The research sought to identify the leadership initiative to attain business sustainability by integrating advance technology and capable human resources. While studying the performance of organizations in global needs, leads to creation of strong, skilled and competent leadership has ability to optimize measurable outcomes by using existing resources. The objective is to create awareness across the industries for transformation of conventional and traditional practice to high fidelity technology and systems and training and development of  human resource to meet fast growing challenges. A quantitative technique was used to analyze the three factors leadership, technology and human resources skills are the mandatory strength for organizational effectiveness. A convenient sample was used to collect primary data through direct interview, The data enable to apply multiple regression models to be specified the correlation among the variables The results reflected several modalities as leadership role to envision and adopt new and relevance technology to boost the outcomes and develop employees’ capacity have positive relationship with firm performance. Recommendation was made to develop leadership profound skills and valuable insights regarding integration of new technology and enhance human capital, to achieve sustainable economic dynamism.

Many human resource (HR) practices are ineffective in many state-owned firms because they are not implemented as they should be. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is a semi-government organization. The dilemma lies in the fact that PIA's human resources management practices are responsible for its downfall. This research aims to examine PIA's human resources management practices, mainly recruitment and selection, compensation and benefts, and training and development. Primary data was collected through questionnaires from 96 employees of the head offce in Karachi (Pakistan). F-test was used to check the overall relationship of PIA performance (fnancial and non-fnancial) with recruitment and selection, compensation and benefts, and training and development practices at PIA. The fndings revealed that from PIA employees' perception, there is a positive relationship between PIA training and development practices with the performance of PIA (fnancial and non-fnancial). In contrast, there is a negative relationship between recruitment and selection and compensation and benefts practices of PIA with PIA's performance (fnancial and nonfnancial). Moreover, this study recommends that PIA decrease its recruitment and selection practices and compensation and benefts practices to increase its performance (fnancial and non-fnancial). PIA should focus more on its training and development practices of existing employees to enhance its performance (fnancial and non-fnancial aspects).

Career development in organization is an issue that getting more and more attention, both from academicians and practitioners. Career mobility in organization can't be separated from leadership role within, Moreover, career system applied in organization also has effect toward career mobility. Career mobility in an organization can be viewed either in individual context or organizational context. In an individual context, there are several factors affecting career mobility, such as social class; education and training; self-concept regarding career; career choice; family influence; age; gender; and race. At the same time, career mobility in an organizational context is affected by factors such as internal tabor market; career ladder; promotion; training and development; selection criteria and method; and internal competition.

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of cybercrime to Zimbabwe's peace and security. In the 21st century, cybercrime has become an international threat. This has necessitated many states to enact legislation and other measures to curb cybercrime. Primary data was gathered through key informant interviews, while documentary search was used to review scholarly literature on the subject. Key informants for the study were drawn from institutions that deal in combating cybercrime. Zimbabwe does not have adequate and effective legislative instruments to combat cybercrime. Cybercrime is a threat to peace and security as it can be used to bring down critical infrastructure and disrupt communication networks of the country. Some of the measures identified to curbing cybercrime include prevention and awareness, training and development, development of new technology and introduction of new laws, and updating of current and introduction of new legislations.

This research aims to and analyze the effect of APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability) through the performance of auditor in Maluku Utara Provincial Inspectorate which used quantitative method, with the multiple regression models. The research population is 44 Auditors and sampel is 44 Auditors. Primary data obtained by quistionaire distribution throughout 44 respondents which all fullfiled and operable. Independent variable of this research is APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability), and dependent variable is government performance of auditor. Regards to the result, therefore variable that APIP Ethical Codes simultaneously affect the government performance of auditor and partial that variable Objectivity affect the government performance of auditor, whereas variable Integrity, Privacy, and Capability rejected government performance of auditor.Keywords : Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, Capability, And Performance Of Auditor

The Village Financial System Application is a village financial management application system developed by the financial and development audit board or BPKP intended for village financial management. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Village Financial System or SISKEUDES on the performance of the village government in the village of Kapataran, the eastern Lembean district, Minahasa Regency. This research uses qualitative research. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews.The informants used were the village head and village secretary.The results showed that: (1) procedures for using SISKEUDES were carried out through 4 stages, namely planning, budgeting, administration, and bookkeeping; (2) ways to integrate low human resources (HR) through assistance and training; (3) the Village Financial System also has a purpose in assessing the performance of the village government. The SISKEUDES has important role to play in the village government which is felt directly by village officials. This is in accordance with the objectives of implementing the SISKEUDES, which is to assist work of village employees.

Abstract Purpose: This study examined the influence of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and income on interest in using paylater services. Research Methodology: The population in this study was the people of DKI Jakarta who know the Shopee Paylater service. The research sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, with an affordable population calculation obtained 400 samples. The research method used was a quantitative method with multiple regression models. Data were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Results: The results of the study partially show that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the interest of using paylater services; perceived ease of use has no positive and significant influence on interest of using paylater services; and income has a positive and significant influence on interest of using paylater services. Limitations: It is necessary to investigate other variables that can affect interest in using paylater services. Contribution: E-commerce companies should develop factors that influence consumer interest in using paylater and increase consumer knowledge before using paylater services. The purpose of this study was to find and review the optimization of human resourcesquality in improving the performance of Islamic banking employees. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach by using primary data obtained through questionnaires to the Islamic banking customers located in Lampung. Sampling technique used in this studywas purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Analysis of the data used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result, the study found that there are significant quality of human resources in improving the performance of Islamic banking at 10.3%. Therefore,it needs to do the optimization of human resources quality through various efforts such as the recruitment system, the planning and training given by the company toward the employees, improving the intelligence, creativity, perseverance, as well as the professionalism of the employees.
