ABSTRAKAsesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) merupakan asesmen yang mengukur kemampuan minimal yang dibutuhkan siswa untuk dapat belajar dan merupakan bentuk penyederhanaan dari Ujian Nasional yang begitu kompleks. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan  pendampingan pengembangan soal ekonomi/akuntansi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) pada guru SMA anggota MGMP Kabupaten Jember sebagai persiapan asesmen nasional pengganti UN 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode Tutorial. Hasil yang didapat setelah dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu menyusun soal-soal ekonomi/akuntansi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Simpulan   hasil   pengabdian   adalah  guru SMA anggota MGMP dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang pembuatan soal berbasis AKM. Kata kunci: pendampingan; soal berbasis AKM ABSTRACTMinimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is an assessment that measures the minimum skills required by students to be able to learn and is a simplification of the complex National Examination. This activity was carried out to assist in the development of economic/accounting questions based on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) for high school teachers who are members of the Jember Regency MGMP as a preparation for the national assessment to replace the 2021 UN. The method used in this community service is the Tutorial method. The results obtained after this activity was carried out were that participants were able to compile economic/accounting questions based on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The service results conclude that high school teachers who are members of MGMP can increase knowledge about making AKM-based questions. Keywords: assistance; AKM-based questions.

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Bahasa inggris di Kabupaten Tabalong. Diharapkan para guru dapat mengenal dan mengaplikasikan teknik mengajar bahasa Inggris yang lebih efektif, menyenangkan, dan modern. Adapun sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru MGMP SMP mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Kabupaten Tabalong yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan pelatihan tentang teknik mengajar Bahasa Inggris yang modern. Pada kegiatan Pengabdian ini ditemukan sebagian besar guru belum mengetahui teknik terbaru dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jadi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik. Materi yang disampaikan disesuaikan dengan program-program yang sesuai dengan silabus pada tiap sekolah. Materi tersebut berkaitan dengan perancangan dan teknik pengajaran yang diikuti oleh praktik pengajarannya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitas para guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah, khususnya di tingkat SMP.                              This activity aims to deliver a short training to improve the creativity of junior high school teachers for teaching English in Tabalong District. It is expected that teachers can recognize and apply teaching techniques that are more effective, fun, and modern. The subjects of this activity are 30 junior high school teachers of English MGMP in the district of Tabalong. The method used in this community service is a qualitative method that aims to provide an overview and describe training on modern English teaching techniques. In this community service activity, it was found that most of the teachers did not know the latest techniques in teaching English. As a result, the training was carried out through the delivery of material, discussion, and practice. The material presented was adjusted to the programs which fit the syllabus in each school. The material was related to design and teaching techniques, followed by the teaching practice. It can be concluded that this short training is one way to improve teachers' innovation and creativity in teaching and to learn English, especially in junior high school level.

The purpose of this study is to study the influence of leadership, happiness, interpersonal communication to normative commitment of public Junior High School teachers in Kampar Regency of Riau Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the survey method. The sample of this research is 148 lecturers of civil servant status (PNS) at public Junior High Schools (SMP Negeri) located in Kampar Regency, which is collected from 4 schools, selected based on schools that get the highest National Examination (UN) and National Examination Integrity Index (IIUN) value at 4 sub-districts. The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has a direct effect on the teacher's normative commitment, (2) happiness directly affects teacher's normative commitment, (3) interpersonal communication has a direct effect on teachers' normative commitment; (4) direct influence toward teacher interpersonal communication (5) happiness directly affects teacher's interpersonal communication, (6) leadership has a direct effect on teacher's happiness, so teacher's normative commitment can be improved if there is a good leadership behavior, happiness in workplace and intimacy in interpersonal communication. Especially for Kampar Regency of Riau Province, the region which is nicknamed “Riau Province' Veranda of Mecca”, to increase teachers' normative commitment is to facilitate the needs related to facilities and infrastructure, programs, activities that can improve science and practice values ​​to muslim teachers because based on the questionnaire results, the majority of teachers responded to the point that: "I pursue the teaching profession as worship to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala", with a total score of 707. The statements of the teachers are in line with the Vision of RPJPD (Regional Long Term Development Plan) of Kampar Regency Year 2005-2025, namely: "Kampar Regency a County of Culture, Empowerment, within the Religious Society in the year of 2025", and explained to the explanation of the meaning contained in the vision, in point three, : "All components of Kampar regency are determined to make the religious society, where all aspects of life that are run are always based on religious values, in accordance with Kampar community motto to create Kampar district as “Riau Province' Veranda of Mecca”. Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to improve understanding and ability related to the concept and implementation of personal PPh Tax calculations for teachers. Method: This PKM activity is carried out using the tutorial method and discussion on the concept of Personal Income Tax. The target of these trainees is high school teachers under Masyarakat Profesi Teknisi Akuntansi (MATA) Indonesia. The implementation of this training activity is intended to increase the participation of the Program Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan FEB Usakti in helping to improve human resource competence, especially for high school teachers. This activity was carried out on February 18, 2021 online through Zoom Meeting. Results: Based on the evaluation, after following this PKM (1) The participants understand the basic concepts of personal income tax taxation, especially filling out the SPT 1770S for employee.(2). Participants can understand the tax reporting obligations for WPOP.and (3). The participants can fill out/make and report the personal income tax return. Conclusions: There are improvements of teacher competence in terms of the Implementation of the Concept and Practice of Calculation of Personal Income Tax for teachers under the Indonesian Accounting Technician Society (MATA INDONESIA) who play an active role in improving the competence of educators, especially teachers with expertise in tax accounting.

ABSTRACTHigh Order Thinking Skill or abbreviated with HOTS is an ability that is applied in the revised 2013 curriculum. The community service activities aim to (1) help teachers improve their understanding of learning outcomes evaluation, (2) improve teacher understanding of HOTS questions, and (3) improve teachers' ability to make HOTS questions, so that later HOTS questions are in accordance with the standards 2013 revision curriculum. This community service activity was carried out in the form of short training for three meetings. This activity was held in SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatera Province, which was attended by high school teachers in Empat Lawang District. The method used in the implementation of this activity is the method of lecture, discussion, simulation and demonstration. The results of this activity were the increase in teachers' understanding of the HOTS problem and the teacher's ability to make HOTS questions. ABSTRAKKemampuan berpikir tinggi atau yang disingkat dengan HOTS merupakan kemampuan yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum 2013 revisi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk  (1) membantu guru dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang evaluasi hasil belajar, (2) meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang soal HOTS, dan (3) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat soal HOTS, sehingga nantinya diperoleh soal HOTS yang sesuai dengan standar Kurikulum 2013 revisi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan singkat selama tiga kali pertemuan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang Propinsi Sumatera Selatan yang diikuti oleh guru-guru SMA dalam Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, simulasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman guru tentang soal HOTS dan kemampuan guru dalam membuat soal HOTS.

Professional teachers not only perform functions related to pedagogical competence, but also professional functions. Indicated by improve professional functions in writing scientific papers. This Community Service collaborates with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang. The aim of this Community Service is to train teachers to write scientific papers well, and publish their papers as well. These activities conducted in training activity, lecturing, question and answer, discuss and practice how to write scientific papers well. The result of these activities are 1) the implementation of this scientific writing training for vocational high school teachers is consistent to the steps that planned before, with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang, 2) the overall response from the participants of this scientific writing trainingare very satisfied, mainly because of the  aspects of activities, speakers aspects, and general aspects.

Professional Content Knowledge of Indonesian junior high school teachers are truly challenged during the Covid-19 Pandemic. To overcome these limitations, this community program aims to empower junior high school teachers, especially at SMPN 1 Kedawung in designing online learning through the platforms of google and potato quiz makers. Workshop was designed to help overcoming the situation. Fifteen recommended teachers participated in the workshop. From the observation and questionnaire analysis, the results showed teachers’ instructional improvement in handling and designing online assessment and evaluation throughout hot potato quizzes and google-supported application.

This community service is carried out together with the Gayo Lues District Education Office. The purpose of this activity is to improve the speed counting skills and junior high school teachers in Gayo Lues, so that each teacher can become an agent of change in improving students' fast counting skills. The implementation of the activity began with a pre-test, discussion of partner problems, mentoring and training, review and evaluation by giving rewards to participants who get the best score. The results of the initial pre-test showed that the math teachers' ability to count quickly in Gayo Lues district was still low, where only 22.5% of the teachers were able to solve the questions according to the time given. However, after training and mentoring, more teachers were able to solve quick arithmetic questions according to the set time (75%). Although the level of accuracy is still low.

The understanding of Indonesian high school level teachers in Bengkulu City on writing scientific articles on research results is still low. This is evidenced by the small number of Indonesian language teacher publications in accredited national journals and it has an impact on teachers having difficulty advancing in rank. For this reason, the aim of this community service is to provide understanding to Indonesian high school teachers in Bengkulu City in writing scientific articles and how to publish them in accredited national journals through webinars and mentoring activities. The community service method uses webinars and online mentoring through the Zoom Cloud Meeting. Participants totaled 37 Indonesian high school teachers in Bengkulu City. Community service techniques use lecture, discussion, and practice techniques. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the webinar indicate that the Indonesian language teacher is able to write articles quite well, starting from writing titles, abstracts, introductions, methods, research results, discussions, conclusions and suggestions, and bibliography. However, some teachers still have difficulty in pouring out the introductory section, especially mapping research positions based on relevant research results, difficulty in pouring out the discussion, especially finding the novelty of their research results, and difficulty finding references from online journals. Then, from the results of mentoring, Indonesian language teachers still have difficulty in submitting and the process of fixing articles in the OJS system. Keywords: webinars; accompaniment; scientific journal articles; accredited national journal

Education Today

One of the focuses of education today is assessment oriented to the higher-order thinking skills. This skill encourages students could be able to think critically, analytically, systematically, particularly in the context of problem-solving, communicating, and collaborating with peers. However, not all educators have been able to construct the items test based on the skill needed. The purpose of this community service is to provide the knowledge related to the construction of item tests that oriented to the higher-order thinking skills of 45 Senior High School teachers. The methods used to achieve this objective were lecture, question answer, discussion, and presentation. The result showed the trainees understood the nature of the construction of the test-oriented to the higher-order thinking skill in the learning process. From the four meetings done, the trainees could be able to classify and construct the tests oriented to the lower-order thinking skill, medium-order thinking skill, and higher-order thinking skill.
