Abstract: A system of data input and the grade of students who still use manual way namely by filling form of data on student and the grades of students in the form of paper sheet done by administration and teacher. Besides needed a place the immense storage, to find files need a require a long time, because that is the way are considered less effective. Websites is information in word wide web stored in different file as a page web. Academic information system web-based can manage academic information with more effective. Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic growing rapidly, the number of students and the amount of data will increase too. However, these conditions will bring complex problems to the department to manage it in quantitative and qualitative way.  How complicated the problems faced when there are a lot of data that needs to be processed, and if it goes wrong it needs a long time to find, fix and change it. To minimize the errors and redundancies in processing the data, the department requires an academic information system. This system will manage student grades, final assignment and job training data at Information Technology Department. This web based Academic Information System was develop by using object oriented concept and JAVA especially J2EE technology as programming language and MYSQL Server as database. This system also design by using UML(Unified Modeling Language).

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

This study aims to design a web-based academic information system at STIEM Bongaya Makassar. During this academic service to students is still done manually, for example at the end of the semester students usually queue up to see grades and class schedules that use paper media that is posted on the bulletin board, so servants to students become ineffective and inefficient. With the advancement of information technology such as internet media, it can support the academic activities of a college. So with the use of internet media students do not need to come directly to the lecture to get academic information The web-based academic information system at STIEM Bongaya Makassar is expected to provide convenience in managing student data and academic services. This academic information system will later be web-based created using the Php and MySQL programming languages ​​as a database, and white box testing as a testing method to find out whether an application has been made free of logical errors

The development of technology information and communication has a positive impact in the way of accessible information as we need. Companies should apply this information system in their activities to win the competition. One of the parts to which the system information is considered applicable is in the system of remuneration. Though the implementation of remuneration information system, it is expected to enable to handle the remuneration transaction in the way that it can run well and be done in minimal errors. This research aims at developing a remuneration information system that includes data processing of the employee’s salary and the report. The tools that are used to perform the analysis and the design is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) while the programming language used to design the system is PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is a computerized remuneration information system that can be used to conclude that the proposed system can effectively meet what the management of a company wants.

Abstract — Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) atau Geographic Information System (GIS) adalah sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk menangkap, menyimpan, memanipulasi, menganalisa, mengatur dan menampilkan seluruh jenis data geografis, misalnya informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam, maka informasi geografis akan berisi mengenai lokasi suatu daerah dan informasi mengenai sumber daya alam yang terkandung pada daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud merupakan salah satu daerah terpencil yang berada di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia yang berbatasan dengan daerah Davao del Sur, Filipina disebelah utara, Ibu Kota Melonguane. Dengan merancang dan membagun sistem informasi geografis mengenai potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud berbasis web, dapat memberikan informasi data-data potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dalam membuat suatu sistem informasi menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP, HTML dan MYSQL. Kata kunci — GIS, Potensi, SDA, SIG, Talaud, Web. Abstract — System Information Geographic (SIG) or Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographic data, such as information relating to natural resources, geographical information will contain the location of an area and information about the natural resources it contained in the area. Talaud islands Districts is one of the remote areas located in North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia bordering the Davao del Sur, Philippines region to the north, of capital Melonguane. By designing and Building geographic information system on the potential of natural resources in the web based talaud island district, can provide information of potential natural resource data in Talaud Islands District. Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

AbstrakProses peminjaman barang untuk keperluan praktikum merupakan aktifitas yang rutin dilakukan. Pada umumnya peminjaman barang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa atau dosen kepada staf laboratorium dengan mengisi form peminjaman secara tertulis. Namun dalam proses peminjaman tersebut ada kalanya staf laboratorium kewalahan ketika proses peminjaman barang banyak sekali karena staf laboratorium harus mengecek keberadaan barang satu persatu secara manual. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut maka pada penelitian ini akan didesain dan dibangun sistem informasi peminjaman barang berbasis web yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah staf laboratorium dalam pengelolaan data barang. Dengan sistem informasi peminjaman barang proses pengajuan peminjaman, persetujuan peminjaman, monitoring barang, dan pencarian status barang bisa dengan mudah dan cepat dilakukan. Metode pembangunan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, dan untuk desain sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Languange). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi peminjaman barang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter 4 yang dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan peminjaman barang.Kata kunci: sistem, informasi, peminjaman, Codeigniter, webAbstractThe borrowing process goods for practicum is a routine activity. Generally, the lending of goods is carried out by students to laboratory staff by filling out the loan form manually. However, in the lending process, sometimes laboratory staff is overwhelmed when the process of borrowing a lot because the laboratory staff has to check the items manually. Base on these problems, this research will develop a web-based information system for lending goods to facilitate laboratory staff in managing data of goods. With this information system for borrowing goods, the process of applying for loans, loan approval, monitoring of goods, and searching for the status of goods can be done easily and quickly. The method of development system using Waterfall, and system design using UML. The final result of this research is a web-based information system for lending goods using the Codeigniter 4 framework, which can simplify managing lending of goods.Keywords: system, information, loan, Codeigniter, web

Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

Academic Information System is a means of supporting academic activities in STMIK HangTuah Pekanbaru by utilizing web-based technology. However, the application of webtechnology on Academic information System in STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru can notalways run as desired, sometimes the information system cannot be accessed due to technicalconstraints or other factors. Based on these problems, an application was created that couldrun on instant messages and could be used via smartphones or other devices as mediainformation for students, namely utilization of telegram bot based on PHP and MySQL asacademic information at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. This telegram bot is made using theWebhook method and can run on all operating systems that have Telegram Messengerinstalled. This bot is able to provide academic information including lecture schedules, grades,filling in krs, short semester submissions and research submissions, it is hoped that thetelegram bot will make it easier for students to get academic information through smartphonedevices that can be accessed anytime.

Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At  SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools  in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.
