Management of engineering activities based on information systems is expected to increase Engineer’s perfomances in executing the daily tasks. The software of such management information system should be built on the platform which is easy to use and adaptable to the dynamics of engineering activity management in the future. Software engineering, consisting of analysis, design and implementation, was carried out to realize a prototype which is ready to be applied in the further development stages. Object management Petri net technique is developed to integrate analysis, design and implementation for applications of management information system. Not only object concept is adopted to describe tokens in places, but also class inheritance and composition, user interface and complicate algorithm are represented by expanded transitions. Three kinds of work modes of object management Petri net are introduced to fulfill development, execution, and simulation of the net system.

Task manager software is useful to support the management of the assignment of the work programs to personnel, monitoring the progress of the tasks and evaluating the personnel performance in an engineering functional organization. Implementation of this software is expected to increase the personnel productivity as well as to provide inputs for the management, which can be utilized to support further decision making activities. To realize such software, an engineering activity is initialized by firstly analyzing the requirement and designing the operational framework, which is used as the base to construct the functional product in the subsequent implementation phases. The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

At the BP3TKI Jakarta office, there are still some problems in processing incoming and outgoing letters including frequent double numbering errors in incoming and outgoing letters, relating to storage in this case archiving is only in the form of storing hardcopy documents which results in lost letters and a lot of use of paper so spend more in terms of company operations. So it was designed a Letter Filing Management Information System in Jakarta BP3TKI. In building a Letter Filing Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta using Vb.Net with visual studio 2010 software as a programming language and display design. MySQL as a database. This system development uses UML (Unfied Modeling Language) tools as an analysis of the running system. The research methodology uses a waterfall, with stages of analysis, design, manufacture, coding, testing. This study produces a Letter Archive Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta that can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail data, the process of making reports, recording letters, storing letters properly so as to facilitate the search for data. Can change a manual mail archive management into a structured system.

Administrative and financial information systems are one of the most widely applied information technologies to facilitate the management of various data into information. TK-IT Permata Hati Sumberrejo still uses manual methods to manage data student, teacher, and staff data as well as recap payment. Data processing is using Microsoft Excel, which results in time-consuming when entering data and when re-doing data correction before reported. This system was developed aiming to help data and financial management to be more effective and efficient. The information from the data entered can be conveyed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based administrative and financial management information system using PHP programming language with Laravel framework. This system designed using the waterfall method. Then the system will be evaluated using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test. The results of this study are an information system with various features that can be used to manage student, teacher, and staff data, as well as to manage recap payments of tuition fees, POMG, uniforms, and activities. The results of the system testing by the Principal, Treasurer, Administrative, and Admin staff can be concluded that the system is running well and meets the needs of the school.

Coordination report complete information system of the council is one of the supporting tools in reporting the council's activities to the Riau Islands Province DPRD. Every matter concerning official organizational activities is always realized in the form of a coordinating report on the completeness of the board. The Office of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the Riau Islands Province also faces obstacles in the coordinating report on the completeness of the board, where the coordinating report on the completeness of the council requires physical evidence and is recorded in a structured manner. This research builds a management information system for coordinating reports on the completeness of the DPRD Kepri council that can be accessed through an internet connection and is built using a web-based computer programming language. This research was conducted in 2016, the research design used was applied research. From the results of the achievement of research conducted that the complete co-ordination information system of the board can be used as an alternative to the management of archiving letter data involving many types and functions of a letter. Ease of access and operations that can be used on various devices is a priority and functionality of an application by using a web-based application. The application of information technology and the demands of work efficiency in agencies requires the ideas and creativity of users at a government agency to innovate in handling performance issues, especially the management and management of letters. It is expected that this application will become the basis for further development in various government agencies to create an e-government application towards good governance.Keywords:Information System, Coordination of Completeness of the Board, DPRD Riau Islands

The Ministry of Education has come up with an innovative way to monitor the progress of 9,843 School Resource Centers (SRCs) using an online management information system called iQ-PSS (Quality Index of SRC). This paper aims to describe the data collection method and analyze the current state of SRCs in Malaysia and explain how the results can be used to make informed decisions on further development and improvement of SRCs. The paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors that are involved in the process of achieving and maintaining the quality and excellence of SRC services to school children and at the same time, inculcating lifelong learning habits.
