Bilebante Green Tourism Village Central Lombok and Sesaot Green Tourism Village are two tourist villages that have the same history in building and developing tourist villages. DWH Bilebante was first initiated for its development by the Putri Renjani cooperative. At the same time, DWH Sesaot was ideated and set for the first time by the Sugeh Engger Sesaot Cooperative. The cooperative has a business unit, DWH, which is tasked with developing tourism businesses to increase cooperative profits. The two DWHs were also facilitated in 2014 by GIZ (Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit), an institution from Germany whose primary focus is building the Government of Indonesia to develop Tourism Villages. These two villages were significantly impacted by the organization's assistance in developing the village into tourist spots. This study aims to find out how the tour packagesinnovationoccurred at DWH Bilebante and DWH Sesaot. This research describes how to tour package innovations and product designs are carried out using a business model BMC (business model canvas). This research is qualitative. The reference for innovation comes from Law No. 19. Innovation is a research, development, and/or engineering activity carried out to develop the practical application of new scientific values and contexts or new ways to apply existing science and technology into products or production processes. This research was included in the research and development study, and the engineering carried out for the development. So, this study views the process in Research & Development developed by Sugiono (2008:40). It can be used to describe how the tour package innovations were carried out by the two DWHs, Bilebante and Sesaot. The stage starts from finding potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, redesign vision, product testing, product revision, product testing, potential and problems, mass production (marketing). The study results are DWH Bilebante, and DWH Sesaot have carried out various tour package innovations but have not implemented BMC (business model canvas) to innovate tour package products. They have stepped up the process without going through product designs made in BMC, so the resulting product has no desirability, feasibility, viability. Thus these two DWHs have not been able to sell tour packages optimally with maximum value.

The need for accelerated innovative development of the country, the transition to hightech production entails the modernization of engineering education, the formation of the future engineers' ability to innovate. The analysis shows that one of the reasons for the decline in the pace of innovative development is the insufficient economic and organizational and managerial training of future engineers. This prevents engineers from making a business case for new technology solutions and identifying their potential commercial and social impact at the initial design stage. The author points out that, regulated as a mandatory, organizational and managerial type of engineering activity, the requirements of educational standards are reflected in an aspect, which leads to the imperfection of organizational and managerial training of future engineers. At the same time, the tasks of innovation of the engineer in terms of economy and management are much wider than the content of organizational and management activities. This makes it necessary to expand the requirements of educational standards for the economic and management activities of an engineer and introduce this type of activity instead of organizational and managerial. This proposal is based on the domestic traditions of integrated and interdisciplinary engineering training, which today need to be rethought taking into account accelerated scientific and technological progress and effective foreign practice of preparing future engineers for innovation. Based on the analysis and the identified economic and management actions of the engineer in the process of innovation implementation, the author's understanding of the essence of innovative economic and management activities of the engineer as a result of his indepth economic training is proposed. The results of the study will make it possible to determine the essence and structure of the readiness of future engineers for innovative economic and management activities, as well as to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for its formation in the process of professional training of students in engineering and technical specialties.

This study aims to analyze and examine the application of role-playing games in overcoming introverted children in early childhood at RA Uswatun Hasanah, Maron, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses case studies. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the teacher's steps in implementing role-playing games in overcoming the problems of introverted children through; Preparation and Planning Analysis, Role-Playing Engineering, Activity Documentation, Activity Evaluation. This research has implications for the use of role-playing, especially at RA Uswatun Hasanah. Introverted children begin to be able to mingle and even adapt to their friends, albeit slowly.

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that engineering activity and, accordingly, preparation for it are undergoing significant changes in the modern world. Not only special knowledge and skills are in demand, but also the so-called “Soft skills”. At the same time, the transition to multilevel education according to the Bologna model has rendered the domestic engineering higher school a dubious service in terms of some losses in the versatility of humanitarian training, which provides such knowledge and skills. The system of integrative psychological and pedagogical training in multilevel education is called upon to compensate for these losses. Under the conditions of an engineering university, it allows the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence as a systemic formation, which has its own specific structure. Such training is based on a number of approaches, patterns and principles highlighted by the author. It is implemented using predominantly active and interactive teaching methods, is specific for each level of education, with the obligatory use of modern information technologies.

The rapid growth of international operations in the trade of engineering and consulting services has led to the formation of a global market for engineering services. Engineering activity is one of the main types of functioning of the service sector in the conditions of scientific, technical and innovative development of the world economy.

Any engineering activity is characterized by contradictions: social – between engineering problems and technical solutions and technological – between laws of nature and artificial engineering objects. This leads to the ethical dilemma of engineering work: when creating something new, social and environmental problems usually arise. This explains the “Janus-headedness” of the engineering profession: although the original intention is to do good, however, there are negative consequences that must be mitigated through new technical solutions that have the effect of creating improvements. “Leonardo’s oath” not only highlights this need, but also serves as a reference point for developing the engineering training programs which should be prepared specifically for this task. As a starting approach, the article suggests using the “sustainability triangle” – a model of social transformational effects in relation to the definition of the variables “social”, “economy” and “ecology” and their corresponding interdependence. It is shown that digitalization changes the “economy” setting in the sustainability triangle, which inevitably leads to consequences for the currently dependent variables “social “ and “ecology”. Digitalization requires, first, an economic approach, not environmental. It does not solve the fundamental problem: participation in the formation of a society to achieve socio-ecological balance is faced with the duality between the ethical necessity of forming and lack of real balance.
