This study aims to determine the relationship between education and parity with the use of Under-the-Skin Contraceptives (AKBK) in Ermi's Independent Practice Midwives (BPM), Karya Bakti, 2020. This research method uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The results of univariate analysis obtained from 98 respondents showed that there were 35 mothers (35.7%) who used AKBK contraception and 63 people who did not use AKBK contraception (64.3%). Most of the mothers with less education were as many as 64 people (65.3%), and mothers with good education were 34 people (34.7%). And most of the mothers had low parity (having children <3) as many as 60 people (61.2%), and mothers with high parity were 38.8%. Based on the results of the chi square statistical test on education, it was found that ρ value was 0.00 and ρ value on maternal parity was 0.00. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between education and maternal parity on the use of contraceptives under the skin.                                                                                                                        Keywords: Parity, Use of Under the Skin Contraceptives (AKBK), Education

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the use of touch and talk Educational Game Tools (APE) and the skill play of playing snakes and ladders to reduce anxiety levels of pre-school age children. This research method is a quantitative study with a quasy experimental design of two groups pretest-posttest design. The results obtained in the Touch and Talk Educational Game Tool (APE) group before the intervention had an average anxiety score of 31.62 and after being given the intervention it was 17.31 with a p-value of 0.000, the group playing snake and ladder had an average The score of anxiety before being given intervention was 31.56 and after being given the intervention it was 24.38 with a p-value of 0.000. The statistical test results obtained p value 0.001 <alpha (0.05). In conclusion, there is a difference between the APE touch and talk group and the snake and ladder playing skill group to reduce the anxiety level of pre-school children.   Keywords: Pre School, Skill Play, Touch and Talk

The purpose of this study was to see how the management of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that 1 in 3 tuberculosis patients did not comply with tuberculosis treatment in the working area of the Sukamerindu Public Health Center, Bengkulu City. Factors that support treatment non-compliance are the lack of knowledge of tuberculosis treatment guidelines. In conclusion, patients who do not comply are caused because they feel he is already healed and are lazy to take more medicine at the Sukamerindu Health Center, PMO already understands his duties as a PMO.   Keywords: Compliance with Medication, Drug Giver, PMO, Pulmonary Tuberculosis

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing health education through telenursing on increasing knowledge and prevention of pathological vaginal discharge in adolescents at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in 2020. This study used a quasy experimental method with a group pre-post test design. The results showed an increase in the mean level of knowledge and prevention of leucorrhoea, where the mean level of knowledge before and after health education was 12.77 and 27.18, while the mean prevention of vaginal discharge before and after health education was 18.55 and 33.82. The statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 for the level of knowledge and a p-value of 0.000 for the prevention of pathological leucorrhoea. In conclusion, there is an effect of providing health education through telenursing on increasing knowledge and preventing pathological vaginal discharge.   Keywords: Leucorrhoea, Health Education, Telenursing

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the high risk behavior of contracting HIV / AIDS on ship crews in Makassar City. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study design. The results showed that there was no influence of knowledge and support from health workers with the high risk behavior of contracting HIV / AIDS on ship crew at Soekarno-Hatta Port because crew members already know a lot about transmission from HIV / AIDS and are also supported by the education level of ABK (p. value> 0.05). In conclusion, knowledge and the role of health workers had no effect on the high risk behavior of contracting HIV / AIDS among ship crew.   Keywords: Crew, Behavior, High Risk

This study aims to determine health education's effect on menstruation on readiness to face menarche in grade V and VI students at SDN 39 Kinali in 2019. The research method is pre-experimental quantitative research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study are the readiness of respondents to face menarche before being given health education is 91.50, after being given health education is 101.25 the mean difference between the respondent's willingness to meet menarche before and after health education with statistical test results obtained in P = 0.001 with a difference in mean Average 9750. In conclusion, health education has an effect on menstruation on students' readiness to face menarche. Keywords: Menarche, Menstruation, Health Education

  This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and income of family planning acceptors and subcutaneous contraception (AKBK) at BPM Habibah, Meat Jaya Village, in 2020. The research method used an analytic survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. Univariate analysis results obtained from 50 respondents known that most respondents with good knowledge as many as 28 respondents (56%) more than those who lack awareness that is as much as 22 respondents (44%), a small proportion of respondents who have high incomes are 19 respondents (38%) more few of the low-income mothers were 32 respondents (62%). Those using under-skin contraception (AKBK) were 35 (70%) respondents. Based on the chi-square statistical test results on the relationship between knowledge (ρ value 0.011) and income (ρ value 0.042) with the use of AKBK. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between knowledge and income with the use of under-the-skin contraception (AKBK) at BPM Habiba, Meat Jaya Urban Village, in 2020.  Keywords: Family Planning Acceptor, Knowledge Contraception, Income

This study aimed to determine the relationship of boyfriends to sexual behavior in adolescents in SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru. The research method used is analytic quantitative observational (cross-sectional). The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents aged 12 years amounted. The majority of the sexes are women and are Muslim; the majority behave negatively. Bivariate analysis results obtained p-value (0,000) <a = 0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship of boyfriends to premarital sexual behavior among teenagers in SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Keywords: Behavior, Teenagers, Premarital Sex

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the mother's knowledge and attitudes about care for perineal wounds. This research uses quantitative research. The research design used was cross-sectional. The results of the study are based on analysis using the chi square> 0.05 statistical test. It is known that the p-value is 0.02 for the knowledge variable and 0.04 for the attitude variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of sleep quality with changes in blood pressure in elderly hypertension at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW) Bengkulu Province. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of an analytic survey with a cross-sectional research design. Univariate analysis results showed blood pressure in hypertensive elderly at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW), which is 12 respondents (54.5%) had mild hypertension, ten respondents (45.5%) had moderate hypertension. Sleep quality experienced by elderly hypertension, 11 respondents (50%) experienced good sleep quality, and 11 other respondents (50%) experienced poor sleep quality. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square test obtained ρ value = 0,000 and C value = 0.674. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and changes in blood pressure in hypertensive elderly at Tresna Werdha Social Home (PSTW) in 2019. Poor sleep quality affects changes in elderly blood pressure.   Keywords: Sleep Quality, Elderly, Blood Pressure
