Abstract ˗ The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Tax Avoidance, Institutional Ownership, Operating Cash Flow and Leverage on the Cost of Debt. This study uses a causal-comparative research method with secondary data obtained from the financial statements of property companies. The population in this study were 49 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was purposive sampling in order to obtain a representative sample of 17 property companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. Based on the research results indicate that Tax Avoidance and Operating Cash Flow do not have a significant effect on the cost of debt and collectively tax avoidance, institutional ownership, operating cash flow, leverage simultaneously affect the cost of debt.   Keywords: Tax Avoidance; Institutional Ownership; Operating Cash Flow; Leverage; Cost of Debt

The aim of this study is to test the influence of tax avoidance towards the cost of debt moderated by institutional ownership. In this research, tax avoidance measured by proxy of Book Tax Different (BTD) and Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR). The population in this research is manufacturing firms that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with 2015-2017 time periods. The amount of sample before outlier is 198 datas collected with purposive sampling method, then the amount of sample after outlier is 187 datas for first model and 186 datas for second model. Cross section data is used in this research. Multiple linear regression, determination coefficients, and partial test (t-test) is used with some help of programming data using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23th version to analize in this research. The result of this study indicate tax avoidance has not significant influence towards the cost of debt, and institutional ownership can’t moderate the relationship between tax avoidance and the cost of debt.

The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of tax avoidance, institutional ownership, and profitability on cost of debt. The sample consisted of 71 manufactured firms in listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011-2015 by using a purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that the tax avoidance had negative effect on cost of debt. The meaning is getting smaller Cash Effective Tax Rate the cost of debt incurred greater. The results of this study also showed that the institutional ownership doesn’t had effect on cost of debt. Furthermore, the result of Return on Assets (ROA) as proxy profitability had a negative effect on cost of debt. The meaning that the higher the profitability of the company then the company will have a high internal funds that can be used in making the use of debt financing is getting smaller which causes the cost of debt also becomes smaller.

Anton Robiansyah, Dwi Novita, Furqonti Ranidiah; This study aims to analyze the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The type of research used in this study is empirical research. The sampling technique used was purposive sample and selected 72 unit analysis companies. The data analysis tool in this test uses OLS (ordinary least square), which wants to see the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt.Based on the results of this study indicate that audit quality has a negative effect on the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.014 which means that the company that chooses the BIG4 KAP has a good reputation and this is seen as a positive thing for the creditor. Whereas institutional ownership does not affect the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.847 indicating that the presence or absence of institutional ownership of companies - companies in Indonesia does not affect the institutional ownership relationship and the cost of debt.

This study aimed to examine the effect of accounting earnings and cash flow to  stock returns companies listed on the Stock Exchange . This study used a sample of 44 companies. Samples were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data used is secondary data. Analysis of the data using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Variables used in this study is the accounting profit , operating cash flow , cash flow financing , and cash flows of the investment as an independent variable. Stock return as the dependent variable. The results show that accounting earnings and cash flow simultaneously significant effect on stock returns. Accounting profit significantly influence stock returns. Operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on stock returns . Financing cash flows have a significant effect on stock returns. Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

In this study, the author proposes to evaluate the effect of sales growth, Receivable Turnover and operating cash flow on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In this statement, the population used in this study is the financial statement data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. from 2010 to 2018, the technique of determining the sampling uses Purposive Sampling. This research data uses secondary data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc financial statements from 2010 to 2018. All data sources were obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at https://www.idx.co.id, the company's website and Google search. Our analysis reveals that sales growth and accounts receivable turnover from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has an influence on the Liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. This means the ups and downs of the value of sales and accounts receivable turnover of a company has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has increased or decreased has an influence on the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. The value of sales growth, accounts receivable turnover and operating cash flow can explain the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. by 78%, while 22% is explained by other factors which are not included in this study.

High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

Evaluate performance intellectual capital of company is an important thing because this will contribute to the company competitive advantage in the future. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the impact institutional ownership, firm size and firmage on intellectual capital performance financial industry listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015-2017.Intellectual capital performance measured by VAICTM. This research used non- probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method and 37 company as a sample and 111 observation. Secondary data obtained from the annual financial report of the financial industry. The result of this research indicate that institutional ownership hasnot affecting the intellectual capital performance. The result of this search also indicate that firm size and firm age has a positive effect on intellectual capital performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of company size, institutional ownership, and accounting conservatism on tax avoidance in the Mining Sector Companies contained on the Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018. The sample was determined using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, obtained by 11 companies with a year of observation for 4 years so as to obtain 44 observations. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Regression test with the SPSS program. The research result that the size of company and accounting conservatism give a negative effect on tax avoidance while institutional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance. This shows that the larger the size of a company and the more companies apply accounting conservatism, the lower the practice of tax avoidance.
