Firms listed on the Stock Exchange shall publish the audited financial statements to OJK, d/h Bapepam – LK results no later than 4 months or 120 days since the publication of the annual report. This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, company size and Office of Public Accountants (KAP) to Audit Delay in mining companies, for coal, rocks, metal, and minerals, with oil and gas sectors in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. Sample This study covers 13 companies. Sampling method using purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concludes that a effect on the profitability of the audit delay, company size and Office of Public Accountants (KAP) has no effect on audit delay due to the significant value of the variable that is more than 0,05. This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size on corporate social responsibility disclosure and to determine the effect of audit committee size on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and to determine the effect of company size and audit committee size together on corporate social responsibility disclosure in mining companies in the period 2014-2018. Data collection using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling with puposive sampling method, there are 155 samples. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the size of the company and the size of the audit committee simultaneously had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, company size had no significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and the size of the audit committee had a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

<p><em>The Objective of this research is to analyze the factors of financial report fraud with pentagon fraud analysis. This research uses six independent variables which is pressure used financial target and financial stability as proxy, opportunity with proxy  ineffective monitoring, rationalization with change in auditor as proxy, capability with proxy of CEO’s education, and arrogance with proxy frequent number of CEO’s picture, while the dependent variable is fraudulent financial statements proxied by restatement of financial statements. </em><em>This research uses secondary data that is financial report and annual report. The sample of this study is 110 samples from financial statements of financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2017 period. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The method of analysis in this study uses logistic regression analysis method.</em><em>The results of this research shows that the financial stability variable and ineffective monitoring are significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements. While financial targets variable, auditor’s change variable, CEO’s education variable, and frequent number of CEO’s picture are not significant in detecting fraudulent financial statements.</em></p>

This research is conducted to analyze the influence of audit delay, size of public accountant firm, financial distress, audit opinion and company size of auditor switching. The population in this research is used secondary data from the financial statment of all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 as many 529 companies. This research used purposive sampling method and obtainde 359 companies sample. The data analysis used logistic regression analysis with program SPSS version 20. The result of this research show that size of public accountant firm and audit opinion have negative effect on auditor switching. While audit delay, financial distress and company size have not effect on auditor switching.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of return on assets, leverage, company size and sales growth on tax avoidance. The population in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2016 to 2018. The research sample was obtained by using the purposive sampling method, where only 21 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange met all the criteria so that 63 data were obtained, used as a research sample. The data is secondary data. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This study uses multiple regression models to examine the effect of each variable on tax avoidance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variable return on assets, leverage, company size and sales growth affect tax avoidance.

The accuracy in submission of financial statements is a condition where the company must accurately and timely calculate the report before being audited by public accountants. The purpose of this study was to Determine the effect of profitability, solvability, liquidity, company age and size of the public accounting firm with size as control variables on audit delay either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was the mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 and used 37 samples companies. The statistical analysis used in this study was the data panel regression analysis and continued testing of hypotheses with EViews version 9.0 software program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the variable of profitability, liquidity, and age of company had no significant effect on audit delay. solvability, size of public accounting firm, and company size had a significant effect on audit delay.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage on the timeliness of financial reporting. This research is quantitative research, using secondary data from financial statements. Purposive sampling method were used in this research, resulting 26 companies in basic manufacturing and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2016 to 2018 period as sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is logistic regression. The results show that the profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, company size does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, and leverage have significant negative effects to timeliness of financial reporting. This research can be used by the companies to improve their timeliness of financial reporting.

This study aims to analyzie and obtain empirical evidence about the effect company size, leverage, board of commisioners and profitability on the corporate social responsibility disclosure to coal mining companies in Indonesia. The independent variables of this study are company size, leverage, board of commisioners, and profitability while the dependent variable of this study is the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The study conducts multiple regression analysis by using mining companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) over period between 2016 to 2018 with a total of 44 companies. This study collects the data by purposive sampling method that makes the total sample is 17 companies with 51 data of financial statements companies as research observations. This study finds that: (1) company size not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(2) leverage not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure;(3) board of commisioners not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure; and (4) profitability significantly effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, company size, independent board of commissioners and audit committee on financial perfomance. The data used in this study are secondary data ini the form of financial statements. The population in this study is LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Samples were selected from the purposive sampling method and 27 samples were obtained based on several criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that leverage, liquidity, independent commissioner influence of the financial perfomance.While the company size and audit committee has no effect on the financial perfomance. Simultaneously leverage, liquidity,company size, independent commissioner and audit committee were able to explain the dependent variable that is the financial perfomance by 54.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables. This research can be used by companies to increase the financial perfomance of the company.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the firm size, audit opinion, and reputation of public accountant on audit delay. The data used in this research was secondary data, taken from the annual report 2010 to 2016 of mining companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples consist of 133 firms from 2010 through 2016 and still listed. The analysis tools to test hypothesis are logistic regression analysis by using SPSS 20 with the degree of significance at 0.05. The empirical result of the study show that the firm size, audit opinion, and reputation of public accountant simultaneously have a positive influence on audit delay. The firm size has no positive effect on audit delay. While audit opinion, and reputation of public accountant have a positive influence on audit delay
