This study aims to see how the role of officers in the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and coverage of IMD in newborns. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that the role of nurses and midwives in the implementation of IMD was included in the category with the mean score of 95.39. The IMD success rate is also included in the high category with an average score of 93.75. In conclusion, the role of nurses and midwives in the implementation of IMD is in the good category and the success of IMD is also in the high category.   Keywords: Mother's Milk, Early Initiation of Breastfeeding, Role of Nurses and Midwives

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of unilateral ROM and bilateral ROM exercises to increase muscle strength in post-hospitalized clients with hemiparesis due to ischemic stroke. The research method used is a quasi experimental two group pre and post test design. The results showed that there was an effect of both groups on increasing muscle strength with a p-value of 0.000, in conclusion, bilateral ROM exercises had a higher impact on increasing muscle strength compared to unilateral ROM exercises.   Keywords: Muscle Strength, Bilateral ROM, Unilateral ROM, Ischemic Stroke

This study aims to examine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the psychological condition of health workers. The research design used is a systematic search on several databases, including DOAJ, Sage, Proquest, Medline, Google Scholar, Science Direct, from February to June 2020. There is Rational pre-clinical evidence regarding mental or psychological health risks from several articles as a result of Covid-19. Feelings of anxiety, stress, depression or fear, and even panic due to Covid-19 trigger increased psychological or mental health risks faced by health workers so that therapy or group or individual activities need to be carried out. In conclusion, there is reasonable pre-clinical evidence regarding the mental or psychological health risks due to corona. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress of health workers and caring behavior at the Serang City Health Center. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that 43.2% of health workers with moderate stress and 29.1% of health workers lacked caring. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the value (p = 0.00). This study aims to determine the relationship between postpartum depression and the motivation of exclusive breastfeeding for the first month of infants. This research is observational research with a cross-sectional study design with a quantitative approach. The study results using the Mann Whitney test, the significance value indicated a p-value of 0.000. This study aims to determine the effect of the Alexander technique on the comfort level of pregnant women in the third trimester. This research uses a quasi-experimental design approach with a pretest-posttest design with a control group design. The paired sample t-test analysis results showed that there was a difference in the average level of comfort in the intervention group before and after being given the intervention with a p-value of 0.000. In the control group, a p-value of 0.282 was obtained. This indicates that there is no difference in the level of comfort before and after. The results of the GLM-RM test showed that the greenhouse-geisser (Sig) value was 0.000 < 0.005, and the most significant partial eta square value was in the 7th measurement (0.454). In conclusion, the alexander technique can increase comfort in third-trimester pregnant women.   Keywords: Third-Trimester Pregnant Women, Comfort, Alexander Technique

This study aims to explore the experiences of COVID-19 patients treated at the Wisma Atlet COVID-19 Emergency Hospital. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with thematic analysis methods. This study showed that there were 2 participants with suspected cases and 5 participants with confirmed cases, while the age of participants was between 26 to 54 years. The participants' occupations are four employees, two medical personnel, and one civil servant with an average quarantine time of 14 to 38 days of care. In conclusion, This study resulted in 6 themes, namely: changes experienced by patients when diagnosed with COVID-19, changes experienced by the family and environment of family members diagnosed with COVID-19, sources of information for treatment, attitudes of health workers who carry out treatment, description of patient feelings. while being treated, the hope of COVID-19 patients being treated at the Wisma Atlet RSDC.   Keywords: COVID-19, Wisma Athlete Jakarta Emergency Hospital, Quarantine, Experience

This study aims to explain the factors associated with foot deformity in people with type 2 diabetes. This study used a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that the aspects related to the incidence of foot deformity were education (P=0.022; OR=4.57), body mass index (BMI) (P=0.035; OR=0.23), and knowledge (P=0.001). ; OR = 9.17), while the factors of age (P = 0.22) and gender (P = 0.712) were not associated with the incidence of foot deformity. In conclusion, the knowledge factor is a factor that can influence nine times more strongly the incidence of foot deformity in people with type 2 DM compared to other factors.   Keywords: Foot Deformity, Diabetes Mellitus

This study aims to review or review the literature related to school-based bullying prevention interventions in children. Methods This research was conducted using a literature review method. Articles were identified using an electronic database, including PubMed, Science Direct, DOAJ, and ERIC, using keywords to answer research questions formulated using the PICOS method. The results showed that five articles were selected from 40 reports that matched the eligibility criteria. Based on the analysis results, the 5 articles had a significant effect on school-based bullying prevention interventions, such as including prevention programs in the curriculum or school extracurricular activities by involving various stakeholders. In conclusion, school-based intervention proved to be effective as an intervention to prevent bullying.   Keywords: Bullying, Intervention, Prevention, School

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of music therapy in reducing anxiety in cancer patients. The research method is a literature review using five databases, namely PubMed, ProQuest, Science Direct, Clinicalkey, and Google Scholar, using keywords based on PICO. The results showed that the five articles analyzed all articles reported that music therapy effectively reduced anxiety in cancer patients. Music has psychological, physical, social, and spiritual effects that can increase support for cancer patient care, improve mood, and improve the quality of life of cancer patients to provide nursing interventions to reduce anxiety. In conclusion, music therapy is an effective therapy to reduce anxiety from children, adults to the elderly.   Keywords: Cancer, Anxiety, Music Therapy
