SISKA is an Academic Information System at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) used for TESIS process. Starting from proposal submission, proposal seminar, pre thesis exam and thesis exam. So far the running application is still in web form. With so rapid development of Android-based applications, it will be made SISKA Android-based applications that will certainly make it easier for students and lecturers to access this application via Smartphone. In the development of this application will be used Eclipse commonly used for software development. Web-based SISKA application development into Android-based SISKA application provides a new look that is more user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access using smartphone

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membawa manusia ke dalam dunia baru. Dunia dimana komunikasi mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Akademi, Website Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. With the rapid development of Information Technology has changed our lifestyle and  nautre of works. It make us more productive and work bocome simple and easier.The role of Information System and Technology is not longer  as as supporting tool in the organization, but it is percieved as competitive advantage. Tbis phenomenon is not found in the Islamic School of Muhammadiyah 7 Sawangan. The role of Information System is used only  for data entry and basic search including in academic matters. It is therefore, there is need to develop integrated academic information system in the school. Then,  the system  development life cycle (SDLC)  is used as method in developing the system where 5 stages:Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, and  Implementation are taken. With the rapid development of computer network, the network architecture is increasingly complicated; the scale of network extends continuously. Therefore, the functions and positions of the network management are also more and more important. The Web-Based network management, making users manage the network and system expediently and simply, combining Web technology and modern distributed network management technology, which can also be updated and customized easily to meet the different needs, is an important direction of the development of the network management technology in the future. This paper proposes an a SNMP-based Web network management system using B/S structure, which has features of flexible structure, easily extensible, user-friendly features and so on.

This paper introduces the process of developing web application of farm management information system (FMIS) for smallholder farmers in Malaysia by using rapid application development (RAD) prototyping methodology in information system research design. FMIS is important ICT solution to assist smallholder farmer to be more competitive in agriculture. The web application requirement determined through extraction process using physical data-driven design system from Malaysia Good Agriculture Practise (MyGAP) physical forms. Additionally, the functions and features of the system were determined through several questionnaires which were distributed to 209 smallholder farmers located in Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM) in Selangor. Selangor agricultural area together with smallholders farmers were chosen as respondents because Selangor is the highest internet penetration state in Malaysia. Subsequently, the design and analysis of FMIS are constructed by us including the database design, data flow design, system flow design and software development which was validated by two other experienced system analysts. The software development process were using PHP web development tool called Scriptcase version 8 which were taking less than 2 months to be completed. Furthermore, we also made a comparative study of an existing system available in the market to give additional competitive value to the new development of FMIS in Malaysia. The final developed FMIS is accessible through the official MyAgris website.

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Information system is one of the most important business supports in organizations. Web-based applications become an appropriate solution to overcome the dynamically changing environment among different units in an organization. Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a well-known design pattern in web-based application development due to the separation of an application into several parts, hence it is easy to reuse and maintain. However, such design pattern requires improvements since the information system handles business process choreography and integration between application. Therefore, modifying the interaction of object of class in a design pattern become a challenging problem. In this paper, an application framework based on Model-CollectionService-Controller-Presenter (MCCP) design pattern, which is a modification of an MVC, was proposed. The proposed framework allows multiple different applications to run and provides inter-application data exchange mechanisms to improve the data communication process between applications. Several performance comparisons with another popular web application framework are also presented.

SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang is one of the elementary schools located in Tanjung Dalam Village. In line with the rapid development of technology, there are demands on educational institutions or others to provide fast, precise, and accurate information. In processing the data, SD Negeri 18 Tanah Abang has not used a computerized system, therefore the research conducted by the author aims to create an Academic Information System so that it can help and facilitate data processing.
