All job projects issued by PT. PLN (Persero) Area Samarinda is officially announced through e-procurement. The problem that arises is how the CV. EUK can determine which job project bid is feasible to work so that it can indirectly affect the increase of expectation on Gross Profit to be received. This problem is also directly related to how to determine the scheduling of work projects undertaken on a priority scale. The AHP method is applied to determine the Work Priority Scale to be selected with B / C Analysis as a decision-making model. It is hoped that the implementation of this method can indirectly minimize the delay in the time of completion of the work and increase the expectation on the acceptance of Gross Profit. As a comparison used SAW method. The results showed that AHP method is much better than SAW method, and able to show weakness of project selection method used CV. EUK so far.

Purpose of the study: This paper aims to elaborate on how the institutional logic of public housing provision transforms from the old logic into the new logic. By encapsulating tacit-knowledge from the shift, this study focuses on how to explicate a model of multi-criteria decision-making for executing official residence projects in Indonesia. This research also aims to recuperate the future of the public residency field. Methodology: The methodology employed was a mixed method. The qualitative method was firstly applied by utilizing semi-structured interviews to build a decision-making model. Later, a quantitative method was implemented to improve the consistency of the model by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process protocols. Thirteen project representatives and ten decision-makers were being involved as the main informants. Google Sheets web-based software was applied for analyzing survey results by making use of a mathematical model for the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Main Findings: The result indicates that land not used as paddy field, fair house price, safe from flood location, serene ambiance, and developer experience has played a significant part in affecting buying decisions for residency projects. To carry out the new method, the total scores of the AHP calculation should be above 50. Otherwise, the government shall opt for the old mechanism. Applications of this study: The paper contributes to the public sector accounting field in the area of asset management and public housing procurement. The paper also gives a strong basis for the field to make use of the model of Indonesia's public housing provision. The government can adopt the research framework for choosing the new model or the old one. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study might be the only one of its kind. The research was using a multi-method to achieve the objectives. To generate a multi-criteria decision-making model, grounded data of excessive interviews were abstracted. Then the abstracted tacit-knowledge was tested with AHP to provide a consistent model.

Abstract. The increase in the number of vehicles with the increasing population has caused the problem of parking insufficiency. This problem necessitate situation analysis of existing parking areas and site selection analyses for new parking areas. It is possible to make suitable site selections with spatial analysis supported by Geographic Information System (GIS). In this study, available parking areas in Selçuklu district of Konya province were evaluated and suitable parking areas were determined in line with the needs. The criteria affecting the parking areas site selection were determined and the importance levels of the criteria were detected by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. Density analyses were carried out with GIS and suitable parking areas map was produced considering the criteria weights obtained.

Rice is one of the staple foods of society in general, the need for rice supply is increasing every year. The increasing population in the Jababeka area is a threat to staple food supplies. To determine the selection of Rice Brands, it takes rice criteria in order to determine the best quality of rice, and increase sales. So that it can meet consumer needs for rice. In the selection of rice brands at CV Beras Alami  uses a voting system, this is clearly less valid in its election because it is subjective. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used as a method for decision making, as a solution in selecting rice brands in CV Beras Alami. The Expert Choice application is used as a support system to facilitate the selection of rice brands that are in demand by consumers. The results can be known during the 2018 period that rice is widely consumed is Garuda Utama.

The mango seed was extracted to starch via distillation, alkaline, sedimentation and centrifugation methods. Based on the analysis, different starch extraction methods resulted in different proximate composition, physicochemical, morphological, structural, functional and thermal properties of starch. As such, it is necessary to choose a suitable starch extraction method to fabricate starch-based film for packaging application. Therefore, in this study, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied for performing the decision-making process. Based on the AHP method, it was found that, the best alternative for starch-based films is distillation method.

The commercial banks (CBs) performance evaluating has been a necessary problem in currently integration trend and usually implemented by a committee of experts under criteria selected. Therefore, it is considered as a Multi - Criteria Decision - Making model (MCDM). Nowadays, there have been many researches proposing various standards and models to evaluate and rank CBs. But in Vietnam, the number of studies related to the Vietnamese banking evaluation model have still been limited. As a result, this study develops a multi-criteria decision model integrating Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Fuzzy the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (FTOPSIS). The proposed model has evaluated and ranked five Vietnamese commercial banks including CTG, VCB, BIDV, TCB and MB. The paper revealed their ranks. Besides, the results of the research show that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is suitable for applying it to the process evaluating bank performance.

In this paper, a qualitative consequence assessment method for damaged urban natural gas pipelines is proposed. It focuses on identifying reputation loss factors according to stakeholders’ (investors, customers, employees, and communities) perceptions. The analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is applied to prioritize these factors. Results show that the loss of customer confidence ranks as the highest contributor to an operator’s reputation loss due to a pipeline accident. Thus, better risk assessment of pipeline damage due to corrosion will be achieved with the inclusion of reputation loss in the consequence assessment. Hence, decision making in pipeline repair, inspection, and maintenance can be improved as well as a company’s annual profit margin.

The essence of Australian community buildings’ sustainable management drives through a previously established decision-making structure with four sustainability aspects and accompanying 18 criteria. Informed decisions are supported with a decision-making model that generates sustainability impacts of building components based on this decision-making structure. Building components’ individual impacts can be assigned using a numbering scale incorporated with linguistic terms. However, similar importance given to each aspect or criterion is arguable when the combined effect is considered. Hence, they should be given different weightings and their combination with individual impacts will produce final sustainability impacts. For calculating weightings, the study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), widely used technique in Multi Attribute Decision-Making (MADM). The study also conducted an industry-wide questionnaire across Australian local councils because pair-wise comparison data is essential for weighting calculation. This paper presents the survey data and analysis results that captured weightings of sustainability aspects and criteria.
