This study aims to prove the influence of company size and profitability toward timeliness of company's financial statement. The population of this study is mining companies that were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 -2018. The method used for determining the sample was purposive sampling method and the number of samples obtained was 36 companies. The results of this study indicate that company size and profitability variables have no effect on timeliness of company's financial statement.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the time span of the presentation of financial statements on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The factors that are suspected to influence the time span of the presentation of financial statements on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017 in this study are solvency, profitability and company size. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method of 52 sample banking companies. The results of this study indicate that solvency has no significant effect on the time span of financial statement presentation with a calculated value of 1.728 α = 0.05. Profitability has a significant effect on the time span of the presentation of financial statements with a significant value of 0.041 t table 2.00958. The size of the company has no significant effect on the time span of financial statement presentation with a significant level of 0.066> α = 0.05 and t count value 1.880 F table 3.18 and a significance value of 0.004

This research aims to analyze the effects of company size, inventory variability, cost of goods sold variability, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership in selecting the inventory accounting methods. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. In addition, this research used a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. The research results indicate that company size and inventory variability affect the choice of inventory accounting methods, while variability of cost of goods sold, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership do not affect the choice of inventory accounting methods.

This study aims to analyzie and obtain empirical evidence about the effect company size, leverage, board of commisioners and profitability on the corporate social responsibility disclosure to coal mining companies in Indonesia. The independent variables of this study are company size, leverage, board of commisioners, and profitability while the dependent variable of this study is the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The study conducts multiple regression analysis by using mining companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) over period between 2016 to 2018 with a total of 44 companies. This study collects the data by purposive sampling method that makes the total sample is 17 companies with 51 data of financial statements companies as research observations. This study finds that: (1) company size not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(2) leverage not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(3) board of commisioners not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure; and (4) profitability significantly effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of fraud pentagon toward fraudulent financial reporting sympton using modified Jones model to the mining companies. The method of sampling used purposive sampling method. The sample consists of 30 companies was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The result of this research concluded that pressure which proxied by financial target and financial stability has a positive and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Opportunity has a negative and significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting. Rationalization, capability, and arrogance has not significant effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the characteristics of the company's financial disclosure statements of completeness and consequently to the financial statement fraud. Characteristics of companies in this study consists of company size, leverage, liquidity, the company's corporate status and age.The population in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange over the years 2011-2013. Purposive sampling method based on retrieved 98 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange as research samples. Research on regression model using two. Using multiple linear regression, the study found the size of the company and the company's status affect the completeness of the disclosure of the financial statements. Leverage, liquidity and the age of the company does not affect the completeness of the disclosure of the financial statements. Then, the sample is categorized into 2 categories by using the Beneish model M-Score that the company that did the possibility of fraudulent financial reporting and company didn't do the possibility of fraudulent financial reporting. Using the method of logistic regression, this research found that the completeness of the pengungakap financial statements have no effect against the possibility of fraud in financial reporting.

<p><em>This study aims to to prove empirically the factors which affect the timeliness of financial statement submission to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors analyzed in this research are profitability, liquidity, and firm size. The sample of this research uses 65 manufacturing companies that consistently listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 which is studied by using purposive sampling method. Statistical method used in this research is logistic regression at 5% significance level. Based on the results from testing the hypothesis concluded that capital structure and profitability had a negative and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting while company size had a positive and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan size perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan 65 perusahaan manufaktur yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2016 yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan sedangkan size perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.</em></p>

Firms listed on the Stock Exchange shall publish the audited financial statements to OJK, d/h Bapepam – LK results no later than 4 months or 120 days since the publication of the annual report. This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, company size and Office of Public Accountants (KAP) to Audit Delay in mining companies, for coal, rocks, metal, and minerals, with oil and gas sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. Sample This study covers 13 companies. Sampling method using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concludes that a effect on the profitability of the audit delay, company size and Office of Public Accountants (KAP) has no effect on audit delay due to the significant value of the variable that is more than 0,05. This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitabilitas, company size, leverage and cash on hand for firm value in coal mining companies in Indonesia. Independent variables used in this study is profitabilitas, company size, leverage and cash on hand. Dependent variable used in this study is firm value. The method of analysis of this research used multiple regression analysis. Study’s population was coal mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period among 2017-2018 with amount 22 companies. Data was collected by purposive sampling method so the total sample is 17 companies and 34 data of financial statements companies were taken as study’s observation. The result of this research showed that (1) profitabilitas significantly effect firm value, (2) company size significantly effect firm value, (3) leverage significantly effect firm value, (4) cash on hand not significantly effect firm value.

This study aims to study the phenomenon of audit delay that still Occurs in various companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, Thus affecting the decision of the users of financial statements. This study secondary uses of data in 2009-2015 from 20 companies selected by purposive sampling method, which is to determine the company as a sample according to research needs. This research found that firm size (X1), leverage (X3), and audit opinion (X5) have the significant effect on the audit delay of the company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable profitability (X2) and reputation audit (X4) have no significant effect on audit delay in companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Audit delay (Y) does not affect stock price fluctuations, so it does not have a significant impact on the company’s abnormal return (AR) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Financial information is helpful if it fulfills fundamental characteristics. One of these characteristics is timeliness. This article aims to examine the elements that affect financial statement timeliness. This research is conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2016 to 2018. The data analyzed were panel data of 69 observations obtained from 23 companies over three years. The data was processed using Eviews9 and logit regression analysis techniques. The investigation demonstrates that the current ratio has a considerable favorable influence on the timeliness of financial statements for a variety of mining businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2018. On the other hand, return on assets, and company size has no significant effect on the timeliness of financial statements. The implication of the results of this study is that better regulations are needed to improve public companies in submitting financial reports on time. Published financial statements are information for making informed decisions by interested users.
