm, and dyspareunia. In conclusion, the client's efforts to reduce pain and improve when having a husband and wife is by using lubricants.   Keywords: Coronary Heart, Experience, Sexuality

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murottal and acupressure combination therapy on anxiety levels and blood sugar levels in patients with coronary heart disease, as well as describing the level of anxiety and pre and post blood sugar levels in the administration of combination therapy and non-combination therapy, and analyze the effect and differences in therapy combination and non-combination of anxiety and blood sugar levels. This study was a paired comparative analytic study using an experimental design with a control group pretest posttest design. Significant results in the Anova repeated measurement test on anxiety levels obtained p value <0.05 which means there is a significant influence of murottal and acupressure on anxiety levels, on blood sugar levels p values> 0.05 which means there is no significant effect of murottal and acupressure on blood sugar level. Conclusion, combination therapy between murottal with acupressure for 2x15 minutes a day is more effective in reducing anxiety of coronary heart patients in measurement 1 and measurement 2. Murottal therapy with acupressure and murottal therapy has no effect on blood sugar in measurement 1 and measurement 2.   Keywords: Acupressure, Blood Sugar Levels, Anxiety, Al-Qur'an Murottal, Coronary Heart Disease

Various risk factors are suspected to encourage the occurrence of CHD, some may be modified but some are not. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the occurrence of Coronary Heart Disease In Cardiovascular Poly Pirngadi Medan Year 2017. Case population in this study is all heart patients Coroner who came to treatment at Pirngadi Hospital 2017 in 2017 amounted to 491 people. From the results of this calculation then the researchers set the number of samples as many as 83 people. The results showed that there was Based on the results obtained that the sex effect on coronary heart events with p value = 0.023, age affects coronary heart events, Smoking Habit affect coronary heart events. Hypertension to coronary heart events. Diabetes (DM) against coronary heart events. Obesity has an effect on coronary heart event. Physical activity has an effect on coronary heart event. Suggested efforts to prevent non-communicable diseases, especially coronary heart disease in women more useful done from adolescence, so that risk factors can be controlled early, especially controlling obesity and healthy diet through physical activity and healthy diet; high fiber, low fat, low salt and sugar.Keywords: Factors Affecting Against Coronary Heart Disease
