Currently, information systems are used in all areas of human society. The main criterion for the optimal operation of an enterprise's information system is full automation. In this regard, the implementation of automated control systems is extremely necessary. They significantly increase efficiency in all spheres of production and improve work productivity of employees. In this case it is necessary to pay special attention not only to the creation of a unified information environment, but also to the possibility of assessing the workload and functionality of its individual components. Such a possibility is provided by the application of the basics of building functional models of subsystems.

Currently, information systems are used in all fields of the human society. The main criterion for the optimal operation of an enterprise information system is complete automation. This is especially important when you need to handle huge data streams. In this regard, implementing automated control systems is extremely necessary. They significantly increase efficiency in all the areas of production and improve employees' productivity. In this case, it is necessary to pay special attention not only to creating some unified information environment, but also to the possibility of assessing the workload and functionality of its individual components. Such an opportunity is provided by applying the foundations of constructing the subsystem functional models.

The article deals with protective measures against cyberattacks of information systems of the critical infrastructures and highlights some features of the cyberattacks against the information resources of national authorities. The main objective of the article is to define the characteristics of cyberattacks and the elements of a plan to counter cyberattacks of the critical information facilities. It has been found that a professionally organized cyberattack consists of several phases related to targeting, intelligence, access to the system, direct execution of the attack, and destruction of evidence of unauthorized interference. The results show that to protect the critical infrastructure facilities from cyberattacks, developed and implemented national cybersecurity standards must be developed in Ukraine, in particular for automated control systems of critical infrastructure facilities.

The accounting information system and the system of Internal control is a component that collect, classify, process, analyze and combine the relevant financial information for decision making the outside parties (suc as Government, community, investors, and creditors) parties in (especially management). Campladean Manado is a merchant selling sports equipment with various brands and types of goods so that it has a stockpile of goods quite a lot. This research aims to analyze accounting information systems inventory and enacted on Campaldean Manado. This research uses descriptive research method. Research results showed the accounting information system on Campladean Manado are still using manual systems of internal control systems but very helping and supporting accounting information systems in Manado in Campladean minimize the occurrence of errors in system of inventory items. Keywords: Accounting information systems, Interalcontrol systems supplies.

The use of an integrated approach to the analysis of the construction of existing information systems, including not only mathematical and algorithmic, but also ontological, epistemological components, makes it possible to consider many familiar issues from a slightly different point of view. If the main criterion for the construction of a network-type information system is the time spent by radar information in the information system, and the goal is to minimize it, then the limitations introduced in the development of the traditional algorithm for tertiary processing of radar information become clear. Attempts to apply the algorithm developed for different from modern conditions and requirements lead to contradictions in the construction of information systems. The list of requirements for promising information systems obtained on the basis of the analysis of traditional tertiary processing allows us to consider the main problems of information processing and delivery from a slightly different point of view and, thus, prepare the basis for building promising information systems of a network structure.

This paper considers the planning and implementation of the architecture of the software package to ensure the optimal operation of the information system of the physical observatory. It also describes the main points regarding the choice of key components of the complex, and their advantages. An example of the operation of the software complex and its components is shown, and conclusions are drawn about architectural solutions and their usefulness in applied problems of informatics for organizing the work of information systems for processing and storing data

Service Classifi cation to Develop Information SystemsAudronė Lupeikienė, Lina Bagušytė SummaryService-Oriented Architecture (SOA) presents an approach for building distributed systems. It emphasises the use and management of services. The basic concepts of SOA are becoming part of everyday language and SOA is recognised as a suitable architecture style for modern information systems. However, service is one of the most overloaded terms in the IT and IS fi elds. A review of existing literature indicates a wide variety of its defi nitions, service types and different taxonomies. The paper surveys different types of services, ways of their classifying using a hierarchical structure. The main purpose of this paper is to show that pragmatics should be the main criterion to classify the information systems services and propose the service taxonomy. This criterion enables clear differentiation between the business and information system services showing their infl uence, i.e. the effects that these services should produce. Problem frames are used to explain the differences among the proposed classes of services more precisely.

Financial information system is an information system that provides information to individuals or groups of people, both inside and outside the company that contains financial problems and information about the flow of money for users in the company. Financial information systems are used to solve financial problems in a company, by meeting three financial principles: fast, safe, and inexpensive.Quick principle, the intention is that financial information systems must be able to provide the required data on time and can meet the needs. The Safe Principle means that the financial information system must be prepared with consideration of internal controls so that company assets are maintained. The Principle of Inexpensive, the intention is that the cost of implementing a financial information system must be reduced so that it is relatively inexpensive. Therefore we need technology media that can solve financial problems, and produce financial information to related parties quickly, safely and cheaply. One example of developing information technology today is computer technology and internet. Starting from financial problems and technological advances, the authors make a website-based financial management application to facilitate the parties that perform financial management and supervision.Method of development application program is used Waterfall method, with the following stages: Software Requirement Analysis, Software Design, Program Code Making, Testing, Support, Maintenance.
